Fwd: Rep. Weiner to Hold Town Hall Meetings on Israel and the Middle East

bs"d

Dear fellow activists in Brooklyn and Queens, amv"sh

Anthony Wiener sees himself as a great friend of Israel since he advocates reciprocity before US tax payer money in the hundreds of thousands as well as billion dollar arms deals goes to Arab Countries.

Our message is that the Land of Israel is our Biblical Birthright and Judea and Samaria is our entitlement! We reject the notion of a Palestinian State for the sake of peace and the betterment of the US and world!

No US tax payer's money should be going to arm and train  terrorists as was the case of the murder of Meir Chai father of 7 children and school teacher.  No money that US taxpayers send should then be used against Israel and her citizens. The terrorists  used weapons supplied by the US.  The terrorist were free  because of US pressure on Israel to release Palestinian prisoners who are terrorists with blood on their hands in exchange for moving the "peace process" forward.  The incident happened because of US pressure on Israel to remove roadblocks that protect Israeli citizens in order to give Palestinians (terrorists in this case) freedom of movement.   And then to add insult to injury, Obama demanded an investigation requested by the Palestinians from the government of Israel after they went after and killed the terrorists since this retaliatory action on the part of Israel was harmful to the "peace process".

In Brooklyn:

The town hall meeting will be on Sunday, January 31
st at 10:00 AM at the Young Israel of Bedford Bay located at 2114 Brown Street, Brooklyn, NY between Avenue V and Avenue U.

In Queens:

The town hall meeting will be on Sunday, January 31st at 1:30 PM at the Young Israel of Kew Gardens Hills located at 70-11 150th Street, Flushing, NY between 70th Road and Jewel Avenue.

אל המקום אשר....

To the MTA,

Shame on You!!!

In every generation, our enemies try to obliterate the Jewish people but with G-d's help,  we Israel and the Jewish people still survive, and thrive. Yes we continue to exist for thousands of years praying to return to our ancestral Homeland, that the world be filled with G-dliness, a Kingdom of G-d, we pray for the Davidic dynasty and the Rebuilding of our Holy Temple. We pray for peace and prosperity for mankind.

Our enemies have disappeared throughout the generations only to be replaced with a similar Amalekite evil dressed differently.

You, the MTA, have been infiltrated and are siding with the devil who murders their own and who hides behind their own civilian population.

Be assured they would treat you no better.

Here is the Truth:

The US sent our tax payer dollars to empower Hamas via Iran and Qatar. They In turn pressure the GOI, the Government of Israel, to be their puppet, restraining Israel from fighting and deterring Hamas and Iran and Iran's proxies.

US tax payer dollars enabled the atrocities of October 7th and US policies continue to empower evil.

How were the underground terror tunnels built?

 From US policies that empowered them coming from the Democrats and the Biden Administration.

 Israel's very survival measures are being taken in order to deter another genocidal massacre...Yet u are blind.

Iran and Hamas and Israel's enemies do not hide their evil intentions. Just tune into what Arab  Children are being taught, and have been taught in PA/UNRWA/HAMAS "schools".

Who is blinding you? Who in the MTA is  behind this hateful campaign against G-d and His people?

I hope they get fired and a counter campaign with righteous signs calling for the demise of PA/HAMAS/UNRWA replace this evil.

May an Almighty G-d return your efforts measure for measure. He who Blesses Israel will be Blessed and the opposite is true as well!

More on the Rubashkin Case

bs"d

Dear Zev Brenner, amv"sh

Please forward this both to Shmuly Yanklovitz and to attorney Sam Hirsh and to the Rubashkin family  for a new perspective.   Thanks

Regarding the Rubashkin case, let's try to look at the Bigger Picture!

Shmuly from Uri L'Tzedek:   As one who is in the forefront in the fight for ethics and morality, in your honest opinion, which scenario is more ethical and moral according to a "Higher Authority"?.

The hard earned  American tax payer money legally lands up in the Palestinian Authority to teach children about 'martyrdom', praise violent resistance and teach that the entire State of Israel does not exist.http://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/134354 or alternatively, according to American law lands up illegally in the hands of the Spinka Rebbe who uses this money  to pay salaries for his Rabbeim of his Yeshiva some of whom have large families e.g. 10 kids.  The Spinka Yeshiva, like most good Yeshivas  teaches  the observance of Torah and Mitzvoth the epitome of ethical and moral behavior.

One has to admit that when we are talking about a higher moral order, the illegal money landing in the Spinka Yeshiva is preferable to legal money ending up in the Palestinian Authority Schools teaching incitement and martyrdom. In fact I would even venture to guess that you yourself would prefer that your tax money would end up in a Yeshiva rather than in a PA school that teaches incitement and martyrdom.

Or does American legality overrule answering to a "Higher Authority?"

Shmuly,

I am all for paying taxes and being ethical and moral.  But do you really believe that the Spinka Rebbe should be on such a defensive for defrauding the American tax payer when the Orthodox Jewish American Tax payer is being defrauded by the American Gov't who uses their hard earned money to give lots of money to the Palestinian Authority.   see link The USAID program has pumped $2.4 billion into the Palestinian Authority since 1994 for what it says are programs that "reduce poverty, improve health and education, create jobs and advance democracy." USAID says it plans to invest another $153 million in 2010 for the development of PA infrastructure in Judea and Samaria.

Shmuly, it is not secret that the Palestinians rejoiced when the Twin Towers fell.

It is nice and fine to be patriotic but how much do your really care about your fellow Jew in Judea and Samaria all 350,000 of them who have built up their lives and community, with an honest and ethical work ethic and in spite of this,  face expulsion and destruction due to pressure coming from the American Government using your hard earned taxes. I'm not sure how much you've earned so far because you are still a student.  This is hypothetical.  And if you think that a Palestinian State will not bring Kassam rockets upon all of Israel within Kassam reach, go live in Sderot and experience first hand the result of Disengagement.    After all, what  happened to the taxpaying, hard working, honest and ethical Jews from Gush Katif whose homes and communities were destroyed because the ethical and moral Jewish communities in America and elsewhere were too self absorbed in whatever they were absorbed in to protest?

You yourself managed to organize thousands to sign a petiion against Agriprocessor and  company?  Couldn't you have used your energies to fight for Yesha?  Is it no wonder that G-d sends as His Shaliach some judge in Indiana  that comes up with a some unrelated Psak that says that Rubashkin can't have his passport because he might run to Israel the Homeland for the Jewish People.

Perhaps G-d, who has his messengers is telling us Jews through this judge that Israel is our Homeland and we must not forget it?

Do you really think that the reason Jews are being targeted because we are involved in serious bank fraud and unethical business behavior?  You yourself said that if someone did not meet your ethical standards you would not commit them to jail but would work with them.

I am not promoting  hiring illegal immigrants but honestly, what is their alternative?  Are these illegal immigrants better off now than they were not working for Rubashkin?   Honestly, are they now grateful to you for your charity when they were laid off.  Are their lives much better now as a result of your pursuit of honesty and legality and ethics?  Who helps support them when your charity ran out? Is their new job conditions much more favorable than their previous job conditions in Postville?  What do they get paid in Guatemala now that they can not work illegally in the US.
Of course as loyal  Americans we are concerned about upholding the law of the Land and are against hiring illegal workers and not paying less than minimum wage of $7.25 an hour.

Immigration law is not that black and white.  America has always absorbed the best and sometimes, laws that are too harsh to protect illegal immigration works against our better interests.

Is the USA gov't  interested in merely correcting offenses. regarding illegal immigration and other violations.  How come they close Agriprocessor with no regard to the employees and those who suddenly  lost their source of  livelihood, as a result of this closure thereby causing great distress and suffering in the process.  Surely, these violations could have been corrected a more humane manner. .

As a Rabbinic student you must be aware that In Jewish Law when someone commits a sin he is subject to lashes.  Yet if the one that carries out the punishment, exceeds by even one lash he is Chayav.  He is over Baal Tosif.

 Don't you think that  strictly from an American Legal perspective, Rubashkin and the company Agriprocessor  is being punished too harshly?  Why not investigate independently and if you find via investigative research, not based on biased media reports that  Rubashkin was subject to selective prosecution,  you who helped bring him and his employees down with your pursuit of fairness and justice, have the obligation to join with Sam Hirsh and help him fight his case.  Otherwise, you will be held accountable for all the extra lashes he is receiving unjustly. .  If you were so concerned about justice and ethics do not allow a family to be ruined more than they deserve especially when you helped bring them down.  All your compassion for them can not undo the damage that you and your organization perhaps caused them.

Sincerely, Robin Ticker

PS. G-d is the ultimate just and fair Judge,

My message to the Rubashkin family is to learn from the Judge who told Rubashkin that  his homeland is Eretz Yisroel and to do whatever they can to fight for Shleimus Haaretz and against the terrible decree slated for the hundreds of thousands of Jews in Judea and Samaria  Our obligation to state that the entire world belongs to G-d and G-d chooses to whom to give the Land is taught to us when we learn about Shemittah.

Shemittah has 2 components.

 One component is dependent on the Land of Israel.  Shemittah Karkaot.

 The other component is universal, Shemitas Kesafim.

Rubashkin started his business in 1987, which was a shemittah year.  I believe his whole enterprise fell apart in 2008 which is the year following Shemittah.  Interestingly, the fall of the twin towers was also in Aseres Yemai Teshuva following a Shemittah year and the stock market in 1988 took a plunge following a Shemittah year.  Shemittah is supposed to be metaken the problem of Kochi VeOtzem Yadi which is symbolized by the World Trade Center and the stock market.   In the Shemittah year we are obligated according to the Torah  to loan  to the poor and then forego loans .. I have no doubt that Rubashkin used Pruzbul but the spirit of Shabbat  and Maein Olam Haba is not experienced via legal loopholes even Pruzbul.  Sometimes the letter of the Law is not enough.

Maybe in the Shemittah year, Rubashkin could have instituted a program to feed the poor with chickens.  :"Buy a chicken for a needy family in honor of Shabbos (Shabbat Haaretz).  Especially a needy farmer. "  Maybe a year of extra caring for the fellow Jew to an extraordinary degree  during  the Shemittah year was in order.  Shemittah is meant for Jews.  How many Goyim even have the inclination to keep Shemittas Kesafim.  Of course this should apply  to all Jews not just Rubashkin.  However since Rubashkin is experiencing such difficult times, they may be  the ones to be the pioneers in this uncharted territory of Shemittas Kesafim not totally relying on Pruzbul, a Rabbinic loophole instituted by Hillel,

This is food for thought.   You might want to read a bit more about my own personal experience regarding Shemittah at http://shemittahrediscovered.blogspot.com/2005/09/how-it-began-how-i-became-interested.html

Kol Tuv, and Shavua Tov!

Here is a reprint of the report of Uri LeTzedek just to refresh your memory.

Repairing a sacred relationship
By Ari Hart and Shmuly Yanklowitz

With black helicopters buzzing overhead, scores of U.S. Federal agents on May 12 conducted the largest immigration raid in American history, at a meatpacking plant in the small town of Postville, Iowa. Affidavits and search warrants alleged that the slaughterhouse had hired hundreds of undocumented Guatemalan immigrants, abused and threatened them, and paid them sub-minimum wages. The episode shocked many Americans and revealed major flaws in our immigration system and domestic labor practices. Even worse, from the Jewish point of view, was that this story unfolded at Agriprocessors, the largest supplier of kosher meat in America.

The Jewish community in general and the observant community in particular are obliged by countless directives, rooted in the Torah, to protect and support the workers who produce the goods and services that sustain us. Even if our skin colors and faiths are different and we are hundreds of miles apart, our lives are deeply intertwined by virtue of the sacred social relationships between consumer, worker and employer. The charges raised by the government made it eminently clear that those relationships had been violated: Its affidavit outlined many health and safety violations, including dangerous working conditions, at the Agriprocessors plant. There were also many horrific stories in the media about physical and sexual abuse of workers and severe mistreatment of animals.

Uri L'Tzedek, the first Orthodox social justice organization in the United States, responded. Our initial action was to raise funds to help the families that, as a result of the raid, were left destitute without income. We also petitioned the company's owner, Aaron Rubashkin, protesting the abuse of workers, who included many immigrants, vulnerable populations that the Torah repeatedly demands the Jewish people protect.

Signers of the petition demanded that Agriprocessors agree to pay its workers at least minimum wage, $7.25 in Iowa, and recommit to abiding by all U.S. laws relating to worker safety and rights. Approximately 60 percent of kosher beef and 40 percent of kosher chicken in America and much in Israel come from Agri, but these signers committed to buy from and patronize only those institutions that purchase the alternatives. While the Orthodox Union, the country's largest kashrut certifier, decided not to challenge Agri on these allegations, nearly 2,000 Jewish leaders and kosher consumers, from the U.S. and Israel, did sign on to our demands. Many synagogues, schools and camps have also vowed to cease buying Agri products until the injustices are rectified. We believe this in itself was a victory confirming that the Orthodox and broader kosher communities care about the oppressed, the stranger and the worker.

Members of Uri L'Tzedek also met with members of the Rubashkin family and company management in early June. The atmosphere was tense, but the company did commit to complying with our demands. At the same time, it hired Jim Martin, a reputable former U.S. Attorney, to serve as the company's chief compliance officer, a new position created in response to these major problems. Martin has already instituted a number of reforms, intended to bring Agriprocessors into compliance with U.S. laws governing worker protection. Our negotiations and dialogue with the company and with Mr. Martin have continued, and the boycott was suspended in response to these initial signs of reform.

This was an important victory for the kosher consumers who signed on and for the workers who remain at the plant. The arrested undocumented employees and their families, however, have lost out: Hundreds have been imprisoned and await deportation. And new allegations of withheld pay and exploitation of workers continue to arise.

More generally, a failed immigration system remains in place in America, by which many industries rely on the labor of easily exploited poor undocumented immigrants to provide cheap services. When the government does take action, it is often against the workers, rather than seeing them as the abused party.

The Uri L'Tzedek team intends to visit Postville on August 12 to assist and meet with workers past and present, and their families. A number of leaders of Jewish youth groups also plan to join the delegation: They are the next generation of kosher activists. Addressing these larger issues is integral to Uri L'Tzedek's work as Orthodox Jewish activists. In addition to mobilizing members of the Orthodox and broader Jewish community to raise funds for the families that have been hurt by the raids, we have attempted to raise awareness about workers' rights and immigration through educational campaigns in the Orthodox community, and have lobbied U.S. House and Senate staff to express our concerns about the human suffering that results from these kinds of enforcement tactics.

As Orthodox Jews, we feel that we must go beyond addressing our own parochial needs and wield the unprecedented influence we now have for the values the Torah holds dear: justice, love and compassion. As American Jews, we have been deeply inspired by the path blazed by B'maaglei Tzedek in Israel, placing social justice at the forefront of religious priorities. It does this in part via its tav hevrati (social seal), which certifies restaurants as not only kosher but also as meeting ethical standards. We value the effort to carry out the ethical mitzvot as stringently as we observe the ritual ones.

We believe this campaign signals a new level of communal expectation of all our Jewish businesses to conduct themselves with the highest standards of ethics and justice, as demanded by our holy tradition. We work and we yearn for the time when "justice shall roll down like waters and righteousness like an everflowing stream" - may it come speedily in our days. Amen.

UN Issues from Arlene Kushner: Must read because fighting this War on Terror depends on each and every one of us. Every person a soldier, Media people are Officers, Rabbanim are Lieutenants. Don't shirk your obligation!

bs"d

This is an extremely important email.  As Arlene points points out billions of American tax payer dollar goes to the hands of those that promote terror and abuse human rights. With Hashem's help we can stop it if we only try. This must be on our radar screen and on the front page! Please focus on it in shul  Drashas because it is a matter of Pikuach Nefesh and if you do your part it will be felt and strengthen the war against evil and if not, the opposite chas vechalila.  It's either Bracha or Kelala and no middle ground.  Those who have taken the initiative must be given recognition and  supported. Our united voices needs to be heard. Yasher Kochachem and Shabbat Shalom Umevorach!

"UN Issues"

I want to concentrate today on the UN, and the up-coming Durban III.  What's encouraging here is the enormous response against Durban III that is being mounted.  While there is much ugliness in the world, there seems to be far less passivity with regard to it. This is a hopeful sign

~~~~~~~~~~
Eye on the UN, the organization headed by Anne Bayefsky, has put out a short new video regarding "Durban III and the Perils of Global Intolerance":  http://www.durbanwatch.com/  On this same page you can find backgrounders regarding Durban I and II.
~~~~~~~~~~

The date for Durban III at the UN is September 22.  At the same time, there will be a counter-conference sponsored by The Hudson Institute -- with which Bayefsky is associated -- and Touro College Institute on Human Rights and the Holocaust at the Millennium UN Plaza Hotel.

What a line-up of speakers they will have, including: John Bolton, Mike Hukabee, Dore Gold, Ruth Wisse, Wafa Sultan, Khaled Abu Toameh, and Simon Deng.

There will be a live conference webcast and at the durbanwatch site above you can secure information for logging into that.

~~~~~~~~~~
Perhaps even more important is "We Have a Dream: Global Summit Against Discrimination and Persecution.," sponsored by an international coalition of NGOs.  This will be "a parallel summit to place urgent situations of discrimination and persecution on the international agenda, promote human rights and democracy, and give a voice to the voiceless."
The goal, quite simply, is to focus public attention on the genuine human rights atrocities taking place in the world, as counterpoint to the obscene and libelous UN charge that Israel is the greatest violator of human rights.  At one and the same time it will put the lie to the Durban III charges and, as its PR indicates, "give a voice to the voiceless."  It will call attention to genuine human suffering that is too often ignored.
The Summit will take place on September 21 and 22 on the UN Plaza across the street from the UN.  And it will feature people such as a survivor of Tiananmen Square and president of Initiatives for China; one of the "lost boys of Sudan," as well as people connected to and fighting against human rights abuses in places such as Vietnam, Cuba, Burma, Rwanda, Sudan and Iran.  There will be, for example, a spokesperson for the Uyghur people, a Chinese ethnic people that endures suffering at the hands of the Chinese government.
There will be a webcast of these proceedings as well, which you should be able to access at: NGOsummit.org.
~~~~~~~~~~

Lastly, and very significantly, there is this:

Chair of the House Foreign Relations Committee Ileana Ros-Lehtinen (R-FL) -- who is a wise and forthright woman, and a great friend of Israel -- on August 30 introduced House Resolution 2829, which is now in committee. It is intended to promote transparency, accountability, and reform within the United Nations system, and would have an effect on how US donations to the UN are directed and when they may be withheld.  Under this bill, the US -- instead of giving across the board funding -- would decide which programs to support. Funds to the ant-Israel Human Rights Council, for example, would stop immediately.

Significantly, the bill proposes immediately cutting America's financial contribution to any program or agency of the UN that supports Palestinian bid for recognition and membership.

~~~~~~~~~~
The bill currently has 57 co-sponsors.  I ask you most urgently to write to your Congresspersons and encourage them to sign on as co-sponsors, if they have not already done so.
The US currently provides 22% of the UN's budget ($7.7 billion in 2010!!).  Much of what is funded with this US donation works against US values and goals and is a waste of US tax dollars.  It is on this basis that your Congresspersons should be urged to support House Resolution 2829.  The US can ill-afford to waste money in this fashion.
Other arguments (with a nod to UCI):
- UN agencies are filled with representatives of the most tyrannical nations in the world, some of the worst abusers of human rights.  Yet these nations continue to pass multiple resolutions condemning Israel while ignoring their own inhumanity.
- Financial corruption is rampant and investigation has documented billions of dollars funneled into private accounts of U.N. officials.
- Hamas is not listed as a terrorist entity by the UN. Via a process involving UNRWA, Hamas ends up as a beneficiary of UN largesse.
- The Palestinian refugees have been maintained by UNRWA for more than 60 years.  They languish in deplorable conditions in "refugee camps" where they are indoctrinated in terrorism and hatred of Israel.
http://www.house.gov/house/MemberWWW_by_State.shtml
Additionally, please! write letters to the editor and op-eds regarding this issue.
Here is a place to make a difference.  Please, don't put this off.
Fwd: THE ONLY SURVIVING PHOTO ALBUM FROM AUSCHWITZ
bs"d
Please pass this around, to help assure that people will continue to bear witness to this evil legacy.
This Album is from May 1944 Hungary.  At this point American Jews knew what was happening and did not do enough to raise H-ll to the American gov't to bomb the train tracks.  Rabbi Weissmandl was brokenhearted when he cried in desperation to raise money to save the lives of Hungarian Jews, he was met with cruel Silence.   Peter Bergson organized  400 Rabbis march but was vilified by the mainstream Jewish community.  . http://shemittahrediscovered.blogspot.com/2009/08/for-journalists-authentic-not-idly-by.htmlTheir activism was not joined by others!  So Hungarian Jews including my aunts and uncles and grandparents  perished when others who could have prevented it from happening were Silent.
Please read about Weissmandl and the unheeded cry:  In 1938 activism could have changed matters and  maybe millions  could have been saved.
Bayamim Haheim Bizman Hazeh - In those Days in Our Days......
Recently in the 5 Times Jewish Times front page story, David Ha'Ivri told Larry Gordon on Page 14 cont from page 1, issue 29 Sivan 5770 "that since 1997 the office in the American Consulate that oversees the territories has provided over $4 BILLION funding for Palestinian projects and absolutely nothing for projects related to Jewish communities. That is American Tax Payers money!  Shouldn't Agudah address this unethical way of spending American Tax Payers monies along side their seminars on Business ethics and the requirements according to Halacha  to pay taxes as per the law of the Land.  Why should Jewish taxpayer monies go to paying our enemies to educate their children to do Jihad against us?  Why is there no outcry by our major religious Jewish Organizations regarding the following Statement by the White House 3 days ago?
   Press Secretary on Israel's announcement on Gaza
The White House
Office of the Press Secretary
For Immediate Release
June 20, 2010
Statement by the Press Secretary on Israel's announcement on Gaza
www.whitehouse.gov/the-press-office/statement-press-secretary-israel-s-announcement-gaza
The President has described the situation in Gaza as unsustainable and has
made clear that it demands fundamental change. On June 9, he announced that
the United States was moving forward with $400 million in initiatives and
commitments for the West Bank and Gaza. The President described these
projects as a down payment on the U.S. commitment to the people of Gaza, who
deserve a chance to take part in building a viable, independent state of
Palestine, together with those who live in the West Bank. These
announcements resulted from consultations with the Palestinian Authority
President Mahmoud Abbas and Prime Minister Salam Fayyad.
Today, the United States welcomes the new policy towards Gaza announced by
the Government of Israel, which responds to the calls of many in the
international community.  Once implemented, we believe these arrangements
should significantly improve conditions for Palestinians in Gaza, while
preventing the entry of weapons. We will work with Israel, the Palestinian
Authority, the Quartet, and other international partners to ensure these
arrangements are implemented as quickly and effectively as possible and to
explore additional ways to improve the situation in Gaza, including greater
freedom of movement and commerce between Gaza and the West Bank.  There is
more to be done, and the President looks forward to discussing this new
policy, and additional steps, with Prime Minister Netanyahu during his visit
to Washington on July 6.
We strongly re-affirm Israel's right to self-defense, and our commitment to
work with Israel and our international partners to prevent the illicit
trafficking of arms and ammunition into Gaza.  As we approach the fourth
anniversary of the capture of Israeli soldier Gilad Shalit, we call again
for his immediate release, and condemn the inhumane conditions of his
detention.
We believe that the implementation of the policy announced by the Government
of Israel today should improve life for the people of Gaza, and we will
continue to support that effort going forward. We urge all those wishing to
deliver goods to do so through established channels so that their cargo can
be inspected and transferred via land crossings into Gaza.  There is no need
for unnecessary confrontations, and we call on all parties to act
responsibly in meeting the needs of the people of Gaza.
  and $20,000,000 for Hamas Refugees to America!  HR 1388 PASSED !!
Today, Evelyn Haze sent me this email.::
You just spent $20,000,000 to move members/supporters of Hamas, a terrorist organization, to the United States; they get housing, food, the whole enchilada.
HR 1388 PASSED
 Whether you are an Obama fan, or not,
EVERYONE IN THE US needs to know.....
Something happened... H.R. 1388 was passed, behind our backs. You may want to read about it.. It wasn't mentioned on the news. Just went by on the ticker tape at the bottom of the CNN
Screen.
Obama funds $20M in tax payer dollars to immigrate Hamas Refugees to the USA . This is the news that didn't make the headlines...
By Executive Order, President Barack Obama has ordered the expenditure of $20.3 million in "migration assistance" to the Palestinian refugees and "conflict victims" in Gaza.
The "presidential determination," which allows hundreds of thousands of Palestinians with ties to Hamas to resettle in the United States, was signed and appears in the Federal Register.
Few on Capitol Hill, or in the media, took note that the order provides a free ticket replete with housing and food allowances to individuals who have displayed their overwhelming support to the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) in the parliamentary election of January 2006.
Let's review....itemized list of some of Barack Obama's most recent actions since his inauguration:
His first call to any head of state, as president, was to Mahmoud Abbas, leader of Fatah party in the Palestinian territory.
His first one-on-one television interview with any news organization was with Al Arabia television.
He ordered Guantanamo Bay closed and all military trials of detainees halted.
He ordered overseas CIA interrogation centers closed.
He withdrew all charges against the masterminds behind the USS Cole and the "terror attack" on 9/11.
Now we learn that he is allowing hundreds of thousands of Palestinian refugees to move to, and live in, the US at American taxpayer expense.
These important, and insightful, issues are being "lost" in the blinding bail-outs and "stimulation" packages.
PLEASE PASS THIS ON... AMERICA NEEDS TO KNOW
WE are losing this country at a rapid pace.
 United STates is SO UNETHICAL IN SPENDING OUR HARD EARNED TAX MONEY!!!!!  There is nothing wrong with Business ethics but this is not a one way street. It is time to go on the OFFENSIVE.  Rubashkin and his ethical conduct is not the problem!  Outrageous! 27 years imprisonment for  "bank fraud" and we know the banks were fully aware?  Ask his attorney Nat Lewin.  Why are we  apologetic after they destroyed his business selectively for offenses that were common in the industry?  Perhaps he and fellow Jews are guilty of something seemingly unrelated.
Perhaps Rubashkin  is being the Karbon of Silent Jewry who was silent when Jonathan Pollard rots in Jail and Gush Katif  homes  were destroyed creating refugees and bringing the communities in financial hardships and ruin with Sderot is being bombarded with Kassam rockets and Beit Hashalom is Judenrein and Federman's house destroyed. There is resounding Silence from Agudath Yisroel  when Judea and Samaria is frozen not to mention freezing suburbs of Jerusalem. Har Habayit is not even considered aJewish Heritage site.  Who reminds us about our ties to the Holy Land Israel?  It's the rosecutors of Iowa who tell him you can not  be released on bail because you might escape to Israel!  And our response is Rubashkin has  no intention of escaping.  But Prosecutors can not t believe him because they understand that a Jews place is in Israel and not America.
In October 2088 Renanah Goldher a researcher and student of Rabbi Weissmandl sent me this information about Rabbi Weissmandl:
On May 15, 1944 the expulsions from Hungary began. The next day Rabbi Weissmandl wrote to the Jewish leaders of the number of trains scheduled daily, the number of persons in each train and in each boxcar, the route, conditions and terrain along it, and of the extermination processes in Auschwitz with sketches and maps showing the gas chambers and the guard towers as they would appear from the air.  He wrote:
"that is the order of events in Auschwitz to which starting from yesterday, 12,000 Jewish souls – men, women, and children, the old, the sick and the healthy – will be taken daily to be choked, to be burned and to be manure for the fields.   And you, brother Jews!  And you, ministers of state in all countries!  How can you keep quiet at this murder in which up till now some six million Jews have already been murdered and even now tens of thousands more are being killed every day? From the desolation in their souls, the murdered Jews cry out to you: 'You are cruel! You are murderers, because of your cruel silence and because you do nothing!  Surely, you can do something to object and stop it – now!'  therefore, in the name of the blood of the millions and the tears of the millions, we beg you, we pleas with you, we claim and demand of you: do something immediately.....Brother Jews!  Have you gone mad….Who is the giver?  You, who give a few pennies from your lofty pedestals, or we who are giving blood and tears in the depths?...Who gave you permission to ask us for accounts and budgets as though we were negotiating for clothes or other items before you give us one ten-thousandth of what we need…"
 if you can, never forget this...when Israel attacks Iran , we MUST support them
A black chapter in world history... mans inhumanity to man. Keep this going and going and going lest we do forget sometime in the future. I don't know how God could forgive such blatant brutality
THE AUSCHWITZ ALBUM
This Album memorializes the arrival of Hungarian Jews to Auschwitz in May of 1944.
It is the only one of its kind, and it is solely due to this album that we have a visual history of what occurred in the Auschwitz-Birchenau death camp.
The album was discovered after the war by an Auschwitz survivor, Lily Jacob, who donated it to Yad Vashem in 1980.
Now, with the aid of the Internet, it can be viewed by millions of people, anywhere in the world.
NEW YORK, March 6, 2018
The Zionist Organization of America (ZOA) has strongly criticized the America Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) for calling for the establishment of an Abbas/Palestinian Arab state, a position that contradicts those of both the Trump Administration and the Israeli government.
That coupled with AIPAC's long standing refusal to support Israel's policy of the right of Jews to live anywhere in Judea/Samaria, its delay of almost a year in supporting a stronger Taylor Force Act until it was weakened, indicates AIPAC's claim that its policy is only to support Israeli policy seems to be inaccurate.
Speaking on Sunday, AIPAC CEO Howard Kohr addressed the AIPAC annual conference in Washington DC, calling the establishment of an Abbas Palestinian Arab state essential for Israel's security, saying, "We must all work toward that future: two states for two peoples…. One Jewish with secure and defensible borders, and one Palestinian with its own flag and its own future. Today that dream seems remote. This is tragic."
"It seems to us absolutely surreal that, within a mere couple of weeks since Palestinian Authority (PA) dictator Mahmoud Abbas' poisonous, grotesque speech falsely accusing Israel of ethnic cleansing in a war actually launched by Palestinian Arabs in 1948; inventing a fantasy history of Palestinian origins among the biblical Canaanites; blaming Israel for the failure of peace initiatives that the PA rejected; systematically denying, falsifying and appropriating Jewish history in order to deny Jews any right to a state of their own, stating all of Israel is Occupied Arab land, paying Arabs to murder Jews, naming schools, streets, sports teams after Jew killers, proclaiming that no Jew will be allowed in "Palestine" and refusing to recognize Israel as a Jewish State, AIPAC should think it appropriate and fitting to call for establishing an Abbas-controlled Palestinian Arab state."
"It seems to us absolutely surreal that, within a mere couple of weeks since Palestinian Authority (PA) dictator Mahmoud Abbas' poisonous, grotesque speech falsely accusing Israel of ethnic cleansing in a war actually launched by Palestinian Arabs in 1948; inventing a fantasy history of Palestinian origins among the biblical Canaanites; blaming Israel for the failure of peace initiatives that the PA rejected; systematically denying, falsifying and appropriating Jewish history in order to deny Jews any right to a state of their own, stating all of Israel is Occupied Arab land, paying Arabs to murder Jews, naming schools, streets, sports teams after Jew killers, proclaiming that no Jew will be allowed in "Palestine" and refusing to recognize Israel as a Jewish State, AIPAC should think it appropriate and fitting to call for establishing an Abbas-controlled Palestinian Arab state."
ZOA National President Morton A. Klein said in a statement, "It seems to us absolutely surreal that, within a mere couple of weeks since Palestinian Authority (PA) dictator Mahmoud Abbas' poisonous, grotesque speech falsely accusing Israel of ethnic cleansing in a war actually launched by Palestinian Arabs in 1948; inventing a fantasy history of Palestinian origins among the biblical Canaanites; blaming Israel for the failure of peace initiatives that the PA actually rejected; systematically denying, falsifying and appropriating Jewish history in order to deny Jews any right to a state of their own, stating all of Israel is Occupied Arab land, paying Arabs to murder Jews, naming schools, streets, sports teams after Jew killers, proclaiming that no Jew will be allowed in "Palestine" and refusing to recognize Israel as a Jewish State, AIPAC should think it appropriate and fitting to call for establishing an Abbas-controlled Palestinian Arab state.
"How, in such circumstances where the pro-terror, anti-peace agenda of Abbas and the PA have been starkly laid bare for us, can AIPAC even dream of discussing Palestinian Arab statehood at this point?
"And how can it do so when supporting the creation of a Palestinian Arab state is not the policy of either Israel or the Trump Administration? President Trump made it clear that he supports any solution that commends itself to both parties while Prime Minister Netanyahu has stated that a Palestinian state is not the policy of his government under prevailing conditions.
"Indeed, at this very AIPAC Conference, neither Vice-President Mike Pence's speech, nor Ambassador to the UN Nikki Haley's speech, made any call for Palestinian statehood. No, the idea that the unrepentant, terror-promoting Mahmoud Abbas should be empowered to preside over a sovereign Palestinian Arab state was made only by the head of AIPAC!
"Israel's Deputy Foreign Minister, Tzipi Hotovely, had it right when she suggested that the time has come for AIPAC to 'update its talking points.'
"Likud MK Yehuda Glick also criticized AIPAC as an organization purporting to speak in defense of Israel's interests, 'if it pretends to represent the official position of the State of Israel to elected officials in the United States, it must do so faithfully.'
"And indeed, how can AIPAC be purporting to represent Israel or support its democratically elected government of the day when its CEO makes a speech aggressively pressing for Palestinian statehood when, only two months ago, the internal committee of Likud, the Israeli government's ruling party, voted in favor or applying Israeli sovereignty to Judea/Samaria and eastern Jerusalem?
The Israeli public are no less at odds with Mr. Kohr than the Israeli government: A January 2017 Maagar Mochot poll found that an overwhelming majority of 75% of Israelis support Israeli sovereignty in Judea/Samaria, while a March 2017 Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs poll showed that 57% of Israelis oppose Israeli withdrawal from Judea/Samaria. Indeed, fully three-quarters of Israelis –– 76% –– support Israel retaining full security control throughout Judea/Samaria.
"Clearly, there is an astonishing disconnect between the views of the Israeli government and people and AIPAC. There is also a repeated pattern of flawed judgment by AIPAC.
"The truth of the matter is simply that AIPAC has got it badly wrong again. AIPAC supported the disastrous and tragic 2005 Gaza withdrawal, which led to over 10,000 Jews being uprooted from their homes, businesses and thriving communities, and enabled Hamas to eventually take over the Strip and exponentially increase rocket fire into Israel, with the result that there have been three major Gaza wars since that withdrawal.
"It is not as if Israel has reaped some great benefits from the steep and tragic price it paid. In return for relinquishing land and destroying and uprooting thriving communities, Israel has been struck by tens of thousands of rockets by Hamas and a number of other jihadists groups operating under its aegis. Thousands of former Gaza residents languish in temporary housing to this day, having proved unable to re-establish their old lives and businesses. This is the tragic misjudgment and disaster, which AIPAC supported.
"And of course AIPAC was an enthusiastic supporter of the original 1993 Oslo Accords, the greatest self-inflicted wound in Israel's history. The cost of Oslo has included not only pushing off further, rather than bringing closer, the eventual advent of peace, but, most tragically, many thousands of murdered and maimed Israelis as well.
"I personally sat alongside Mr. Kohr during Congressional hearings on the Oslo Accords in the 1990s, in which he conceded that arch-terrorist Yasser Arafat's behavior could be better, but also argued that Arafat was doing well enough to justify continued negotiations as well as continued US diplomatic and financial support, while I, representing ZOA, condemned Arafat as a terrorist and urged an end to US aid to Arafat. As we all know, Arafat eventually launched the 2000 terror war, which claimed the lives of 1,500 Israeli civilians and wounded and maimed thousands more. AIPAC was deeply mistaken then as it is deeply mistaken now.
"With such a record of bad judgment and over-eager willingness to endorse the platitudes and orthodoxies of the day, AIPAC has little credibility left with which to be urging the US or Israeli governments to take such a life-and-death decision such as creating a Palestinian state. Never has it been clearer that Mahmoud Abbas' PA is a pro-terror, anti-peace regime that doesn't believe in peace with Israel and is incapable of creating a durable peace with Israel. And that a State would further endanger Israel.
"At a time when the PA's Abbas has gone out of his way to brazenly lie about Israel, Jewish history, insult President Trump by calling for his house to perish (meaning that his family be wiped out), why AIPAC would seek to cast Abbas a lifeline is truly shocking. Anyone who calls at this moment for the establishment of a Palestinian Arab state is essentially saying that Mahmoud Abbas should become its first head.
"This is a time in the region when states are failing, when the brutal terror-promoting Iranian regime is resurgent and when malignant radical Islamic terrorist groups are wreaking havoc across the region right up to Israel's borders. Calling for a Palestinian Arab state in these prevailing conditions means essentially creating another terror regime, right on Israel's doorstep, one which is likely to fall into the hands of the terrorist organization Hamas which calls in its Covenant for the destruction of Israel and the global murder of Jews.
"Indeed, a 2016 poll conducted by the Arab World Institute for Research and Development indicates that Hamas-affiliated lists would win any PA elections that might be held  –– assuming any transfer of power within the PA was peaceful.
"It is increasingly clear that AIPAC has policies that do not reflect all of Israel's policies nor even those of the US government. AIPAC has never supported the Israeli government's policy to support the Jewish communities of Judea/Samaria, but it has supported Palestinian statehood even when the Israeli government has opposed it.
"We must remember that not only was AIPAC deeply mistaken in backing the Oslo Accords and later the unilateral Gaza withdrawal, but it has proved incapable of defending the basic interests of the US and Israel as well. Indeed, last year, AIPAC was a notable latecomer in supporting the Taylor Force Act, coming on board to support the passage of this bill designed to withhold US-tax-payer funding to the PA if the PA continues its policy of paying financial rewards to terrorists and their families, only after the Act had been significantly weakened.
"When it came to the 2015 nuclear deal with Iran; this should have been AIPAC's moment. AIPAC should have been fiercely and effectively fighting and defeating this terrible policy that both provides a glide path to Iran to obtain a nuclear weapons capacity while also vastly enriching its radical Shia Islamic terrorist regime. A nuclear-armed Iran is an existential threat to Israel and even the West. This was moreover a bipartisan issue in Israel and the Jewish world, and AIPAC's task was crystal clear. Yet, it makes clear that AIPAC's reputation for power and effectiveness is overstated when only four out of 46 Democratic senators ended up opposing the deal.
"Be it noted that AIPAC's task in 2015 was far from being an impossible one: it needed only to secure the support of 13 of 46 Democratic senators to sink the deal; yet it was only able to secure the votes of four. This was a momentous failure on the part of an organization that has a reputation for being able to build massive support or opposition for particular pieces of legislation.
"The ZOA opposes Mr. Kohr's statement as both wrong, counter-productive and dangerous. Creating a Palestinian Arab terror state, largely immune from Israeli reprisals behind what would now be sovereign borders, and rendering Israel an indefensible nine miles wide, would only greatly empower and incentivize Palestinian Arab extremism and non-acceptance of Israel. It would also be a grand display of rewarding Islamist terrorism.
"If the PA as it stands today is a corrupt, barbarous, terror-promoting entity, why would any of this improve upon it being awarded statehood? This would be akin to expecting an abusive boyfriends' behavior before marriage to improve upon marriage.
"As the ZOA has long argued, the PA must disband terror groups, confiscate illegal weaponry, cease paying salaries to jailed, blood-soaked Jew-killers and stipends to the families of dead terrorists; cease glorifying terrorists by naming schools, streets and sports teams after them; and end the incitement to hatred and murder in the PA-controlled media, mosques, schools and youth camps for an extended period of time before there should be any talk of Israeli concessions to the PA, let alone something as momentous and irreversible as statehood."
"AIPAC should seek to undo some of the damage it has done with Mr. Kohr's speech by immediately retracting their position in support of Palestinian Arab statehood, publicly support the right of Jews to live in Judea Samaria, and work to strengthen the Taylor Force Act and the Anti BDS legislation."
