Please Sign Petition that Israel is the Promised Land for Nation of Israel

bs"d

Dear Friends and Family, amv"sh

Please sign this petition and encourage your Rav, your Rabbi, your Rebbe, your Community Leader, your Congregants, your spouse, your children, your family members and friends, your email lists to sign this petition.   Our initial goal is to reach a million signatures.

Israel's claim to the Land is a fundamental principal and truth of our Holy Torah.  It is relevant to our lives.  It is relevant to the decisions of parties based on Torah.  It is relevant to each and every Jew and each and every non Jew.  Peace, security and blessings to the world have their roots in the Covenant that G-d made with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.

Thank you.

How we can be Metaken (Fix) the Chait HaMiraglim (the Sin of the Spies)

bs"d

Dear Rabbi Wallis (Arachim), Rabbi Chaim Dovid Zwiebel (Agudath Yisroel of America, mf770 (please forward to Rav Eliashiv's office) and Rav Pesach Lerner (Young Israel), amv"sh

Can the Gedoilim please come out with a statement that is based on Torah fundamentals asserting our claim to Eretz Yisroel.  The points that are basic are as follows:

1. The Land belongs to G-d.

2. G-d chooses the Nation of Israel to be the rightful stewards of the Land.  Even when the People of Israel  sin, G-d does not forsake His Promise and will Remember His Promise to the People of Israel.  This Statement if very prevalent among Religious Christians.

3. Eretz Yisroel was Promised to our forefathers Avraham Yitzchok and Yaakov and to their seed as an Everlasting Covenant.

4.  The borders of Eretz Yisroel are delineated in Parshal Masei.

5.  Only Am Yisroel are obligated to keep the Commandments that are dependant on the Land thereby bringing peace and security and blessings to the Nation of Israel and to the Nations of the World.

I am convinced that each one of the Gedoilim  would agree to these basic points.  It would be even difficult for a Satmar Chasid to disagree with something so fundamental to Torah Shebichtav.

Yet when it comes to agreeing to put ones signature to these basic fundamentals of Judaism we are hitting stone.

Rav Eliashiv's confidant, Rav Efrati said that Rabbanim of Stature (I would include each one of the recipients of this email to fall into this category and others for whom I do not have email such as the Noveminsker Rebbe, Rav Shmuel Kamenetsky,Rav Matisyahoo Solomon,  Rav Shmuel Berenbaum etc.)  should approach Rav Eliashiv with such a request and it will be considered.  Yet when we approached Rabbanim of stature such as the ones mentioned we are told that it is not proper to tell Rav Eliashiv what to write.  However, if Rav Eliashiv would endorse such a statements than so would the other Rabbanim sign on..

This  email is to let you know that Rav Eliashiv is waiting for each one of us who was present at Sinai along with Hamonei Ham to also  take that courageous leap and declare what is Emes and  basic to our religion.  Am Yisroel are not occupiers.  In fact it's quite the opposite!      Will you please help us with this campaign?

This seems to me to be the test and task of our generation.

Sincerely, Robin Ticker

Biblical Statement

bs"d
To the Reader of this Blog, amv"sh
Would you be willing to copy this out and send it back with your endorsement? Feel free to add points of your own.
We are interested in each and every Jew and each and every Rabbinic and Spiritual Leader publicly claiming our rights to Eretz Yisroel and our desire for Eretz Yisroel.
I, as a member of the Am Yisroel, the undersigned, agree with the following points:
1. The Promised Land is our Biblical Inheritance
2. The Boundaries of Eretz Yisroel are clearly delineated in the Torah
3. The Covenant is the Promise that G-d gave to our Forefathers to give us, Am Yisroel, the Land of Israel.
4. Only Am Yisroel is obligated to keep the Commandments for the benefit and blessings of mankind.
5. The Mitzvoth are only observed to their fullest in Eretz Yisroel.
6. The Land of Israel is our precious gift.
7. We recognize that our keeping the Mitvoth are the conduit for blessings for the Jewish People and to all of the Nations of the World.
Ki Ner Mitvah VeTorah Ohr. In order to bring forth light one needs a candle. In order to bring out the light of Torah to its fullest we need the Land of Israel.
You may ask how have we survived for 2000 years without the Land? Many feel that this shows that we can keep the Torah and don't need the physical land of Eretz Yisroel.
In Golus the light of Torah is dim. Hashem has revealed to us many instances of true miracles and Siyata Dishmaya in our generation with the return to Eretz Yisroel.
Can we hide our face from the Nisim Geluyim of our generation. Can we ignore how we as a Nation survived the Holocaust? Do we ignore the Spiritual revival in Eretz Yisroel and in the Diaspora. How about the open miracles of the Six Day War and most recently with rockets falling daily with minimal casualties etc. as in Gush Katif and Sderot.
Hashem says if we go with Keri (happenstance) Hashem responds with Keri.
After two thousand years we finally have sovereignty. Will we reject it? We can bring peace and blessings to the entire world by keeping the Mitzvot. Will we rise up to our purpose as a Nation to be a Mamlechet Kohanim VeGoy Kadosh or will we agree to territorial concessions in return for FAKE promises of the Nations of the World as opposed to the REAL promises of Hashem.
After 2000 years we can now actually observe SHEMITTAH in Yehudah and the Shomron which is the Biblical Heartland of Eretz Yisroel! How dare we not value this precious gift and opportunity that Hashem has once again given to us after 2000 years. Do we insult Hashem and give away this precious Land our gift, piece by piece, thereby making impossible to keep our precious Mitzvoth, to those that wish to destroy it and destroy the light of Torah, Chas VeChalilah!?
Who else will keep Shemittah if not Am Yisroel?
When we express our yearning for Eretz Yisroel and the Mitzvot dependant on the Land of Israel we will bring Moshiach!
Return this statement with your added comments and endorsement to faigerayzel@aol.com Or you can print it out and send it to CAJL P.O.B. 340149 Brooklyn, NY 11234-0149. We wish to collect as many endorsements as we can from each and every Jew in Israel and/or in the Diaspora. Each and every Jew personally received the Torah at Sinai. The Torah was given at Sinai which is not inside the borders of Eretz Yisroel. One does not need to be an Israeli citizen or even have stepped foot onto Eretz Yisroel to affirm our Biblical Inheritance. Don't hesitate to endorse wherever you are. A Jew living in the Diaspora is equally entitled to the Land of Israel as our Dear brethren that have the zechus to actually live in the Land of Israel. One needs not go on official Aliya via the Jewish Agency. No Jew will be left behind but each precious Yid, needs to be willing at the very minimum to express their personal entitlement of the precious gift of Eretz Yisroel. By this very act of affirmation may we be zocheh to bring the Moshiach Tzidkeinu Bimheira Biyameinu. Amen.
Shabbat Shalom!

Call the Whitehouse for Pollard. Send to all. Must read letter from Leescaplan

bs"d
May 9,. 2007
Shalom everyone. When I called the White House this morning and asked that President Bush please free Jonathan Pollard, I was told by the woman who answered the call that they are tracking this item and will report on it to the President. When I questioned her regarding her comment, she told me that the issue of Jonathan Pollard is on the pre-printed sheet which is given to all the comment line operators so that they can check it off when someone calls about this issue. Clearly, the calls to the White House are having an effect! So please continue to call the White House every day, and call multiple times if you can, at 202-456-1414 or 202-456-1111 and ask that President Bush please free Jonathan Pollard. Every single call means another check mark which IY"H brings Jonathan that much closer to being able to live the rest of his life with his wife Esther in Israel.
In addition, let's not forget that eight Israelis continue to be separated from their country and their families, imprisoned by terrorist organizations and regimes that don't know the meaning of treating people in a civilized manner. Please call the White House daily, and call multiple times if you can, and ask President Bush to do everything humanly possible to secure their release, emphasizing that one of the five being held by Syria is an American citizen by the name of ZACHARY BAUMEL. Please ask President Bush to pressure Syria, Iran, and the Palestinian terrorist organizations under their control to release these men at once!
Tizku lemitzvos rabbos!

Why Silence of Rabbanim. They need our Chizuk

bs"d

After speaking to many within the Chareidi circle it appears to me that the Gedoilim truly believe that the whole of Eretz Yisroel is our Biblical Inheritance. So then why aren't they speaking up?  It is my understanding that if they felt that the Nation as a Whole wanted them to speak up, they would.  It is imperative that each and every one of us speak to our local Rabbanim or any Rav or person of Jewish Leadership and ask them to encourage anyone they know of Jewish Leadership and ask them to make a public statement as to our Biblical Inheritance.

Why then do our Rabbanim need us to encourage them and telling them how to lead? That is a loaded question.

Taking a real leadership role is scary.  When Moshe Rabbeinu told Pharoh to free the Jewish Nation conditions became worse for the Jews.  Then Moshe went back to G-d and complained why things became worse.  If the Rabbinic and Leaders of Am Yisroel do make a public Statement I would expect things to possibly become worse temporarily for Am Yisroel.  If we as a nation are not on the level to accept the leaders actions and we would blame any backlash on their leadership they would be unable to be effective.   It is for good reason I believe the Gedoilim are scared to speak out. However, we have no choice if we believe this is G-d's will and our survival and our purpose of being, is intertwined with Eretz Yisroel and keeping the Commandments in Eretz Yisroel.

Please read a letter written to Hadas the secretary to Rav Eliashiv shlita who is now bli ayin hara 96 years old. http://shemittahrediscovered.blogspot.com/2007/03/letter-to-hadas-secretary-to-rav.html

Chag Kasher VeSameach!

Sincerely, Robin
