Re: Prime Minister Netanyahu's Letter Signing Charter of Board of Peace: Concerns by Dr. Yair Ansbacher

Bsd

This is a translation of Dr. Yair Ansbacher FB post in Hebrew stating his concerns to Prime Minister signing and becoming a Member agreeing to the Charter of the Board of Peace. In his FB post there is a picture of the letter signed by Prime Minister Netanyahu signing the Charter of the Board of Peace. Search יאיר אנסבכר on FB of this link doesn't work.

Dr. Yair Ansbacher: re: Prime Minister Netanyahu'sLetter to Marco Rubio!
https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1CHoSKWj3m/

Unfortunately as I mentioned this fb link doesn't work consistently 🤔so here is another link to PM Netanyahu's letter:

Dr. Ansbacher writes: (see original in Hebrew that follows):

This document is supposed to shake the State of Israel.

I will translate here for our friend Smotrich:

Netanyahu signs here on his own behalf (was there a cabinet? was there a discussion? was there approval from anyone other than himself?)

On a final abandonment of Gaza. (See Charter) ( footnote 1 has link of the full wording of the Charter)

And in exchange for participating in the Peace conference with Qatar, Turkey along with other members  who cherish Zion, PM Netanyahu renounces on behalf of all of us any Israeli connection to Gaza.

At your request, translation:

"The document you have presented is an official letter sent from Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to US Secretary of State Marco Rubio on January 19, 2026."

The following is an analysis of the legal meaning of the language in the document and its possible implications for Israel's position in Gaza:

1. Consent to be Bound

The central sentence in the document states that the signature "constitutes the consent of the State of Israel to be bound by the Charter."

* According to the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties, this is the strongest legal declaration in existence. It turns the "Charter of the Board of Peace" into a binding contractual obligation of the State of Israel vis-à-vis the International community.

* From this moment on, any action by Israel that contradicts the terms of the Charter will be considered a violation of International Law.

 2. Bypassing Ratification Mechanisms (Definitive Signature)

Netanyahu explicitly states that the signature is "definitive" and not subject to ratification.

* Meaning: Typically, significant political and security agreements require government approval and often presentation or approval by the Knesset.

* By choosing the term "Definitive Signature", the Prime Minister is trying to establish a fait accompli according to which the treaty enters into force immediately without the need for additional parliamentary procedures in Israel.

3. The Legal Connection to Israel's Occupation of Gaza

Although the word "Gaza" does not appear in the text, the term "Board of Peace" in the context of January 2026 suggests the establishment of a new management mechanism.  The legal significance for Gaza depends on the content of the treaty itself:

* Transfer of Sovereignty /Administration:

Since the treaty states that the "Peace Council" is the supervisory or administrative body of the Gaza Strip, this letter constitutes Israel's formal renunciation of exclusive control over the territory.

* Change of "Belligerent Occupation" Status:

If Israel is currently defined as an "Occupying Power", signing such a treaty could change its legal status to a state operating under an International or regional mandate, which changes its obligations under the Geneva Convention.

* Restriction of military freedom of action:

If the treaty includes disarmament or supervision clauses, Israel loses the legal right to act unilaterally in Gaza, and any future action would have to receive the approval of the "Council".

Summary and Conclusions

From a legal perspective, this document is the **"smoking gun"** that binds Israel to a new and irreversible International obligation.  It shifts the discussion of Gaza's future from the domestic political level in Israel (Knesset and Cabinet) to the International legal level that is binding on the United States and the signatories to the treaty.

> Important note: If this document does indeed bypass Knesset approval on critical territorial or security issues, it may face legal challenge in the High Court of Justice on the grounds of ultra vires, which means exceeding its authority..
Would you like me to check whether there are legal precedents in Israel for signing International treaties without Knesset approval?

Original Hebrew:

(Consent to be Bound)
המשפט המרכזי במסמך קובע כי החתימה "מהווה את הסכמתה של מדינת ישראל להיות מחויבת לאמנה" (constitutes the consent of the State of Israel to be bound by the Charter).
(Charter of the Board of Peace)
(Definitive Signature)
(Ratification).

(Ultra Vires).

Advancing a False narrative of "Extremist Jewish Settler Violence".
Israel Breaking News:
"Amid a rise in attacks by extremist Israeli settlers against Palestinians in the West Bank in recent months, IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir says troops must not "stand by." "Alongside determined fighting against terrorism and strengthening security and Jewish settlement, we are required to strictly uphold law and order and to prevent crime of all kinds, including nationalist crime. These do not strengthen security; they harm the settlement [movement], the IDF, and the State of Israel," Zamir says at a handover ceremony for the chief of the Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories, known as COGAT. "IDF commanders and soldiers, as well as the other security organizations, have both an operational and moral duty to act immediately and not stand by when they detect illegal acts by violent groups, and to protect uninvolved civilian populations," he says. Zamir says incoming COGAT chief Maj. Gen. Yoram Halevi, together with the IDF Central Command, Israel Police, and Shin Bet, "bear from this moment the command responsibility to warn and act to prevent this phenomenon without fear." "I am confident that your experience will assist in this," he adds.

My Comments:
Unfortunately IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir advanced the false narrative of "Extremist Jewish Settler Violence". This seems to be a recurring phenomenon prior to Prime Minister Netanyahu's trip to Washington DC.

IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir is acting against Israel's Security interests by by actually putting Settlers in a negative light.

IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir should  be smart and defend the Hilltop Settlers and even advocate to free Amiram ben Uliel who was convicted of torching an Arab family. This conviction was totally based on self confession following torture with no collaborating supporting evidence of Amiram responsible of the arson.

Defending and speaking up in  support of Jewish Settlers is also a smart military strategy and does not require shooting a bullet.

It is the best way to demoralize our enemies and use their own psychological weapons to fight.

Israel is in a territorial war.

Hamas can not compete with Israel's military strength.

IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir does not openly publicly "approve" nor stand up for Settler shepherds, often unarmed Hilltop Youths, and farmers who are trying to defend and protect our land.  The Settler modus operandi is quite different than the IDF's, albeit effective especially when partnering together with the IDF.

Unfortunately, Gen. Eyal Zamir is literally playing into the hands of our enemies when he openly suggests there are "Extremist Violent Jewish Settlers".

This is similar to what Naftali Bennett did, who in the New York Times in 2015, one week after the Duma arson, with no investigation to speak of, condemned "fringe extremist Jewish Settlers" as being the perpetrators of the Duma Arson based on the say so of Shabak.

In Duma, there was no evidence whatsoever of Jewish perpetrators other than Hebrew graffiti on the scene which probably framed Jews as perpetrators.

Advancing the false "Extremist Jewish Settler Violence" narrative is unfortunately politically rewarding on an International stage.

Former President Biden as well had nothing better to focus on than a few "Extremist Jewish Settlers" to sanction by Executive order. He was President of the US yet this was what he was busy with?

Apparently our enemies see "Extremist Violent Jewish Settlers" as their greatest threat.

Are these shepherds and farmers and unarmed kids far more threatening than the IDF with all its military strength?

Our enemies fight with psychological weapons. Israel is stronger militarily but this  hasn't won us the war. Perhaps it is because Israel fails to confront, acknowledge and fight for our religious Biblical ideological root justification of this conflict.

Our Jewish Settlers by their very essence are fighting the enemy on our enemies' terms while the IDF unfortunately is not. Therefore these "Extremist Violent Jewish Settlers" apparently ARE more dangerous from  our enemies perspective.

Our enemies only need to show to the world moral equivalency... that there are "Extremist Violent Jewish Settlers" when it is very obvious to all, that there are Extremist Violent Hamas.

From the enemies perspective, Israel must not be handed the higher upper moral ground. That is why a statement by IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Eyal  Zamir even suggesting there are 'Extremist Violent Jewish Settlers" is problematic and playing into their psychological warfare.

The "Settlers" are portrayed in the eyes of the world, as equivalent to Hamas because we Jews say so ourselves.  This "fringe" group then becomes a fraudulent reflection on all  "Settlers", and a reflection on the Settlement community, and a reflection of  Israeli society who nurtured them. From there the blood libel grows to be a negative reflection on the IDF and reflects negatively on the Israel's Defense Forces.

IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir can then be libeled as well as being a "Genocidal" Chief of Staff of the IDF for defending Israel, no different than these "Extremist Israeli Settlers".

We saw the great lengths the System took to condemn and convict Amiram ben Uliel with a false narrative which was then magnified as Amiram portrayed as being a ticking time bomb and then with Amiram punished beyond his conviction,  placing him under extreme isolation far worse than convicted Jihadists.

Distancing oneself from "Extremist Violent Jewish Settlers" actually backfires. This is often the case of  Israeli politicians and Right Wing Jewish leaders dependent on political power and or funding.

Zamir's declaration of "Extremist Settler Violence" is the prize our enemies desperately want in order to give Hamas and the PA legitimacy. Zamir foolishly handed our enemies the psychological moral high ground that enables Hamas and Abbas to survive and gives Hamas legitimacy so long as " Violent Extremist Jewish Settlers"  exist.

But the real reason to defend the Jewish Hilltop Settlers is not the above but rather because these sacrificing Settlers' ideology accurately reflects true Torah values.

When grass roots Jews, Hamonei Am, Secular, Religious, Dati, Chiloni, Chareidi Jews unite to yearn for Eretz Yisroel, determined to fight for and Settle in Eretz Yisroel, keeping G-d's Commandments and  do so out of simple faith and Love of G-d, no different than the Jews leaving Egypt, we will merit as a Nation to witness great miracles. We will see our enemies crushed and defeated, and G-d's Greatness acknowledged by our enemies.

May the time come very speedily soon. AMEN Ken Yehi Ratzon!

Inspiration from Parshat BeShalach. Jewish Sovereignty!

Bsd

Even if Qatar and Turkey can "convince" Hamas to "lay down their weapons", for Israel's Security, Israel needs to take full Sovereignty and resettle Gaza with Jewish Settlers. We need to take control of the education within our borders to reflect the Laws of a civilized society namely the 7 Noahide Laws.

This holds true for taking the offensive against Amalekite- Muslim Brotherhood- Hamas supporters in Judea and Samaria and taking the offensive within Israel's borders in the Galil and in the Negev, throughout all of israel, and not only in Gaza.

In addition, for Israel's security, Israel needs to go on the offensive on Jihadism in border countries with unstable ISIS or Hezbollah government as in Syria and Lebanon.

Radical Muslim Brotherhood ideology in Jordan, Egypt and Qatar etc. must not be tolerated and Israel needs to go on the offensive even when facing fierce opposition from President Trump and his Board of "Peace".

This takes a leap of faith no different than the Jews leaving Egypt. That obsession to be free and Sovereign in Eretz Yisroel literally drove the Jews out of Egypt. This yearning  brought G-dly  miraculous intervention that turned Pharoah into our ally for Israel and Pharoah literally forced us out.

 *Exodus 13:17*
*17 It came to pass when Pharaoh sent out the people, that God did not lead them [by] way of the land of the Philistines for it was near, because God said, Lest the people reconsider when they see war and return to Egypt.**

It was Pharaoh and the Egyptians who encouraged, even forced Bnei Yisroel out and Bnei Israel found favor in their eyes and the Egyptians shared their wealth with the Israelites.

May we too be obsessed with possessing our Land as per our Covenant with G-d and surely G-d will intervene and fight for us so that our "allies" and enemies will actually help us and encourage us and force us back home!!!🙏

👆These ideas were inspired by my Chabad Chumash especially the introduction to this weeks Parsha, Parshat BeShalach.

Please note that even then, the Pelishtim were a formidable enemy.

Following October 7th our IDF Soldiers fought with great bravery and we paid with great sacrifice.

Thousands of Jews are ready to Settle Gaza in a moment's notice. The Nachala Movement is gaining strength and surely G-d sees 🙏.

Yes it might get worse before it gets better.

Brainstorming. Drawing a red line. Prototype Yesha Torah Autonomy. Ideas presented before the Gaza Expulsion in 2005. Letter I sent to Dovid Wilder Dec 2004

Bsd

January 2026

- In light of recent developments, namely the ISF International Stabalization Force and  "Peace Board" (1) with Israel agreeing to having Qatar, Turkey and Saudi Arabia on board putting Israel security in grave danger ....

- and in light of the harassment and persecution of Hilltop Settlers as the resilient fearless Shepherds face fierce winter storms, as they get attacked from the enemy from within and from without (2)...

It is time to restore a discussion that was tabled. It is time to draw a red line.

The Expulsion of Gush Katif in 2005 wasn't stopped in its track.  The expulsion planted the very seed of October 7, 2025, a massacre of epic proportion, twenty years later.

It is time to finally learn the harsh lessons  from past diplomatic capitulation.  These are diplomatically called "Peace" agreements.  They actually compromise Israel's Sovereignty over our Biblical Ancestral Homeland and eventually threaten Israel's security.

Unprecedented Event: Abraham's Sheep Herd Confiscated by the Civil Administration

Two weeks after two severe attacks on the shepherds of Abraham's Sheep Hill in the Gush Etzion Bloc by Arabs from the nearby village of Rasheida, Border Police officers and Civil Administration inspectors raided the hill last night and, in an unprecedented move, confiscated the herd of sheep guarding the area's lands.

The goats were loaded onto a cart one by one and taken to the Civil Administration base in Beit El. The formal reason for the confiscation, the legality of which has not yet been determined, was "entering a closed military area," but the order was issued by the major general a full year after the hill was built, when the herd had already been grazing in the area for months.

The confiscation of the herd comes after the shepherds of the hill experienced two severe attacks on their pastures in recent weeks by hundreds of rioters from the nearby village of Rasheida. Four shepherds were injured and taken to the hospital, while most of the rioters were not arrested until So.

Understand, what happened here tonight is an event unlike any seen in the last decade. There is no other way to define it than an attack on the holy of holies of pioneering settlement and the struggle for open spaces.

We cannot let this pass quietly. Share!!

Fwd: Fake IDF vs Real IDF. Fake AI vs Real World

Re: They posed as IDF to rob a Jewelry shop in Hebron

Bsd

This is funny...but it's also scary.

Scary that unauthorized Arabs have IDF weapons and IDF uniforms.

Lucky that it was only used to rob a Palestinian jewelry store and there were no casualties and ended well, and that the IDF robbers in disguise were caught by the real IDF and the jewelry returned to the Arab store owner and it was a Kiddush Hashem.

Scary that these IDF uniforms and weapons could Chas VeSholom, G-d forbid,  be used as a disguise in an actual terror attack on innocent Israeli civilians.

Time to sweep and disarm hostile Arabs within Israel of dangerous
weapons including IDF uniforms.

Around the same time this incident was reported, it was also reported that there was nonstop shooting happening in the Arab sections of Hebron literally on the border of the Jewish community of Kiryat Arba, actually in close proximity to my apt.

Non-stop Shooting Heard in Kiryat Arba Coming From Nearby Hebron by Netanel Bleicher from Hilltop News

By not disarming Hamas supporters in the Arab population centers, Jews living in close proximity are literally sitting ducks... Chas Veshalom,
... another October 7th waiting to happen.

-------
Fyi: Polish- a new feature of Gmail

Terrifying.

When I originally began typing this email a new feature of gmail asked me if I wanted help to create what I wanted to write. I ignored it and wrote the above draft.  Gmail then asked me if I wanted to polish what I wrote. I decided to try this new polishing feature.

What follows is the "polished" version.

Please note in this "polished" version "hostile individuals" had access to IDF uniforms and weapons.  It was just a jewelery store that was robbed. They conveniently leave out the fact that it was specifically Arab robbers robbing an  Arab Jewelry store.

In this "polished" version, the security risk is directed at all civilians.  While true all civilians, Arabs and Jews can be a target of hostile individuals, it ignores the reality that Israeli civilians are especially targeted by Hamas supporting Arabs.

No differentiation between hostile Arab terrorists and Jews. Hostile Arabs are polished as "hostile groups or hostile population"  and threatened Jews are  polished as "vulnerable civilians".

My original txt:

"By not disarming Hamas supporters in the Arab population centers, Jews living in close proximity are literally sitting ducks... Chas Veshalom, G-d forbid,
... another October 7th waiting to happen."

Versus the AI "polished" version:

"Failing to disarm these groups leaves those living in close proximity extremely vulnerable."

The full "polished" version of the original text:

While parts of the video were humorous, the underlying reality is quite concerning.

It is alarming that IDF uniforms and weapons are being accessed by hostile individuals. While it is fortunate that this specific incident—the robbery of a jewelry store—ended with the real IDF apprehending the suspects and returning the property, it remains a serious security risk. These disguises could, Chas VeSholom, be used in terror attacks against civilians.

It is critical that steps are taken to disarm hostile populations within Israel of these weapons and uniforms. Around the time of this report, there was also nonstop shooting in the sections of Hebron bordering Kiryat Arba, very close to my apartment. You can read more about that here: https://shemittahrediscovered.blogspot.com/2026/01/non-stop-shooting-heard-in-kiryat-arba.html?m=1 (https://shemittahrediscovered.blogspot.com/2026/01/non-stop-shooting-heard-in-kiryat-arba.html?m=1)

Failing to disarm these groups leaves those living in close proximity extremely vulnerable.

Non-stop Shooting Heard in Kiryat Arba Coming From Nearby Hebron by Netanel Bleicher from Hilltop News

Bsd

English translation follows:

*Nathanel Bleicher: Unchecked Shooting, Pepper Spray, and One Dangerous Conceptzia*

I am writing these lines with the familiar and incessant sounds of the ancestral city of Kiryat Arba-Hebron playing in the background. Not music, not an alarm. Shooting. Continuous.
If a bullet is fired every two seconds, it can be estimated that tens of thousands of bullets are fired here during the course of an entire night. Well, math is not my strong suit.

And while the shooting here has become a constant soundtrack, yesterday morning an event occurred that was supposed to shock an entire country: In broad daylight, without fear or shame, a squad of Arabs dressed in the uniforms of an IDF special unit enters – IDF weapons, uniforms, everything complete – and raids a gold shop, not far from here.
A raid that looks like a special forces operation in every sense of the word. The truth? If they had reported to me that "forces were operating in the field," I would have had no doubt that these were our soldiers.

Then comes the absurd part. A few days ago, a celebratory press release from the police and the Shin Bet was published: "A Jewish cell was captured in Mount Hebron." (A cell of Jewish Settler Youth) Yes, that area where the enemy shoots freely, that space where terrorism does not have to make an effort to find weapons.

And what was captured on that "dangerous cell"? Here comes the climax: shoes, a cell phone, and even hold on tight! Pepper gas.
Pepper gas.
In a place where Kalashnikovs, M16s, pistols, explosives, and endless ammunition are circulating, this is the threat they saw fit to present to the public.

It may be funny for a second, but mostly sad. Because while the system focuses on shoes and pepper gas, the residents of the area live in a completely different reality. Just take a look at the local WhatsApp groups. Here is one message, verbatim:

> "The night show has begun... I don't know what to do. Notify the hotline? (What, don't they hear the shooting?) Give up? I don't understand how they go in every time and don't find weapons, it's clear they'll hide them. Are we looking in hidden places? Are we supposed to get used to this situation?"

This is routine.
A routine of shooting, of helplessness, and of the feeling that the system is living in another movie. A bad movie.

And here we get to the root of the problem: When the system imagines that its enemy is "hilltop youth" they are captives of a concept according to which the danger is internal, marginal, ideological. And at the same time, they simply don't see the real armament of the enemy facing us.
The weapons. The disguise. The organization. The courage to act in broad daylight. And the readiness for a day of command.

This is exactly the same mental blindness that we saw before the Simchat Torah massacre. The same tendency to mess with the happy Jews, while the real threat is building up before our eyes.

I'm usually an optimistic person. Really.

But when you hear continuous shooting, dozens or hundreds of meters away, from the enemy around the corner and see that the system's response is to fight the settlement and the pioneers, another press release and another picture of pepper spray, the optimism cracks.

If we don't notice who the real enemy is. If we don't launch a real decisive move, an unbridled preemptive attack, God forbid we'll wake up when it's too late.

Avi Abelow: A Gaza Conference Unlike Any Other: Grief, Courage and Hard Truths

Bsd

Please read and do your part by sharing!

"Victory will come from the people. And this time, there is no doubt, the Jewish people in Israel are ready. Oct. 7th awakened a nation. Now, it's up for us to lead, and for our elected "leaders" to follow!"

https://pulseofisrael.com/2026/01/13/gaza-conference/

By Avi Abelow
Pulse of Israel

Today, I used a break between my IDF reserve shifts to go to the Knesset, the symbol of Jewish sovereignty in our ancestral homeland, until the true symbol, the Third Temple, is rebuilt, speedily in our days...

I never stop internalizing how blessed I am to live in this generation, one in which a Jewish boy born in New York City returns to live in our ancestral homeland, walking in and out of the Knesset, and doing whatever he can to help strengthen the Jewish people and the Jewish state of Israel.

I went to the Knesset today to participate in one of the most painful, honest, and clarifying conferences I have ever witnessed, a gathering of bereaved families, parents of hostages, soldiers who fought in Gaza, and Israeli Knesset members and ministers, all confronting the same question: what must Gaza look like at the end of this war if October 7th is never to happen again?

This was not a conference of theory or slogans. It was a conference of blood, loss, courage, and truth.

Avida Becher, a survivor of Kibbutz Be'eri whose wife and son were murdered in front of him in their safe room on October 7th, spoke with moral clarity that cut through every illusion. Gaza, he said, as it existed, is finished. There is no such thing as "innocent" civilians in Gaza. He witnessed the "innocent" Gaza civilians in his own kibbutz Be'eri.
Avida was clear, every child raised in Gaza becomes the next Hamas fighter. Peace does not come from restraint or apologies, it comes only after taking land and asserting sovereignty. We were once the Maccabim, he reminded us. We were expelled from Israel, persecuted in exile, annihilated in the Holocaust. Today, we are back in Israel, but we are still in the process of fully returning to being a people with the full fighting spirit of the Maccabim again.

Itzik Bunzal, father of Amit Bunzal who fell fighting in Gaza, demanded accountability.

Every defense and intelligence official responsible for the failure to protect Israelis on October must face prison. They had the intelligence, yet they ignored it and knowingly held back from escalating it to the government and Prime Minister.

Future leaders in intelligence and security must know that failure to protect Jewish lives has consequences. He warned that internal powers, especially the Supreme Court, have been actively blocking Israel from doing what is necessary to win this war. While soldiers fight and die, the Supreme Court holds sessions on the "rights" of Hamas terrorists in jail. His call was unmistakable: the public must show up en masse to Supreme Court proceedings to confront the immoral system that stops looks after the rights of our horrific enemies more than the right of Israelis to live in safety.

Rav Zarviv, an IDF soldier who fought in Gaza and led the operational shift to using D9 bulldozers instead of the IDF sending soldiers into deadly urban traps, explained what real moral warfare looks like: protecting Jewish lives first over the enemy.

Victory, he said, is only one thing, Gaza rebuilt with Jewish communities. He exposed how the Gazans have survived two years of war without working, through constant UN money transfers straight to their phones. Money that also goes to every single Hamas terrorist, as they are also considered Gazan civilians by the UN. That funding is allowing Hamas to rebuild tunnels and rearm as we speak. That international funding must end.

Trump's emigration plan must be formalized, coordinated through Mossad and Shin Bet. Jihadi Gazans can live anywhere else, just not in Gaza.

Tzvika Mor, whose son Eitan was kidnapped to Gaza and later released, warned that terror cannot be stopped in Gaza while it is tolerated in Judea and Samaria. Failure to punish terror everywhere guarantees its return everywhere.

Tamar Teshuva, whose brother was murdered at the Nova music festival, stated what too many are afraid to say: there are no innocent civilians in Gaza. Terrorists deserve a death sentence. The justice system itself must be investigated, including the impact of the "Brother in arms" insubordination campaign and the justice system rulings that impacted the armies abilities, failures that enabled October 7th.

The second panel of the conference turned to Israel's politicians and the future of Gaza.

Minister Orit Struck stated plainly that Gaza's future depends on Prime Minister Netanyahu telling President Trump one truth: Gaza belongs to the Jewish people. Without saying this, the world will continue pushing solutions built on the lie that it belongs to our genocidal enemy.

In response to when we will see rebuilt Jewish communities in Gaza, she shared a striking statistic. she began her role as Minister of Settling the Land, there were 15 farms in Judea and Samaria; today there are 132. She didn't build any of them. The people of Israel acted and set up all the farms. She, as the government Minister, followed and assisted.
This may have been the most important sentence of the entire conference, hinting that certain things the government is only able to do after the people acted first in creating pressure and facts on the ground.

Her message was clear, total victory in this war, including resettling Gaza, will not come from waiting for government permission. It will come from the Jewish people making it happen.

MK Simcha Rothman reinforced this point. Everything depends on Am Yisrael. If the people push, Netanyahu will have the backing to support it. Gaza will be under full Israeli sovereignty within ten years.

Upon being asked which will happen first, resettlement of Gaza or legal reform leading to the end of the sitting Supreme Court Justice Amit, he said, resettling Gaza will begin before Supreme Court Justice Amit steps down.

Positive insight into the timeline for resettling Gaza, while highlighting the uphill battle for the much needed judicial reform.

Rothman reminded us how quickly the Left transformed Israel in the 1990s. One day it was illegal for Israeli government officials to speak to representatives of the PLO, Rabin promised never to negotiate leaving the Golan heights, to the next day that the Rabin government illegally spoke to PLO officials, signed the Oslo "peace" deal based on those illegal talks, and begun negotiating leaving the Golan. The Justice system didn't stop any of those changes. Yet, right wing governments can't even get appointments approved, with the Justice system stopping every decision or appointment.

This war, he said, has finally exposed to Israelis how the justice system and security establishment work against the people, and the public now understands that change is essential in all of those bureaucratic systems.

Minister Amichai Shikli made it clear: there will be no line separating Gaza from Israel. The foundation for Jewish resettlement already exists, especially in northern Gaza. October 7th happened because of the expulsion from Gush Katif, and the next government will begin rebuilding Jewish communities there.

MK Amit Halevi echoed that within less than ten years Gaza will be under full Israeli control, if the Jewish people chooses it.

Younger generations understand this instinctively. The challenge lies with the
entrenched elites running the bureaucratic systems.

He emphasized the immense international and internal pressures Netanyahu navigated daily during this war and urged gratitude for what has already been achieved, including simply holding 50% of the territory in Gaza. At every step of the way, not only was there international pressure to stop the war, but also tremendous pressure from the career bureaucrats within the IDF, the intelligence services, the justice system, and with the support of mainstream media. It is amazing that Netanyahu was able to achieve what he did against all these forces that were trying to stop us from properly protecting ourselves.

Minister Amichai Eliyahu summarized it succinctly: when the Jewish people truly believes this land is ours, reality will follow.

MK Halevi concluded with perhaps the most sobering insight of the day: this war was fought not only against Hamas, but against internal Israeli bureaucracies — diplomatic, military, intelligence, and judicial — steeped in progressive concepts that led directly to October 7th and to fighting with one hand tied behind our backs. These systems must be rebuilt over years. This is deeper than one leader. It is a national reckoning.

Finally, Itzik Pitusi, whose family was expelled from Gush Katif, including his son who fell fighting there in this war, declared the truth without hesitation: resettling Gaza could begin within hours. Victory is resettlement. Without resettling Gaza, there is no security for Israel.

I left the Knesset further convinced of what I have known since the disastrous Gaza "disengagement", really expulsion, plan…
The question is not what must be done. We all know there is only one way forward, total Israeli control of Gaza, full Israeli sovereignty, the rebuilding of Jewish communities in Gaza, and the implementation of Trump's emigration plan for all the jihadi Muslims in Gaza, as well as Judea and Samaria.
The only real question is when the Jewish people will decide to turn this into reality. Stop waiting and begin to act.

History already answered how this happens. Jews did not wait for permission under the British Mandate to build communities, we built them. We did not wait for Israeli government approval to return to Hebron or to establish Alon Moreh, courageous Jews simply went and did it. Reality was created first; recognition from the State came later, after trying to stop it unsuccessfully.

Gaza will be no different.

Rebuilt Jewish communities in Gaza will begin the same way all great Zionist achievements began, with courageous Jews taking responsibility and acting. At first, the army will be sent to remove them. Then again. And again. And eventually, just as always, government permission will follow the facts created on the ground by regular Jews who stop waiting for government permission.

Victory will not come from resolutions, committees, or waiting for the "right moment." Victory will come from the people. And this time, there is no doubt, the Jewish people in Israel are ready. Oct. 7th awakened a nation. Now, it's up for us to lead, and for our elected "leaders" to follow!

Am Yisrael Chai!!!

PS - the program ended with Israeli journalist Ayala Hasson, one of the few journalists in mainstream media with integrity, interviewing freed captive Eitan Mor. That talk was phenomenal, for another time…

Gaza Board of Peace: Recipe for Disaster.

Bsd

Let's nick this in the bud. There is a smart business approach for those deals that one can tell will turn into a disaster. Its called "Cut your Losses". Even when one, be it an individual or a corporation, has invested time and money, yet there is foresight and one can clearly see that it is a disaster in the making, it's time to cut one's losses and start again from scratch. This time however,  pray it will work, with G-d's Blessings, and become a success story, and a winning proposition and solution.

Background:

Trump to launch Gaza Board of Peace next week

Axios report: Trump is set to unveil the Gaza Board of Peace, a 15‑nation body overseeing a new Palestinian Arab technocratic government and Gaza reconstruction.

Is it smart to empower the Gaza Board of Peace and thereby renege on G-ds Eternal Promise to the Nation of Israel as so many have done, often with the best of intentions?

Not such a smart Idea.

The Gaza Board of Peace is NOT an option for Israel. Israel cannot relinquish Sovereignty! It is Null and Void from the Get go. The Land Belongs to G-d and not the Gaza Board of Peace

Hamas Genocide coincides with Saudi Peace agreement including Concessions for a Palestinian State. Happenstance? Check out William Koenig Eye to Eye

"What do these major record-setting events have in common? The ten costliest insurance events in U.S. history The twelve costliest hurricanes in U.S. history Three of the four largest tornado outbreaks in U.S. history The two largest terrorism events in U.S. history All of these major catastrophes and many others occurred or began on the very same day or within 24-hours of U.S. presidents Bush, Clinton and Bush applying pressure on Israel to trade her land for promises of "peace and security," sponsoring major "land for peace" meetings, making major public statements pertaining to Israel s covenant land and /or calling for a Palestinian state. Are each one of these major record-setting events just a coincidence or awe-inspiring signs that God is actively involved in the affairs of Israel? In this book, Bill Koenig provides undeniable facts and conclusive evidence showing that indeed the leaders of the United States and the world are on a collision course with God over Israel s covenant land. "And it shall come to pass in that day, that I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem" (Zechariah 12:9)"

In an unprecedented move, detectives from the IDF's "Y" unit today arrested a *15-year-old boy* from the town of Yitzhar in Samaria, handed him an administrative restraining order signed by Major General Blut on the recommendation of the Shin Bet, prohibiting him from leaving his town of residence *and installed an electronic cuff with a tracking device on his leg - which he is forbidden to take off or put into any water.*

This is a Bolshevik move that has never been used, since the electronic cuff attached to serious criminals is also done with their consent and as an alternative to arrest - and most importantly, it does not track their whereabouts at all times, but only alerts if they move away from the base device installed at home.

Zini and Blut - two religious officers full of faith in the righteousness of their path who have done quite a few good things, but precisely because of this, when they lose their compass, the actions they take are more dangerous and insane than any other factor.

Validation and Good Hasbara (good Public Relations) for the Jewish Settlers and Hilltop Movement

Bsd

This is an urgent request to engage in and to encourage  positive Hasbara in the Jewish Media for Hilltop Jewish Settlement, now a growing movement, in Judea and Samaria.

Settlers have been slandered in the media as "Extremist and Violent" for a political agenda. The opposite is the case. These idealistic Settler families and youth are amazing Farmers and Shepherds with love of G-d, love of the Land and love of the people.  They are the salt of the earth and are adding tremendously to the security of the Israel.

Please do what you can and may Hashem reward you in kind. Yasher Koach!

(Google translate is helpful)

According to our enemies, it seems like the biggest threat and obstacle to "peace"  are these "extremist Settlers". As an example, President Biden had nothing better to do to occupy his time than to sanction Settlers.  It seems like the Government of Israel  is under great pressure to find a fringe group of Settlers to slander.   Under International pressure they in turn pressure the Nationalist right wing camp to distance themselves from the "extremist  Settlers" and engage in divide and conquer methodology. They will give juicy bones to pro Settlement politicians and authorize various settlement points long awaited for,  in return for silence when the Govt of Israel demolishes unapproved Settler expansion and withholds permits. This demonization often happens in a strategic timely fashion.

Why?

Strategically , our enemies are actually buying time, to stop  Jewish expansion of these "Hilltop Settlers" while allowing illegal Arab and Bedouin Land grab.  This way a negotiated,  dangerous deal can be forced and enforced upon Israel by stopping Jewish Sovereignty over territory and then establishing a non Jewish presence in our Ancestral Homeland, ultimately for the agenda of creating a 2 State Solution.

The Gaza Trump "peace" deal for example includes the formation of an International Stabalization Force responsible of monitoring Israel's Security yellow line between Israel and Gaza.

The players involved are not to be trusted. Israel can not depend on any outside force for its security...not in Gaza and not in Judea and Samaria.

October 7th was a direct consequence of the 2005 expulsion of Gush Katif when Israel left the Gaza Strip and expelled the Jews. In the void, Hamas soon took over.

Over the past 2 years during the recent war against Hamas, the Hilltop Settlers in Judea and Samaria, operated without proper permits, yet with good standing with the army. The IDF recognized the usefulness of the Hilltop Settlers as they were fighting the same enemy using different strategies..

Together, the IDF coupled with Jewish Settlement makes a huge difference!

However , now, when we are back at the negotiating table with our "allies" and enemies, Jewish farmers and shepherds are a "threat to peace"

The opposite is the case.

These Pioneers are basically reclaiming Land, protecting the roads and existing Jewish communities from infiltration and terror attacks.

Again, the enemy is willing to pay any price to buy time, to stop Jewish takeover of territory. Our enemies are not ashamed to declare "From the River to the Sea" so they can once again have an opportunity for another October 7 within the heartland of Israel, G-d forbid.

For the established right wing camp, these Settlers are often acting "illegally", without the proper authorization and permits. Ideally proper authorization is the way to go but without Israel declaring Sovereignty over our Land, and actually acting as a Sovereign nation by encouraging Jewish Settlement while deterring illegal Arab Land grab and terror attacks with "Hell breaking loose" to quote President Trump, what choices are there and at what price? A possible solution is to temporarily give permits to these Hilltop Settlers and then eventually work out a fair deal with these Settlers. No one wants to act against the law.

Yishai Fleisher speaks about Security Deterrence in Judea and Samaria.

Please give Yishai Fleisher- spokesperson of Hebron, Avi Abelow -Pulse of Israel, Elchonon Groner אלחנן גרונר, Yair Ansbacher- יאיר אנזבכר and Elisha Yered- אלישע ירד an ear,  and then a voice to present a different perspective other than what the Media typically presents. Follow them on social media. You can usually use Google translate if necessary when it's in Hebrew.

While some of their links clearly show the threats we are up against in Judea and Samaria, others are heartwarming... like watching kids running freely on the hilltops , feeding the chickens, see youth shepherding the sheep, feeding the goats, planting, playing guitar and warming themselves while cooking on kerosene lit stoves and bonfires.

Shemittah Rediscovered: The Art of a Deal. Think Big and Let Us Impress G-d Almighty by Representing a G-dly Vision. This Will In Turn Impress President Trump.  (Press on this link at the end of reading this post)

"Why has Israel been grovelling for a few bones. "Please President Trump, all we request is to be safe. Please help us disarm Hamas over the yellow line in Gaza so they won't send rockets or invade us and butcher us like they did on October 7th". "

Aren't we missing the big picture. Can we see the forest from the trees...

How to negotiate...

We need to enter negotiations with an upper hand and leverage. Here is a proposal based on the Bible . This proposal is the only path to real Peace. It is a proposal that starts with some leverage. Current proposals, even coming from the most Nationalist camp, don't reach the necessary threshold to ensure Israel's security. The justified concern
is that Israel is ENTERING negotiations at a disadvantage putting its population in grave danger of another October 7 massacre G-d forbid. This concern holds true, even before International pressures upon Israel,  begin... pressures forcing Israel to agree to additional dangerous concessions!

 *Recommended Negotiation Strategy:*
This proposal starts with an initial non negotiable position that is strong and with leverage and is consistent with the Bible. This means adhering to the delineated boundaries mentioned in the Bible. In addition, and also non negotiable,  is that Jewish and non Jewish residents living in the Land of Israel must accept Jewish Sovereignty and abide by the 7 Noahide Laws. Otherwise these residents will be asked to leave voluntarily or be forced out.
  • Non Negotiable: Jewish Sovereignty over Biblical delineated boundaries in the Torah, Parshat Masei which include Judea, Samaria, Gaza, Temple Mount, Galil, Golan, Mercaz, Negev, Jordan Valley as well as all of Israel proper as we know it today.
  • Biblical extended boundaries till the Euphrates as per Abrahamic Biblical boundaries is the ultimate vision.
  • Non Negotiable: Bring to Justice, including capital punishment and/or expel known Nazi-Islamo Jihadists from Israel and from Israel's neighbors on its border. This includes Syria , Lebanon, Jordan, Iran, Iraq, from the River till the Euphrates River. This will protect Israel's borders!
  • Let Israel finally put the Hilltop Settlers in the positive light that they deserve. Let us show the world an accurate depiction of these Settlers as they lovingly farm and shepherd  the Land and play the guitar. They are truly righteous Jews with a deep love of the Land and the People of Israel. Israel wil take concrete action that actively supports the Settlers and the Settler youth, the shepherds, the farmers, who are now living on the hilltops of Judea and Samaria. The Nation of Israel appreciates and acknowledge that their efforts are helping claim our Biblical Land, and has helped provide security for all residents. Israel will grant them temporary authorization, legal permits, to remain settled on the Land, on the hilltops, at least until a more official, legal arrangement can be made that recognizes and fairly compensates these idealistic Settlers for their efforts.
  • Illegal Arab Land grab will no longer be tolerated. Any aggression and terror attacks against Jews  within Israel's border or near its border, will be dealt with in a way to deter any such attacks in the future. To quote President Trump "All H-ll will break loose". Under total Jewish Sovereignty, illegal Jewish Land Grab will no longer be necessary to ensure security in the area. Jews will be encouraged to settle the entire Land with the proper permits.
  • Amiram Ben Uliel, framed,  is sitting in prison for 10 years, denied conjugal rights,  9 years in total isolation, for an arson in an Arab village Duma, that killed a father, mother and son, members of the Dawabshe family. There was no credible evidence of his guilt other than his own forced confession following torture. According to Jewish and civil law, forced confession is not permissible as evidence.  Not a single Jewish suspect was found with any solid credible evidence and they tried their best. (Hebrew Graffiti was found that didn't match anyone's handwriting. That is their excuse for only investigating Jews).  Within 24 hours of the Duma arson there was extensive cross the board condemnations of Jewish extremism with no investigation to speak of. Then intensive investigation against Jews until torture was applied, aka extraordinary measures, until confessions were obtained to ultimately convict Jewish scapegoats. Amiram and minor A were the unfortunate victims. This was a total miscarriage of Justice to create a false narrative of Settler violence. Israel must free Amiram and compensate him and his family for this miscarriage of Justice that maligned his character and reputation. The time has come to end the slander, false blood Libel on all Settlers portraying them as hostile, extremist and violent. Israel must now try to find the real perpetrator of the Duma arson, probably an Arab. The perpetrator is therefore at large, in all likelihood, an Arab involved in in-clan fighting, as was the case in similar arsons in Duma. (Framing a  Settler Jew as the perpetrator of Settler Violence against an innocent Arab family is a win win situation for our enemies).
  • Israel will resettle Gaza with Jews. Israel will rebuild the Jewish communities that were destroyed in 2005 Gush Katif expulsion. There are professional, ready to implement, prepared  architectural plans for a Jewish Gaza. There are thousands of families ready to move to Gaza at moments notice. Built into the plans can be compensation for IDF soldiers who sacrificed and risked their lives fighting Hamas in Gaza.
  • Israel will end Judenrein areas in Arab communities. Both Jews and Noahides should be allowed to live in every community throughout Israel.
  • Sovereign Israel will provide strong oversight over the educational system for Jewish and non Jewish Noahide residents(Ger Toshav) ensuring that they are consistent with the 7 Noahide laws.
  • As per the suggestion of  Mosab Hassan Yousef, (son of Hamas), Israel will finally restore our Holiest site, Temple Mount under Israel Sovereignty, and if necessary disassemble the Golden Dome mosque , piece by piece, and move the mosque to a Muslim location like Mecca. There is no religious, historical, or archeological evidence that this site has any real significance to Islam as  Mecca is to Islam. In fact, Muslims pray towards Mecca and turn their back to Temple Mount. In contrast, Jews all over the world face only Temple Mount.
This proposal will encourage Arab emigration for anyone not in support of Jewish Sovereignty. There are 22 Muslim countries with large land mass. There is only one tiny Jewish country that is Israel.

This proposal is a truer implementation of the original Abrahamic Accords of the Bible and with the help of the Almighty issue an era of Peace and Prosperity within Israel and within the entire World.

The Art of a Deal. Think Big and Let Us Impress G-d Almighty by Representing a G-dly Vision. This Will In Turn Impress President Trump.

Why has Israel been grovelling for a few bones. "Please President Trump, all we request is to be safe. Please help us disarm Hamas over the yellow line in Gaza so they won't send rockets or invade us and butcher us like they did on October 7th".

No. We are missing the big picture. We can't see the forest from the trees.

This approach, dear Prime Minister Netanyahu, broadcasts weakness not strength.

Why are we begging for the bare minimum when we can literally be asking for the world?

This tunnel vision is surely not the G-dly Vision of Israel in the Messianic Times.

Let me present to you a Biblical Vision.

Naturally, this suggestion will be met with accusations of radical fundamental religious fanaticism. Judaism is no different than radical Islam they will say. But we know better.

The Torah is the key to Global Peace and Prosperity.

The Void of Torah brings about  religious fanaticism and evil indoctrination.

The following ideas are based on
The Doctrine of Torah L'Moshe M'Sinai

Let's feel free to think Big!

Our Messianic Vision is not only about Israel Sovereignty over Gaza, Judea and Samaria, Temple Mount, the Jordan Valley and the Golan Heights. It extends much further. All the way to the Euphrates including all those fallen Arab States who have no real government to speak of. It Includes, Syria, Jordan, Lebanon, Iran, Iraq. Is it just physical territory we want or to also capture a mindset?

Does Israel really want to dominate these Arab countries? Does Israel really want to impose Israeli rule of Law to these extended boundaries.

Does Israel really want Sovereignty over Temple Mount and rebuild the Temple?

The answer is yes. It is our collective prayers of thousands of years.

Wait. Aren't we being totally unrealistic. Thinking too grandiose!

Again, is our end goal only about occupying that which isn't mine and doesn't belong to us?

Israel is constantly and consistently being accused of being occupiers even when we expelled ourselves from Gaza in 2005.

So what is the long term Vision of the Nation of Israel according to Biblical Sources?

The Torah spells it out,:
To be a Kingdom of Priests and a H-ly Nation.

Yes, If our purpose is simply World domination then we are no different than other Occupiers.

However, that is not our true end goal and purpose.

Our end goal is to bring G-dliness into this world. To replace Jihadism, Idol worship, Satanism with the laws of Universal Morality, namely the 7 Noahide Laws.

When we are accused of Genocide, of taking over the World, it's precisely because we have not dominated the evil forces and  unfortunately evil has dominated.   Genocide and Evil has filled the void with our failure to be G-d's appointed leaders and to bring the world to a better place. Israel and the Jewish Nation are being held accountable.

It is precisely because we are too humble, unwilling to take on this heavy role of Leadership to carry the heavy burden of instructing and policing humanity over barbarism that we are being held accountable for the evil that has taken control.

The Priests in the Holy Temple wore a breast plate of all the Tribes. The spiritual compass of the entire Nation was literally on their chest. The Kohein Gadol, the High Priest was literally held accountable for the transgressions of the  entire Nation of Israel including the sins of the individuals. That is why someone who has accidentally killed someone has to take refuge in a special City of Refuge until the Kohein Gadol passes away.  How come? Because this unfortunately happened under his watch.

The Kohanim are the designated teachers of the Israelites.

The Israelites are the H-ly Priests of the Nations of the World.

So Let's not be afraid to think Big.

Yes we want Jewish Sovereignty over the extended boundaries of Israel. Yes we want the rule of Law to be based on Torah.

But do we really want to police the world so that the world is moral? It's a huge task. No wonder Moshe Rabbeinu said it's too much for me to carry.

Maybe G-d is waiting for us to say Hinenu. Here we are, ready to serve you and the people.

The time will then be ripe to rebuild the Temple and to establish International Courts in the center of Jerusalem, on Temple Mount and replace the ICC at the Hague.  The Nations of the world will flock to Jerusalem to the H-ly Temple and bring gifts acknowledging the One and Only G-d.

Only then will Peace, Justice, Charity and Prosperity reign.
