Recommendation
To Whom It May Concern:
Re:  Our Praiseworthy Heroes, the Residents of Chavat Gilad

I hereby request that you highly recommend  pioneers in the Shomron , the residents of Chavat Gilad of the Shomron.  These residents are building Eretz Yisroel with their 10 fingers, literally!  To our great disappointment, they are not receiving any help or support from the establishment.  And sometimes ----- the opposite. (and for the wise the rest is implicit)

The residents cope with difficult daily challenges.  They are still not connected to electricity or to the national water supply. In this location, in the winter time they need heat.  This is even more so when we are talking about young couples blessed with little babies.  In spite of the obstacles piled along their path, these residents are holding on to this place with their fingernails.

There is agriculture, working and building of the Land. Young couples, already married are investing their wedding money, (
at risk of being demolished by the gov't robin)  to build their homes.
In all honesty, we are talking about true pioneers without exaggeration.

And now, the water is up to their necks.  There is not enough fuel to supply heat and lighting.  There is real distress because of the weather conditions on the farm.

Therefore, I am calling for Hashem's help for these heroes.  "Et Achai Anochi Mevakesh", my brothers I am seeking, to come to pioneer for our brethren in Israel who are fulfilling, with their physical beings, they, their wives and their children, the Mitzva of Yeshuv Haaretz with all 248 of their limbs.  And, in this way,  we will partner with them, to some extent,  with the building of our beloved Land.

With Blessings,

HaRav Yitzchok Halevi
The Rav of Karnei Shomron

Rabbanim  Chashuvim shllita,

Isn't this a matter of Pekuach Nefesh not only for Judea and Samaria,but also for population centers within shooting range and  by extension all of Israel, all of world Jewry and humanity?

Isn't this a battle between the forces of evil, which is the unity of  Fatah and Hamas vs. Torah and Jewish Claim for Yehuda and  Shomron and for all of Eretz Yisroel within the Torah designated delineated boundar?  Surely this is what the first Rashi of Breishit is all about.

Now a few more words about the delegitimization going on in the UN.

This past Friday, February 18, 2011the UN Security Council voted 13 to 14 against Jewish Settlement in Judea and Samaria.  The 14th vote, a  United States veto,  was by no means pro Jewish Settlement and even so a day of rage is scheduled in Judea and Samaria against this US Veto.  We can not rely on the US as a solid friend.

As the courageous young mother  Ilana Shimon resident  of Gilad Farm Outpost stated with conviction "There is no freeze...We are building as usual.  Continuing to expand...  We believe in building and continuing to act. Not only to build homes but to build a community."  Arabs tried to burn down the Gilad Farm successfully destroying one home.  The community refrained from reprisal. As Ilana put it, "the answer, the revenge is construction.  To build one home and another.  That is the best and correct response". http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UHv8m-9c_Cg&feature=player_embedded

Thank you for caring and for reviewing this material.  Building Gilad Farm Outpost and making sure they have electric power and water is the best response to Arab or US deligitimization.   Please read the latest Arlene Kushner post which brings light on the  "US/Obama's administration recent veto in the UN Security Council to condemn Israel."  It is clear that only our unwavering faith in Hashem's Promise and Covenant with Am Yisroel regarding Israel's rightful settlement in Judea and Samaria and the entire Land of  Israel, will protect and save us.

 Any followup on this matter leading to  funds is greatly appreciated.

Sincerely,
Robin Ticker 718-338-3822

New Post by Arlene Kushner--
February 20, 2011

"What the Hell Is Going On?"

On Friday the US vetoed the resolution that had been advanced in the UN Security Council by Lebanon, on behalf of Palestinian Authority, that would have condemned the Israeli "settlements" as illegal; the other 14 members of the SC voted for this -- which, according to Abbas made his venture a success.

OK.  Good.  Better that it was vetoed.  Prime Minister Netanyahu expressed appreciation to President Obama.  Certain members of Congress, who had called on the president to cast that vote, did the same.

But from me Obama gets no thanks.  He wasn't doing this to support us.  The US government has made it clear that it is opposed in principle to the "settlements."  It's just that it is still committed to getting parties to return to the negotiating table.

As US Ambassador to the UN, Susan Rice, put it, "This draft resolution risks hardening the positions of both sides.  It could encourage the parties to stay out of negotiations, and, if and when they did resume, to return to the Security Council whenever they reach an impasse."

~~~~~~~~~~
Ileana Ros-Lehtinen, chair of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, and the very best friend we have in Congress, put it most aptly:
"The administration's display of angst and its hesitation to use its veto is a major victory for those extremists elements who relish in demonizing Israel.  And for the administration to go as far as calling the choice to veto regrettable is simply shameful."
Oh, right on, Ileana!
~~~~~~~~~~

What I want to examine is that American "angst" and the fallout that has ensued.

Obama had begun by making an alternative offer to the Palestinian Arabs.  He had his reasons for not wanting to declare the "settlements" illegal in the Security Council, but his alternative proposal contained a good number of items that would have been troublesome: A statement by the Quartet, a statement by the President of the Security Council, an official visit to Judea and Samaria by the Security Council.

~~~~~~~~~~
Definitely not a position that was friendly to us.  And with regard to Obama's relation to Israel, this is what must be kept in mind:
In a time of severe unrest in the area, with Obama professing support for the people in the street who are ostensibly seeking democracy, Israel, the only genuine and stable democracy in the Middle East, is being undercut by America.
~~~~~~~~~~

When the alternative offer was rejected by the PA, with the backing of the PLO, Obama placed a phone call to Abbas, which, I have read, lasted the better part of an hour.  Reportedly, he told Abbas that he had done more for the PA than any other American president. Sounds about right.

But what we're seeing is that even this didn't carry the day with Abbas.  So little is Obama's influence.

~~~~~~~~~~
The PA news agency Sama has additionally carried a report from a senior member of Fatah saying that Secretary of State Clinton threatened to cancel aid to the PA if Abbas didn't withdraw the resolution.
Didn't make a dent with Abbas, either.  He simply said he had to act for the good of his people.
~~~~~~~~~~

What we are seeing, my friends, is a US that has lost all clout, an America that is going, going down.

It's a painful, pathetic sight, with manifold implications and repercussions -- none positive.

But it is hardly unexpected.  Being "nice" does not work with the Arabs.  Remember how Obama called Abbas first after becoming president?

All of it is for naught, if you're not tough. The more you give, the more they expect, and ultimately, the more disappointed they are.

~~~~~~~~~~
Israeli MK Ibrahim Sarsour, a member of the United Arab List, wrote a letter to Abbas yesterday.  It gives us an idea of what the Arabs are thinking:
"After the exposure of lies from the US, we must say frankly to Obama,'You no longer scare us and you can go to hell.' Obama cannot be trusted...The time has come to spit in the face of Americans....
"[The veto] proves for the thousandth time that Obama is worse than his predecessor Bush in his loyalty to Israel, his bias...and in ignoring the ongoing crimes against the Palestinian people, land and holy places."
Incredible!  Bush never demanded that settlements be frozen, and Bush, whatever his failings, was certainly more supportive of Israel and tougher with the PA than Obama.  There's the lesson.
~~~~~~~~~~

Nor is this the end of it:

The PA has threatened to reconsider its position on negotiations.  Abbas is saying he may bring a similar resolution to the General Assembly.

While yesterday Palestinian Arabs were calling for a "Day of Rage," to take place next Friday, to express anger at the US for the veto. This was proposed by Tawfik Tirawi, a member of the Fatah Central Committee.

A PA "Day of Rage" against the US.  Imagine...

~~~~~~~~~~
And then, in news just out, we have this further wrinkle:  PA Prime Minister Salam Fayyad has approached Hamas with a unity deal. Don't know that it's much of a deal, actually.  What he proposes is that the PA continue to rule in Judea and Samaria, with Hamas -- pledged to maintaining a cease fire with Israel -- continuing to rule in Gaza.  The two parties would then work out a way to place both areas under one governing body.
But the devil really is in the details.  Hamas demands for control have been such that there has been no understanding with the PA forthcoming despite multiple efforts towards unity.  Until this were to be worked out, there would be no "unity," no matter what the parties might choose to call it.
~~~~~~~~~~

So far, there has been no comment from Hamas.  And it is far too soon to speculate on the obviously negative impact some unity deal would have on "the peace process."

The PA is constantly doing a dance between the two poles of the US and Hamas.  On this occasion, as I see it, Fayyad is thumbing his nose at the US, by demonstrating intention to waltz towards Hamas.  Likely more gesture than reality.  But we'll see...

~~~~~~~~~~
We'll never hear about it, but could it be that Obama is so furious at the conduct of the PA that he has smoke coming out of his ears?  Or is he thinking about how he can offer more concessions to appease them and bring them around?
Does it dawn on him at all that a party as intransigent as the PA is not going to sit at a negotiating table and make the compromises requisite for peace?  Is he planning to keep on pushing for the impossible?  Or has he silently thrown up his hands in resignation?
~~~~~~~~~~

The only thing that makes sense at all is a tough stance with the PA now -- which, in any event, is what we are least likely to see from Obama.

~~~~~~~~~~
Closer to home, what matters most is that Israel should stand tough:
No making concessions to Obama, to show "gratitude" for his veto.
No backing off on our rights to live and build in Judea and Samaria in order to "help" jumpstart negotiations.
I understand that Netanyahu felt it necessary to thank Obama.  And I even understand that he has resorted to his role-playing: his efforts to show the world how eager Israel is to make peace, while the PA remains a stumbling block.
But did he have to say this: "We seek a solution that will reconcile the Palestinians' legitimate aspirations for statehood with Israel's need for security..."
Ouch!  There is nothing legitimate about Palestinian Arab aspirations.
~~~~~~~~~~

But there is another approach that brings with it the comforting prospect that Israel will stand strong:

The Ministerial Committee for Legislation is considering a bill that would apply Israeli civil law to all communities in Judea and Samaria, where military law now applies.  (This is not annexation.)

It should have been done many years ago, for as matters stand, Jewish residents of Judea and Samaria have all the obligations and responsibilities of citizenship without the full benefit of the civic system. This would make clear that all people who are Israeli citizens are to be treated the same, and would send a powerful message.

Most significantly, the authority to approve, or fail to approve, construction would no longer fall to Defense Minister Ehud Barak -- this would be within the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Housing and Construction and would pretty much preclude a freeze on building.

The bill is being sponsored by National Union; the 27 MKs who support it come, as well, from Likud and Yisrael Beitenu.

~~~~~~~~~~
I'm not terribly optimistic that this will pass.  As I understand it, the sponsors of the bill are realistic about its slim chances of succeeding.
But it is an important beginning: putting issues on the table and demonstrating a position of strength.
~~~~~~~~~~

Tomorrow is another day...

Don't know that it's much of a deal, actually.  What he proposes is that the PA continue to rule in Judea and Samaria, with Hamas -- pledged to maintaining a cease fire with Israel -- continuing to rule in Gaza.  The two parties would then work out a way to place both areas under one governing body.

But the devil really is in the details.  Hamas demands for control have been such that there has been no understanding with the PA forthcoming despite multiple efforts towards unity.  Until this were to be worked out, there would be no "unity," no matter what the parties might choose to call it.

~~~~~~~~~~
So far, there has been no comment from Hamas.  And it is far too soon to speculate on the obviously negative impact some unity deal would have on "the peace process."
The PA is constantly doing a dance between the two poles of the US and Hamas.  On this occasion, as I see it, Fayyad is thumbing his nose at the US, by demonstrating intention to waltz towards Hamas.  Likely more gesture than reality.  But we'll see...
~~~~~~~~~~

We'll never hear about it, but could it be that Obama is so furious at the conduct of the PA that he has smoke coming out of his ears?  Or is he thinking about how he can offer more concessions to appease them and bring them around?

Does it dawn on him at all that a party as intransigent as the PA is not going to sit at a negotiating table and make the compromises requisite for peace?  Is he planning to keep on pushing for the impossible?  Or has he silently thrown up his hands in resignation?

~~~~~~~~~~
The only thing that makes sense at all is a tough stance with the PA now -- which, in any event, is what we are least likely to see from Obama.
~~~~~~~~~~

Closer to home, what matters most is that Israel should stand tough:

No making concessions to Obama, to show "gratitude" for his veto.
No backing off on our rights to live and build in Judea and Samaria in order to "help" jumpstart negotiations.

I understand that Netanyahu felt it necessary to thank Obama.  And I even understand that he has resorted to his role-playing: his efforts to show the world how eager Israel is to make peace, while the PA remains a stumbling block.

But did he have to say this: "We seek a solution that will reconcile the Palestinians' legitimate aspirations for statehood with Israel's need for security..."

Ouch!  There is nothing legitimate about Palestinian Arab aspirations.

~~~~~~~~~~
But there is another approach that brings with it the comforting prospect that Israel will stand strong:
The Ministerial Committee for Legislation is considering a bill that would apply Israeli civil law to all communities in Judea and Samaria, where military law now applies.  (This is not annexation.)
It should have been done many years ago, for as matters stand, Jewish residents of Judea and Samaria have all the obligations and responsibilities of citizenship without the full benefit of the civic system. This would make clear that all people who are Israeli citizens are to be treated the same, and would send a powerful message.
Most significantly, the authority to approve, or fail to approve, construction would no longer fall to Defense Minister Ehud Barak -- this would be within the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Housing and Construction and would pretty much preclude a freeze on building.
The bill is being sponsored by National Union; the 27 MKs who support it come, as well, from Likud and Yisrael Beitenu.
~~~~~~~~~~

I'm not terribly optimistic that this will pass.  As I understand it, the sponsors of the bill are realistic about its slim chances of succeeding.

But it is an important beginning: putting issues on the table and demonstrating a position of strength.

~~~~~~~~~~
Tomorrow is another day...
Horaat Shaah - Emergency Appeal for Chavat Gilad in Shomron who are without electricity
bs"d
Dear Friends, Media and Rabbanim who want Jewish Settlement in Yehuda and Shomron, amv"sh
This is an emergency appeal to help raise money for Chavat Gilad in the Shomron.  As you will soon see from this letter, this campaign is not merely collecting for another Mosad,
Chavat Gilad's struggle is one which represents Am Yisroel's legitimate claim and right to settle in all parts of Eretz Yisroel.  This is especially important in light of  mamesh today's political climate where the UN  is reported to join with the  US to delegitimize Jewish settlement in Judea and Samaria. (Please read  Arlene Kushners article below.)
Please read Hamlatza, recommendation from HaRav Yitzhok HaLevi, the Rav MeKomi of Karnei Shomron.  (see attached recommendation).
According to Oshri David of the Shomron Liason office, short term, money is urgently needed to pay for fuel for the generator in order to restore electricity.  Long term, they would like to install Turbine Windmills or similar alternative energy solution to replace the generators.  This would then serve as a model for other communities to use alternative sources of energy rather than rely on outside and sometimes hostile sources for energy.
This preferred long term solution will cost approximately $60,000 to purchase and install. This is a substantial sum of money to raise and Rabbinic recommendations would be extremely helpful in this endeavor.  Please send any Rabbinic Hamlatzot, recommendations to the Shomron Liason office CC:d above and cc: myself. . Also if you  can direct us to people of means who love Eretz Yisroel and would be honored to help Chavat Gilad with a contribution it would be greatly appreciated.  Most importantly, please do so in order that we all be zocheh to be partners in Yishuv Haaretz with the courageous families living in Chavat Gilad.  Surely when Hashem sees that we desire the Land with our pockets, Hashem will speedily come to our aid to save us from those that wish to annihilate us.
Here is some background information re: Chavat Gilad
The community is named after Gilad Zar hy"d who was murdered by Fatah
Havat Gilad is situated on private land owned by Moshe Zar it lies between Itzhar and Kidumim. Havat Gilad has 28 families and 20 single males learning in "Yeshiva Baruch Hassidut –Shiru Lemelech " (Sing to the King ) There is a multi-aged (3-5 year olds) kindergarten for the 30 young children to attend.
The population is from varied backgrounds from different places all over the country and they are a multi-talented group. Many of the families run their own businesses.
This small settlement is not connected to Israel's national electric company or Water Company. In order to have electricity a privately run generator is used.  Water is shipped in by the truck load. These expenses get very costly for the community.
There is currently an intense campaign to be recognized by the government in order to grow and to be connected to public water and electricity supplies.
Oshri David  sent me the following email. The fuel was running out today!!! That's mean that they have no electricity and not heating in this cold winter!!!
WE HAVE TO ASSIST THEM URGENTLY !!
THE FUEL FOR THE GENERATOR COST 60,000 NIS (17,000 USD) MONTHLY.
Attached herewith some photos and a link to a video:
Dear List, amv"sh
The words spoken a year ago at a Conference at Chavat Gilad, are as relevant as can be for today's political climate.  http://www.yeshuv.org/media/havat-gilad-confrence-pictures-and-report
Yesterday, on February 16th 2011 Commentary Magazine reported   u-s- offering-to-join-in-security-council-condemnation-of-israel
In the youtube video above, a young mother instructs us that the best response to delegitimization or destruction of Jewish settlement  is by building, not only houses but a Kehilla. .
Therefore it seems to me that supplying all the energy needs of Chavat Gilad is our best answer to any  joint United States and UN anti-settlement statement
. Robin
Arlene Kushner writes:
News has broken of willingness by the Obama administration to allow criticism of Israel with regard to "settlements" to go through in the Security Council, if the tone is softened.
Omri Ceren has written an article in Commentary about this that should be seen.  It includes a citation from the publication Foreign Policy, which says:
"The U.S. informed Arab governments Friday that it will support a U.N. Security Council statement reaffirming that the 15-nation body 'does not accept the legitimacy of continued Israeli settlement activity,' a move aimed at avoiding the prospect of having to veto a stronger Palestinian resolution calling the settlements illegal. But the Palestinian's rejected the American offer. … [US Ambassador to the UN, Rice] outlined the new U.S. offer in a closed door meeting on Tuesday with the Arab Group. … [I]n exchange for scuttling the Palestinian resolution, the United States would support the council statement, consider supporting a U.N. Security Council visit to the Middle East, the first since 1979, and commit to supporting strong language criticizing Israel's settlement policies in a future statement by the Middle East Quartet."
Adds Ceren:
"In a way, this is a natural follow-up to the administration's bumbling in Egypt, where they managed to alienate all parties in the Middle East except the Muslim Brotherhood, Iran, and Iran's assorted proxies. This gesture won't win us any lasting goodwill from Arab elites. WikiLeaks showed that they care far more about geopolitical stability than they do about the settlements, such that the spectacle of the White House abandoning a second ally for the second week in a row would be met with worried chagrin, regardless of what they say out loud...
"...our [US] UN mission...seems to believe that 'bargaining' means 'getting progressively closer to the other side's position.' We're negotiating with the likes of Libya and the Hezbollah-controlled Lebanon over whether we should protect one of our last Middle East allies against a biased UN lynch mob."
Yola writes on facebook, Robin, that birth certificate is not real...for more reasons then I care to mention.  But not the least is his birth date.  He is not 68 yrs. old.
Dear Gennadiy and Yola, amv"sh
Thank you for your feedback.
Dear Friends. I must admit I'm disappointed.  But what's so difficult about producing a birth certificate that no one challenges?  As far as I can see, with or without a valid birth certificate, Obama is an imposter of what America represents.
I suggest you read the Paul Eidelberg piece linked below and experience a sense of pride of being Jewish and the bearer of our precious Torah and our proud Tradition that is the moral compass for the world. .
Time for some serious investigating reporting!
Many would like Obama to leave the White House.  We are convinced that Obama has convincingly proven that his policies and words are extremely dangerous to America to Israel and to Freedom .
Mr./Ms Journalist:  If in the past you put Obama in a positive light  and continue to do so, kindly  take off your Obama colored glasses. In this era of media warfare you must take sides and it is suicidal for those that truly desire freedom to try to paint everything in an even handed manner. Radical Islam uses democracy to destroy democracy and even handedness  to  destroy freedom of speech.  By giving evil a platform of legitimacy you empower them.
You are a soldier in this war whether you like it or not. You must choose which side you are on. If you are for Torah, promote those political candidates most favorable to Judea and Samaria  Expose evil and those that facilitate, engage or are affiliates of radical Islam. Through investigative reporting, I am sure you can find out who these individuals are.
Inside the Secret Underworld That's Conspiring to Islamize America
It is no secret that Latin America, South America and Europe have already been infected by radical Islam to a dangerous degree.
Now the Silver Lining:  The Arabs are G-d's messengers to bring the world a  message.  It is Jerusalem, Judea and Samaria that will be the determining factor that will bring true Middle East Peace.  We obviously differ with the Arabs on how events should unfold.
Those that believe in G-ds Covenant with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob believe that only when Jerusalem, Judea and Samaria is under Jewish Sovereignty, under Torah guidelines will there be true peace and prosperity to mankind.  Let us learn from our enemies that a theocracy is key.  A Judean Autonomy, a theocracy/democracy, governed by a Torah  heritage with all its laws and precepts will bring the elusive peace we all desire. The Nations of the World will say, Am Chacham VeNavon  and see a stark comparison  of Israel/Noahide Laws compared to the destructiveness of a Moslem fascist empire masquerading as a religion built on teachings of Jihad.
Subject: Obama's Kenyan Birth Certificate
Obama's authentic birth certificate from Coast Memorial Hospital , in
Mombasa , KENYA .  Now the task is to get the courts to authenticate it and
then appropriate action (whatever that is) something they are loathe to do.
Here it is, folks!  The document we have been waiting for!
This is what Obama has spent almost $2M (so far) to hide.
Here's a close-up of the top of the document where you can plainly read his
name and his parent's names, etc.....
A British history buff was asked if he could find out who the colonial
registrar was for Mombasa in 1961.
After only a few minutes of research, he called back and said "Sir Edward F.
Lavender" Note the same name near the bottom of the photo above.
Source(s): " Kenya Dominion Record 4667 Australian library."
And here's a close-up of the bottom of the document where you can read
"Coast Providence of Kenya " and the
official signature of the Deputy Registrar.....
The above document is a "Certified Copy of Registration of Birth", but below
is a copy of the actual Certificate of Birth...
the real-deal legal kind of certificate.
The Mombasa Registrar of Births has testified that Obama's birth certificate
from Coast Province General Hospital in
Mombasa is genuine. This copy was obtained by Lucas Smith through the help
of a Kenyan Colonel who recently got it
directly from the Coast General Hospital in Mombasa , Kenya .  Here  it
is.....
Note the  footprint!!
The local Muslim Imam in Mombasa named Barack with his Muslim middle name
Hussein so his official name on this certificate is Barack Hussein Obama II.
The grandmother of Barack Hussein Obama, Jr. reveals the story of his birth
in Mombasa , Kenya , a seaport, after his mother suffered labor pains while
swimming at ocean beach in Mombasa
......
"On August 4, 1961 Obama's mother, father and grandmother were attending a
Muslim festival in Mombasa , Kenya .
Mother had been refused entry to airplanes due to her nine month pregnancy.
It was a hot August day at the festival so the Obama's went to the beach to
cool off. While swimming in the ocean his mother  experienced labor pains so
she was rushed to the Coast  Provincial General Hospital, Mombasa, Kenya
where Obama  was born a few hours later at 7:21 pm on August 4, 1961(what a
sad day for the USA!).  Four days later his mother flew to Hawaii and
registered his birth in Honolulu as a certificate of live birth which
omitted the place and hospital of birth."
Letter from Kitau in Mombasa , Kenya    ......
"I happen to be Kenyan. I was born 1 month before Obama at Mombasa medical
center. I am a teacher here at the MM Shaw Primary School in Kenya . I
compared my birth certificate to the one that has been put out by Taitz and
mine is exactly the same. I even have the same registrar and format. The
type is identical. I am by nature a skeptical person. I teach science here
and challenge most things that cannot be proven. So I went to an official
registrar today and pulled up the picture on the web. They magnified it and
determined it to be authentic. There is even a plaque with Registrar
Lavenders name on it as he was a Brit and was in charge of the Registrar
office from 1959 until January of 1964. The reason the date on the
certificate says republic of Kenya is that we were a republic when the
"copy" of the original was ordered. I stress the word "copy". My copy also
has republic of Kenya . So what you say is true about Kenya not being a
republic at the time of Obama's
birth, however it was a republic when the copy was ordered.
The birth certificate is genuine. I assure you it will be authenticated by a
forensic auditor. We are very proud Obama was born here. We have a shrine
for him and there are many people who remember his birth here as he had a
white mother. They are being interviewed now by one of your media outlets.
Fortunately they even have pictures of his parents with him immediately
after his birth at the Mombasa hospital with the hospital in the back
ground.
It will be a proud day for us when it is proven that he was born here and a
Kenyan became the most powerful man in the world.
I encourage anyone to come here and visit.. I will be happy to take you and
show you the pictures at the hospital myself as well as my document and many
others that are identical to what Taitz posted. God Bless.  Kitau"
So, how much more proof do we need?
Well, Here it is...{SJC}
Lolo Soetoro, Stanley Ann Dunham Soetoro, baby Maya Soetoro, and 9 year old
Barry Soetoro.
This registration document, made available on Jan. 24, 2007, by the
Fransiskus Assisi
school in Jakarta , Indonesia , shows the registration of Barack Obama under
the name Barry Soetoro made by his step-father, Lolo Soetoro.
Name: Barry Soetoro
Religion: Islam
Nationality: Indonesian
PART 2:
In a move certain to fuel the debate over Obama's qualifications for the
presidency, the
group "Americans for Freedom of Information" has released copies of
President Obama's
college transcripts from  Occidental   College   ...
The transcript indicates that Obama, under the name Barry Soetoro, received
financial aid as a
foreign student from  Indonesia   while an undergraduate at the school.  The
transcript was released
by  Occidental   College   in compliance with a court order in a suit
brought by the group in the
Superior Court of  California . The transcript shows that Obama (Soetoro)
applied for financial
aid and was awarded a fellowship for foreign students from the Fulbright
Foundation Scholarship program.
To qualify for this scholarship, a student must claim foreign citizenship.
This document provides the smoking gun that many of Obama's detractors have
been seeking -
that he is NOT a natural-born citizen of the  United States   - necessary to
be President of these
United States.  Along with the evidence that he was first born in  Kenya ,
here we see that there is
no record of him ever applying for  US   citizenship..
Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation has released the results
of their investigation
of Obama's campaign spending.  This study estimates that Obama has spent
upwards of $950,000
in campaign funds in the past year with eleven law firms in 12 states for
legal resources to block
disclosure of any of his personal records.
Mr. Kreep indicated that the investigation is still on-going but that the
final report will be provided
to the  U.S.   attorney general, Eric Holder.  Mr. Holder has refused
comment on this matter.
LET OTHER FOLKS KNOW THIS NEWS - THE MEDIA WON'T!
Explanation of the Goldstone Report and World Condenmnation of Israell for Flotilla incident. Mida Kenegged Mida
bs"d
Dear Journalists, amv"sh
Will this be reported in your news?  The Jewish Media needs to make a clear stand regarding the rights of the Jews in Judea and Samaria to self defense.  Freedom of Self Defense and to bear arms is one of the Bill of Rights. Anti Israel  Media takes it as a given that since Jews are the occupiers this is occupied territory and that Jews have no place being in these" occupied territories" aka Judea and Samaria so therefore, any aggression against them is justified and any acts of aggression on their part is criminal.
If we believers in Torah and supporters of our rights in Judea and Samaria are silent against the actions of the Police in this incident as well as previous incidents then Shtika KeHodaya Damia. Silence is equivalent to complicit agreement.
Please read Nadia Matar and Yehudit Katzover description of recent events in response to hikers who were attacked and who acted in self defense and were taken into prison and accused of intentional murder against the Arabs without any thorough investigation as per what happened. The Arabs on the other hand who attacked them first were not caught or prosecuted. Read a translation of Rav Medan's words regarding what happened as  bad winds that blow from the triangle "Police-State Attorney's Office and Media."
This is not an isolated incident and when I visited Israel several years ago we met with the wives of Breslov Chasidim in the hills South of Hebron in Asael who were put in jail, under administrative detention and forced to raise large amounts of monies for their defense because they tried to protect their hilltop from Arab brush fires threatening their homes.
Also read about a group of Jews who were attacked by Arabs and the police favored Arabs.
Now read about Rav Lior's arrest warrant http://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/142196
This is all part of the same struggle.  Are the Jews in Judea and Samaria entitled to self defense?  This was the discussion in the Sefer written by Rav Shapiro.  What is obviously an act of Self Defense is distorted iin the "mainstream" Media as incitement of violence against Arabs.  The pro Arab media will take this one step further and  will make it into a blood libel stating that Rabbis teach Jews that Arab blood is of no value to Jews and the blood of an Arab child is to be treated differently than the blood of a Jew.  Nowhere is the mention of the fact that the Jews are forced to defend their lives and property.
 http://shemittahrediscovered.blogspot.com/2008/12/all-news-that-is-fit-to-print-about.html which bemoans the fact that Jewish Media and religious Jewish organizations are not advocating and reporting the Yesha News in support for Judea and Samaria. We don't hear much about Mishmeret Yesha a Jewish Militia that is a first response team in Judea and Samaria even on Arutz7.  It is not PC to talk about Jewish Self Defense especially in Judea and Samaria. Not that much has changed since I wrote this post in 2008 except the situation is becoming more and more dangerous for humanity and Jews all over the world, are not yet convinced of  the  importance of Judea and Samaria and her survival.
It is the only way that we can keep the Mitzvoth Teluyot Baaretz. When will we realize that Judea and Samaria is the key to bringing Peace and Prosperity to mankind as is promised in our H-ly Torah.  It is the very key to the struggle against radical Islam and the War on Terror.
It is not by coincidence that the entire world is focused on Judea and Samaria and blames the evils on the world on her. Only by defending our Divine Inheritance will the world become a safer place.
Nadia Matar and Yehudit Katzover write:
Dear Friends,
Following last week's brutal arrests and acts of police violence
against us and other participants of the vigil calling for the release
of the hikers who protected the group of hikers from and Arab assault,
we sent a letter to Minister of Internal Affairs Yitzhak Aharonovitch
asking him to personally intervene and investigate what happened.
In addition, we are publishing here the translation into English of
Rabbi Medan's strong words at the vigil last week. Rabbi Medan is the
Rosh yeshiva of Yeshivat Har Etzion in Gush Etzion. Rabbi Medan does
not mince his words and talks about the bad winds that blow from the
triangle "Police-State Attorney's Office and Media."
Following his words, please find details about our upcoming exciting
Friday morning tour in Hebron-
not to be missed!
With love for israel,
Yehudit Katsover and Nadia Matar
---------------------------------
Rabbi Medan's Words at the Demonstration in front of the Court on
Wednesday, February 2, 2011 demanding the release of the four hikers
who had been arrested the Friday before while defending the group from
an Arab attack:
"Bad winds blow in the triangle Police, State Attorney's office and Media"
Bringing those arrested following the hike in Gush Etzion to the
Hebron police station, after being under arrest for five days, and
possibly tin order to keep them under arrest, attests to the very bad
winds that blow from the direction of the Hebron police, especially,
and of the Israel Police, in general.
The police did not see a body, and no one knows who died and what was
the cause of death. Those arrested had weapons, but it's doubtful
whether they fired, while the police in its statement to the media
immediately accused them of intentional murder, without checking
anything. None of the Arab rioters, who deliberately endangered the
lives of the hikers, was arrested. No one who has never seen heavy
rocks fired from slingshots from the top of a hill at hikers in an
inferior position, many of whom were elderly, can understand the
concrete meaning of such danger. Firing in the air in these
circumstances was a reasonable solution, while if the danger would
have continued (and perhaps it would have), even more than that would
have been needed.
But the police weren't interested in the Arab rioters, nor in the
danger to the Jews. It wasted no time in arresting whoever it could
from among the Jews, and without checking anything, it accused them in
the media of first-degree murder. In consequence, innocent people
spent five days in jail, and this was not enough for the police! This
wasn't the first time that the Hebron police automatically, and
without bothering to investigate, have exonerated the Arab rioters and
their Jewish supporters, while harassing settlers who work for their
livelihood and innocent hikers, and I know of many such instances.
These bad winds in the police come from the top. It's easier to accuse
the Jews in Judea, Samaria, and Gaza. This doesn't require confronting
the violence of the Arabs and their Jewish supporters. This doesn't
require confronting the media, that is sympathetic to the violent
side, specifically. This is how an unholy alliance has been working
for some time between the State Attorney's Office, that hates the
Jewish settlers of Judea, Samaria, and Gaza for no reason, the press,
that fans the fires of contention as much as it can for the sake of
sensation, and the police, that wants an easy life for itself, without
confronting the strong and the violent, and without confronting the
State Attorney's Office and the media. This is the spirit of the
current Police Inspector-General and the minister above him.
It should be recalled that things were a bit different in the past. In
the time of Uzi Landau as Police Minister, the police acted mainly
against the Arab rioters. It worked hard, but it had not
inconsiderable successes in this. And this means that tomorrow this
could be different. The question is what will be the spirit at the
top. Today the police wants an easy life, and to accuse innocent
hikers of first-degree murder is more convenient for it.
Unfortunately, today I don't expect anything from the police. I came
here to call upon the young and energetic Knesset Members from the
Likud - Danny Danon, Tzipi Hotovely, Yariv Levin, and others among
those who are capable of putting some color back in the pale face of
Zionism, not to let this harassment pass silently, and to put the
police in its place.
: Will Judea and Samaria be a Replay of Gush Katif? from Paul Eidelberg
bs"d
Excellent question Dr. Eidelberg!  I too have asked  exactly the same question and I suspect every thinking individual who follows the news regarding Judea and Samaria has at least thought of this same question.
 Will any of the Jewish Media be courageous enough to ask these very obvious questions in a conspicuous place in their medium?  Let college campuses and Yeshivot have public debates as per what the residents of Judea and Samaria are supposed to do given their choices.  I am sure all the  residents of Judea and Samaria have been addressing these questions in a private forum but they for some reason are unwilling to make a public discussion of their concerns and fears of what can chas veshalom happen with the establishment of a Palestinian State and how they can respond in an effective fight which will not end up like those from Gushj Katif. .  Whatever they decide, they need the support to help justify their actions both in the PR realm and in Tachlis.
If the media brings these questions to the forefront en masse especially outside the Diaspora and engage those in Judea and Samaria with an academic discussion and public debate,  that should eliminate  any fear of freedom of expression and take away the stigma the media has so cruelly portrayed on a group of the most beautiful examples of  Ahavas Yisroel, Ahavas Eretz Yisroel and Ahavas Torat Yisroel that our Nation has to offer. These families are on the front lines and if they fall so do we all chas veshalom.
The gov't and the media have cruelly portrayed the settlers in Judea and Samaria as unlawful, extremists, religious fanatics etc  They have stolen from themustification of self defense. Settlers are forced to fight lawfare a tool of the enemies to bring lawsuits against the residents of Judea and Samaria and at times int he Negev and the Galil using  false witnesses lies and distortion and fueled by lawyers who are  paid by enemies of  Israel and enemy NGO's who prosecute victims of terror attacks as if they were the aggressor.  Truly the methods of the justice system of Sodom.
The world now is witnessing Muslim Brotherhood who should be the object of such cruel portrayal.  Yasher Koach to Prof. Eidelberg for boldly speaking up for what we all were asking quietly to ourselves.
Subject: Will Judea and Samaria be a Replay of Gush Katif?
Will Judea and Samaria be a Replay of Gush Katif?
Prof. Paul Eidelberg
What are Jews in Judea and Samaria doing to prevent a replay of Gush Katif? If they didn't know earlier, they learned on June 14, 2009 that their stout-hearted Prime Minister, Binyamin Netanyahu, without Knesset or public debate, autocratically endorsed the creation of a PLO Islamic state in Judea and Samaria.  Let me speak directly to the men among the 300,000 Jews now residing in Israel's heartland.
"You know very well—as does Bibi—that you are not going to co-exist in peace with more than a million Arab Muslims in a PLO state. Hence you know Bibi's commitment to a PLO state logically entails expulsion from your homes, destruction of your schools and synagogues, your farms and factories. You must therefore be aware that your wives and children are going to suffer the same traumas suffered by the women and children of Gush Katif.
"I ask with all respect, what are you doing NOW to prevent this monstrous crime? Are you going to wait for the police and soldiers to forcefully remove you from your flourishing?  Do you think protest demonstrations ala Women-in- Green—God bless them—will save you? Are you going to be intimidated by the fear or bogeyman of civil war?  Kindelach, don't you know there has been an "undeclared" civil war going on in this country since 1948, when its founders set out to make Jews a 'normal,' hence to cease being Jewish? Don't you know that the political system facilitates this objective by fragmenting and disempowering the people, compelling them to vote for one of as many as 30 fixed party slates—which produces not simply your inept multi-party government but a democratically elected dictator? Don't you have dozens of political scientists to explain this political trickery?
"Don't you know your ruling class can count? They knew long ago that the birthrate of religious Jews, unless counter measures are taken, will eventually relegate Israel's "normalized" ruling elites to the dust heap of history?  That's why they imported hundreds of thousands of gentiles, especially from Russia, to diminish the voting power of religious Jews.  Indeed, that's why they want to expel you from Judea and Samaria, where the prophets walked, because that will undermine your children's or your grandchildren's belief in the prophets and sages of Israel and the Beginning of the Redemption (atchalta d'geula).
"So what are you doing NOW to prevent the end of the Third Commonwealth? Don't you know a Muslim state on Jewish soil means no Jews will come here? Don't you know that thanks to the idolatry of democracy and its one-adult-one-vote principle, Arabs will soon outnumber Jews and take over the Knesset righty despise by 80 to 90 percent of the public?
"Again, what are you going to do?  You have in your midst former IDF officers. Why don't you work with them? Why don't you form a network of cells throughout Judea and Samaria, with links beyond to prevent a replay of the unspeakable crime perpetrated against the Jews of Gush Katif (and I have not forgotten the Jews expelled from northern Samaria).
"You need to form a Strategy Team NOW, consisting of military experts, lawyers, computer experts, constitutional experts, PR men, economists, political experts, and solid rabbis—and this team must be on the ready before Israel's so-called democratic government deprives you of your one and only homeland and desecrates the Name of God, as your prime minister did at Bar-Ilan University when he endorsed a PLO state—yes, without a whisper of rebuke.
"Are you going to wait and do nothing just as your feckless government waited and did nothing while Hezbollah deployed more than 10,000 missiles before the outbreak of the Second War in Lebanon, a war Israel lost and thus enabled Iran's proxy to gain control of that country? Are you going to wait for another election to "change" the government? Haven't you learned by now that it makes no basic difference which party or coalition is at the helm: you are going to be screwed.
On the other hand, you know the government is spineless. It allowed Hamas to establish an Islamist state in Gaza—another Iranian proxy.  Since you must have nothing but contempt for this timid government, why don't you begin to think in regime terms, and not merely in policy terms? You have had almost 20 months of warning since your glib prime minister virtually pronounced your doom at the religious Bar-Ilan University: a fitting place to desecrate God's Name.  Rabbis, speak up!  Nay more, start training to be in the front line of the 'Resistance.'"
