מעל מיליון יהודים בערי קו התפר וישובי יו"ש, אנשים, נשים וטף נמצאים בסיכון ישיר לטבח ממחבלי הרשות הפלסטינית, החמאס והג'יהאד האיסלאמי.
האלוף פוקס הותיר ליורשו האלוף בלוט אדמה חרוכה ועבודת שיקום ארוכה.
