After the senseless death of Settler Youth Ahuvia Sandak z"l by the hands of over zealous law enforcement, Jewish Settler kids feel threatened by GOI (Government of Israel) "Law Enforcement".
These Jewish kids are not the enemy nor are they terrorists! . For years they have been setup, provoked, framed, harrassed and their reputation smeared by those who have a political anti G-d, anti Torah agenda and by their bullying "law enforcement" arm.
Anyone who has followed the Duma Saga since 2015 knows this to be true.
In fact it goes back further... Many of these kids and their families go back to the expulsion of Gush Katif that Tisha B'Av and remember the violent clash at Amona.

Today, Settler Outposts and communities in Judea and Samaria are threatened... the latest being Maoz Esther the outpost where Ahuvia Sandak z"l lived. These are the expendable pawns of a political game whose VIP players seem to lose track that there is an Almighty G-d who has made an Eternal Covenant with the Nation of Israel exclusively. Israel is called the Promised Land for a reason.
Who else if not G-d can state Promises Made Promises Kept!

The security establishment was planning to destroy the outpost where Ahuvya Sandak lived as well as several other outposts following the end of the 30-day mourning period for his death.
Who can blame these kids for losing faith and trust in the system?
Obviously this kid didn't stop and respectfully respond to the police officers demand for his identity. He ran for his life. It's pretty obvious this kid was trying to get a point across. Too bad it is falling on deaf ears.

The State Attorney's Office filed an indictment against a young Jew who placed a sign at the entrance to the settlement of Bat Ayin in Gush Etzion, warning against the entry of the Israel Police into the settlement.
"This road leads to the locality of Bat Ayin, there is no entrance to the Israel Police," the sign reads, "You are harming the security of the residents of the locality, you murdered a child for us ... you risk entering, see you were warned."
The indictment alleges that "in his above-mentioned acts, the defendant threatened police officers and tried to threaten the station, police officers with bodily injury in order to intimidate or tease."
Another section attributes to the suspect interfering with a police officer in the performance of his duties: "The police officer asked the suspect to identify himself, then the suspect started walking in the direction of Bat Ayin. The Police officer asked the defendant to stop but he ignored him and continued walking. The police officer asked him to stop again but was ignored and the suspect started running from the police officer as he ran in the wadi towards Bat Ayin until he disappeared. "
On these acts the prosecution argued "the suspect did an act with intent to interfere with a police officer in the performance of his duty lawfully".
Advocate David Halevi, representing the Honenu organization on behalf of the accused, responded: "The indictment that was filed is outrageous and delusional. In a normal democracy that sanctifies freedom of expression and protest, such an indictment should not have been filed at all. It is doubtful whether the indictment will stand up in a court of law.
'' In any case, it is very difficult to get rid of the impression that the indictment is entirely tainted with serious selective enforcement and points to the rapacity and lack of restraint of the enforcement body... just because the sign was aimed at the police themselves. הפרקליטות הגישה כתב אישום נגד צעיר יהודי שהציב שלט בכניסה ליישוב בת עין בגוש עציון, המזהיר מפני כניסה של משטרת ישראל ליישוב.
''כביש זה מוביל ליישוב בת עין, אין כניסה למשטרת ישראל", נכתב על השלט, "אתם פוגעים בביטחון תושבי היישוב, רצחתם לנו ילד... בכניסתכם אתם מסתכנים, ראו הוזהרתם''.
בכתב האישום נטען כי "במעשיו האמורים לעיל, איים הנאשם על השוטרים וניסה לאיים על כלל שוטרי התחנה בפגיעה שלא כדין בפגיעה בגופן או בגופם של שוטרים אחרים וזאת במטרה להפחידם או להקניטם".
סעיף נוסף מייחס לחשוד הפרעה לשוטר במילוי תפקידו: "השוטר ביקש מהנאשם להזדהות בפניו, או אז החל הנאשם בהליכה לכיוון כללי בת עין. השוטר קרא לנאשם לעצור, אך האחרון התעלם מקריאתו והמשיך בהליכה. השוטר קרא לנאשם לעצור בשנית אך הנאשם הוסיף להתעלם מקריאותיו והחל בבריחה מפני השוטר כשהוא רץ בוואדי לכיוון בת עין עד שנעלם".
על מעשיו אלו טענה התביעה "עשה הנאשם מעשה בכוונה להפריע לשוטר כשהוא ממלא את תפקידו כדין".
עו"ד דוד הלוי המייצג מטעם מארגון חוננו את הנאשם, הגיב: "כתב האישום אשר הוגש מקומם והזוי. במדינה דמוקרטית מתוקנת המקדשת את חופש הביטוי והמחאה כתב אישום מן הסוג האמור לא היה צריך להיות מוגש כלל ועיקר. ספק אם כתב האישום יעמוד במבחן משפטי.
''מכל מקום, קשה מאוד להשתחרר מהרושם כי כתב האישום נגוע כולו באכיפה בררנית קשה ומצביע על הדורסנות וחוסר הריסון והאיפוק של גופי האכיפה, רק משום שהשלט כוון כלפי משטרה. אין לנו ספק כי מרשנו יזוכה בתיק זה, בסופו של יום".
