Trump Team needs to build a volunteer base. We can learn strategy from the competition.
Organize for America or Organize for Action does an amazing job and has succeeded in networking many Americans for the Progressive Left. Gillibrand is building on that strategy.
There is no reason why Trump Team can't do the same. So many people are so appreciative of Trump for a variety of reasons. The key is delegating work so everyone is valued and feels useful.
People need to feel like they are part of a team and in charge of their little contribution and that it is appreciated. Fund raising should be secondary.
I get so many Fund raising emails from the Trump Team. I am promised T shirts, Mugs, a chance to be in a raffle to get breakfast with the President or Ivanka or Eric or Donald Jr etc if only I make a donation..
I work as a volunteer, even though I an college educated with a degree in Computer Science and thank G-d and my husband for supporting me.
Only $ contribution are recognized by Campaign fundraisers.
That however isn't stopping my work.
My life is nonstop activism and blogging in support of Israel and President Trump and his G-d fearing agenda. It is not a paid job but a work of love and service to G-d.
I get the impression that those who contribute $ to the Trump campaign will get proper recognition and appreciation. Yet someone who volunteers his/her time and professional expertise are not really thought of as one who contributes in a significant manner.
The opposite is true.
I heard a Rabbi speak about the Wailing Wall and why it survived while the Temple itself was destroyed. He said that the Wailing Wall was built from the contributions of the poor people. My understanding is that it was built from love, sweat and tears and not merely the work of paid Craftsmen. Therefore, this wall is long lasting..
In New York especially we need to stop the Socialist agenda of the elected officials.
Here are some subcommittees that should be formed by professionals, Volunteers...Independent research and action to stop the Democratic Socialists from implementing their Agenda.
Here are samples of possible subcommittees. The list is endless if it includes a committee based on profession, ethnicity, gender etc. Everyone can join whatever committee or subcommittee that addresses their passion.

Investigate Social Media like Google, Twitter, FB, etc for bias and search engines that Shadow ban Conservatives. Conservatives need alternative Social Media that is unbiased. As a pro Israel Conservative Blogger whose views dropped overnight from tens of thousands of views and hits a month to a trickle, I can relate...
- First Amendment Advocates for Trump: This overlaps into every sphere be it political, nonprofit organization, Educational etc.
Investigate breaches of Freedom of Speech for Conservatives by Progressives on College campus, sports teams etc. etc. who hijack the agenda and use the platform of a non political Organization to propagandize a progressive leftist agenda. Park Slope Food Coop for example often includes anti Trump material and BDS in their General meetings and newspaper the LinesWaiter Gazette and reading clubs and suppresses free debate among it's membership and a Conservative response to their propaganda when its agenda should be primarily about organic wholesome food etc. They basically brainwash those who are clueless.

Investigate College Campuses, Cultural clubs in High Schools and Textbooks for progressive leftist agenda suppressing Conservative Speech. College Campus should allow fair exchange of ideas and free debate without intimidation and bullying.
Include wholesome Curriculum that teaches the Judeo Christian values of the Founding Father's. Eg. Benjamin Franklin's work ethic etc. 7 Noahide Laws, basic laws of Universal Morality.. Traditional Core values and Ethics upon which this Nation was founded.

Streamline healthcare services to use common sense and eliminate waste and bureaucracy. This country is a Medina Shel Chesed, a merciful State and for that personally my family is indebted for the health benefits received by Medicare and Medicaid for my 98 year old Mother may she live and be well. Sometimes the documentation and process required for services and supplies that are necessary for a women who has merited to live to a ripe age are bureaucratic and wasteful and has wasted way too much time from doctors, hospitals, insurance companies and family members.
This time and resources should be directed to where it is really needed to help provide health and social services, disaster relief, helping disabled people, the elderly and infirmed, help with job training and finding productive employment for those on welfare without risking what they are already receiving, drug rehab, mentoring kids and teens before they fall into bad company etc.

Encourage Patriotism is competitive sports rather than the opposite
- Entrepreneurs and Small Business Owners for Trump to encourage businesses and entrepreneurship rather than Welfare
