FYI The Alliance for International Justice in Jerusalem is sponsoring a conference in Switzerland on the Recognition of International Legal Rights of the Jewish People to Jerusalem in a few day Aug. 29,30 and 31  2011 This is the 214th anniversary of the First Zionist World Congress that took place in Switzerland in Aug. 29, 1897, where Theodor Herzl is quoted as saying "We are here today to lay the foundation of the stone of the house which will shelter the Jewish nationl".  

At this very conference in 2011, 5771 according to the Jewish Calendar, let us strengthen our ties with Jerusalem and Zion and with G-d, the Rock of our Salvation with  a proclamation that Temple Mount,  rightfully belongs under Jewish Sovereignty and not under the WAQF.  The very word Zion, literally a marker,  marks the place of the Rock, on Temple Mount the location of the Holy of Holies.  Anti Zionists are enemies of Israel and the Jewish people and aim to erase any trace of Jewish connection to the site of the Holy Temples that were situated on Israel's most Holy Site. 

 May the Holy Temple once again be built on this Holy Site in Jerusalem and may we be worthy to welcome the Moshiach and an era of peace and prosperity to mankind.

A plan of action for the Temple Mount.

Dear Rabbanim,

 

I posted a new petition aimed at the Israeli Minister of Internal Security Yitzchak Aharonovitch who is in charge of the anti-Jewish policies on Har HaBayit. It seems that we now have an address to turn to, which means that we must put tremendous pressure on him.

   

 

The idea is to collect 100,000 (hopefully more) signatures on this petition and we will release it to the media the week before Abbas address the UN. The address is scheduled to take place on September 22nd or 23rd. We will release the petition along with statements from Rabbanim and local Jewish leaders and hopefully create a fire storm ahead of the Pali speech and vote. 

 

If both the The American Board Of Rabbis/Vaad HaRabbonim Of America, The Rabbinical Alliance of America / Igud Horabbonim and the World Committee for the Land of Israel could promote the petition and urge the Jewish community to take other actions as well. I think it would make a big impact.

 

I have a suggestion:

 

Organize a joint press conference with the Igud, Vad and Committee and any Jewish organization that is willing to participate. I should mention there is a major Har HaBayit/ Mikdash dinner conference here in Israel on the 18^th of September – 19^th of Elul and I am including the flyer as an attachment. Perhaps we could organize a live hookup with the conference in Israel and  Press conference in the US.

 

 

The press conference would declare and make the following demands:

 

• ·         The unity between Har HaBayit and Am Yisrael
• ·          The Israeli Government namely Minister of Internal Security Yitzchak Aharonovitch immediately allow for both Jewish Prayer on the Mount
• ·         The Israeli Government must allow for the reinstitution of the Korban Pesach, starting this year       

 

If the Israeli Government refuses these demands, the following repercussions:

 

• ·         Israeli Consulates the Embassy in the US will face ongoing protests
• ·         Israeli Diplomats will be boycotted and protested at every public and private event
• ·         The Jewish community will begin sending financial and other aid to Har Habayit activists on the ground in Israel  

 

There is a Halachcic debates as if it is permitted to ascend Har HaBayit in our times, there are major poskim on both sides. What is clear however it is not the place of a secular almost anti-Jewish government to be persecuting Jews who ascend Har Habayit according to Halacha.  It is the obligation of every Jew who cares about the honor of Hashem and the Torah to raise his voice and not be still.

 

I want to end with a story:

When Ehud Barak went to Camp David, Arafat turned to him and asked why Israel needed sovereignty over the Temple Mount, when there is not a single Jewish structure or activity there. Ehud Barak did not give an immediate response and called the head of the Secret Service who was Avi Dichter to see if he had any case. Avi Dichter told him that there is one Rabbi who takes his students up to the Temple Mount once a week. With that information Barak went back into the negotiating room and stated that Israel could not hand over the Temple Mount because indeed Jews make pilgrimage every week to the site. That was the last straw, which broke down the negotiations and thus saved Israel from itself. This story was told to me by HaRav Yosef Elbaum , head of HaTenua Lekinun HaMikdash (Organization for Temple Renewal), Dichter had called him and revealed this to him.

 

The lesson is clear, the Temple Mount is the key issue, it makes no sense to throw away the gift (Temple Mount) and demand to keep the wrapper (Jerusalem). It is a package and everyone knows it. As you know there has been a very clear Israeli policy, which damages not only Jewish personal rights, but our national right to Jerusalem on the whole.  

 

 

 

This is more or less the situation on the Mount today:

 

·         Only Jews have restricted visitation times on the mount 4 hours a day, Monday -Thursday. The mount is closed to Jews on Friday, Saturday all Muslim holidays and even Jewish holidays that coincide with Muslim holidays.

·         Only Jews are forced to wait an extended period of time before being allowed through security. Only Jews are forced to present their ID's to the police.

·         Only Jews are followed and harassed by Israeli police and Muslim Wakf guards throughout the entire visit on the Mount.

·         Only Jews are arrested for crimes such as prayer, closing eyes, bowing down or singing.

·         The Prime Minister of Israel has failed to include the Temple Mount in his own "Heritage Plan," among those sites of historical, cultural and religious significance to the Jewish people, to receive enhanced government budgeting for the improvement of access, upkeep, and beautification of the sites.

 

The Mount has completely been abandoned to the Muslim Authorities and is used by Muslims for the following dangerous, destructive and disrespectful activities:

·   Illegal digs causing unparalleled destruction of Temple antiquities and the historical Jewish presence on the Mount.

·  The turing of the Temple Mount into a recreation center; Muslim soccer games and picnics are frequent on the Mount

·   Endless incitement against the Jewish State and Nation from within the Mosques.

·   Physical attacks against Jews on the Mount and down below at the Western Wall

 

The future of the Mount is in our hands!

Jewish Rights on the Temple Mount:

The Temple Mount is the holiest place in the world to the Jewish people; yet Jews are denied the right to pray in groups, and even as individuals; this refusal is accompanied by their constant degradation, and they are granted no opportunity for any religious expression whatsoever on the Temple Mount. 

It is our position that if the stature of the Jews on the Temple Mount were to change positively, in a manner that would reflect their status as law-abiding citizens, sons of the nation that is sovereign on the Mountain and as people who have basic human rights in the Jewish state, then the standing of the State of Israel would immediately improve. This would effect a positive change for the benefit and security of all its citizens. 

We demand that the Government of Israel grant the Jewish people freedom of religious expression on the Temple Mount. Additionally, the government must establish special fixed days for Jewish communal prayer in fixed locations on the Temple Mount. This move will serve as evidence of Jewish sovereignty on the Mount and the protection of freedom of religion for all.

*The Three Pilgrimage Festivals of Israel which are Sukkot, Pesach and Shavuot. 

* The 14th of Nisan, the eve of Passover, is the day on which our holy Torah obligates each Jew to bring the Passover offering (it should be noted that this right has already been recognized by Israel's High Court of Justice, #2955/07 ). 

* Rosh HaShana and Yom Kippur 

* The eight days of Chanukah 

* The Three Fast Days of the 10th of Tevet, the 17th of Tammuz and the 9th of Av 

* Israel Independence Day and Jerusalem Day 

* The Hakhel Ceremony at the conclusion of the Sabbatical Year 

This will serve as a preliminary step in confirming the Jewish people's inexorable connection with the Temple Mount, location of the Holy Temple, under the sovereignty of the people of Israel. However, let it be known that the Jewish people will never accept the total refusal of Jewish communal prayer on the Mountain.

The three holiest Jewish sites, Makom Hamikdash Har Habayit (Temple Mount), Kever Yosef(Josephs Tomb in Shechem) and Hebron (Tomb of the Patriarchs) are precisely the hot spots that the Arabs have pinpointed to spread their poison of lies!  The Arabs are keen on stealing our identity built on distortions of all Biblical, historical and archaeological evidence using Islam, a mockery of religion.  They have proven their willingness to sacrifice their children to a  perversion of a God they call Allah. We are eye witness that worship of such sort brings evil destruction and harm to humanity. 

This abomination can only be refuted with Truth, our Holy and precious Torah by our spiritual leaders ! Each generation has the task to undo the Chait HaMiraglim, the sin of the Spies.  Rather than discourage the people to ascend to the Land of Israel, our spiritual leaders will Beezrat Hashem encourage  the conquest of our Land, Eretz Yisroel, for the purpose of observing the Torah and the Mitzvoth and thereby actualize the fulfillment of our precious Torah to its fullest.

This is more than just a petition.  It is a campaign to unite Rabbanic Torah Leaders with the support of the entire Nation of Israel, and righteous Noahides around the world to speak forcefully and proudly of Jewish Heritage and honorable and rightful Jewish claim to Temple Mount.  Our goal is to prevent an earthquake and subsequent tsunami of evil  threatening to shake the very essence and foundations of this planet found in that very Holy Place known as Har HaBayit.  Anavim, Anavim, G-d's humble people, the time has come to proclaim the Torah and Divine Will to the entire world.  Haazinu Hashamayim VeHaaretz.... The Heavens and Earth are G-d's witness to G-ds Covenant with the Jewish people. These witnesses, the Heavens and the Earth,  who are long lasting are starting to testify.  Will they testify that Am Yisroel revered their Covenant with the Creator of the world,  and treasured the Land of Israel and toiled to keep all the commandments like Shemittah in the spirit of Shabbat in the Land of Israel or did Am Yisroel find loopholes and say it is not relevant for our generation?  Uh oh...  I hear you tell me we don't want to act because we are waiting for the Moshiach?  

Surely we have been taught and we know that Moshiach is here on this planet as he is in every generation waiting for his people to do Teshuva, repentance.  Perhaps he is knocking on our door...

Moshiach has been waiting patiently for us to open up the door just a crack so that he can come in. 

Joining together, collecting hundreds of thousands of signatures for this petition is one relatively simple step in allowing Moshiach to get a foothold in.  After all how can we even think of bringing sacrifices logistically  on Har Habayit when the Muslims have control of Temple Mount?  Are our prayers lip service or are they for real?  Such steps such as this petition need to gain momentum.   Step by step, let us collectively work together to help open up the door for Moshiach. 

Surely Islam and its call for the destruction of Israel has no legitimate claim for the Holy Mount.  Will we allow the UN get away with a bunch of untruths and deception that will serve  to be the vehicle of its own self destruction and the destruction of humanity?

By shouting from the rooftop on Temple Mount, and it is our intention and hope that  this petition be a worthy medium emanating from that virtual cloud hovering cyperspace over Temple Mount, we actively demonstrate that we trust in G-d and G-d alone and believe with our heart and soul that He is true to His Word.  We pray that the Holy One Blessed be He will in turn protect us from all harm as He has promised in His Holy Torah! 

Rather than seeing war and destruction, Israel with its believing supporters of the Nations of the World, Noahides, will be found deserving and in this way be blessed with peace, security and prosperity.

 May all the evil decrees disintegrate like the dust in the wind and may the knowledge of G-d, the One and Only G-d, the G-d of Israel wash over the land like a Tsunami  cleansing the world with purity hope and goodness.

If you are so sure that " Palestine , the country, goes back through most of recorded history," I expect you to be able to answer a few basic questions about Palestine :  

1.  When was it founded and by whom? 

2.  What were its borders?

3.  What was its capital? 

4.  What were its major cities?

5.  What constituted the basis of its economy?

6.  What was its form of government? 

7.  Can you name at least one Palestinian leader before  Arafat? 

8..  Was Palestine ever recognized by a country whose existence, at that time or now, leaves no room for interpretation? 
  
9.  What was the language of Palestine ?
  
10. What was the prevalent religion of the country of Palestine ? 
  
11. What was the name of its currency? Choose any date in history and tell what was the approximate exchange rate of the Palestinian monetary unit against the US dollar, German mark, GB pound, Japanese yen, or Chinese Yuan on that date. 
 
12. And, finally, since there is no such country today,  what caused its demise and when did it occur? 
 
You are lamenting the "low sinking" of a "once proud" nation.. Please tell me, when exactly was that "nation" proud and what was it so proud of?
 
And here is the least sarcastic question of all: If the people you mistakenly call "Palestinians" are anything but generic Arabs collected from all over -- or thrown out of -- the Arab world, if they really have a genuine ethnic identity that gives them right for self-determination, why did they never try to become independent until Arabs suffered their devastating defeat in the Six Day War?
  
I hope you avoid the temptation to trace the modern day "Palestinians" to the Biblical Philistines: substituting etymology for history won't work here. 
  
The truth should be obvious to everyone who wants to know it. Arab countries have never abandoned the dream of destroying Israel ; they still cherish it today. Having time and again failed to achieve their evil goal with military means, they decided to fight Israel by proxy. For that purpose, they created a terrorist organization, cynically called it "the Palestinian people" and installed it in Gaza , Judea, and Samaria . How else can you explain the refusal by Jordan and Egypt to unconditionally accept back the "West Bank" and Gaza , respectively? 
  
The fact is, Arabs populating Gaza, Judea, and Samaria have much less claim to nationhood than that Indian tribe that successfully emerged in Connecticut with the purpose of starting a tax-exempt casino: at least that tribe had a constructive goal that motivated them. The so-called "Palestinians" have only one motivation: the destruction of Israel , and in my book that is not sufficient to consider them a nation" -- or anything else except what they really are: a terrorist organization that will one day be dismantled. 
  
In fact, there is only one way to achieve peace in the Middle East . Arab countries must acknowledge and accept their defeat in their war against Israel and, as the losing side should, pay Israel reparations for the more than 50 years of devastation they have visited on it. The most appropriate form of such reparations would be the removal of their terrorist organization from the land of Israel and accepting Israel 's ancient sovereignty over Gaza , Judea, and Samaria . 
 
That will mark the end of the Palestinian people. What are you saying again was its beginning?

Please present these Rabbanim with this amazing, amazing you tube of Glenn Beck.  Then remind them of the Yizkereim video featuring Rav Solomon Shonfeld zt"l and Rav Weissmandl and their amazing activism that made a small difference in the Holocaust but could not save the majority of Eastern Europe because people refused to believe the truth when there was still time to do something. 

Than, ask these Rabbanim to take practical steps that addresses how we can change the situation.  Please ask them then to endorse a twinning project with Judea and Samaria so that each and every Jew is helping to build the heartland and protect our fellow brethren threatened in Judea and Samaria.  Pikuach Nefesh is certainly a driving consideration. Our goal is for the entire Nation of Israel, collectively, be deserving of being part of inheriting the Land. 

 Ask Rabbanim to publicly condemn the Israel's courts decision, the powerful secular elite few imposing their will on the majority, (since they are above the law),  to demolish 47 homes in Migron this coming March.. 

The answer to prevent the establishment chas vechalila to a Palestinian State is to build in Judea and Samaria and keep the Mitzvoth Teluyot Baaretz which is the key to Security in the Land according to the Torah.  Israel can no longer be dictated by an elite minority that has lost the vision of being G-d's Chosen People, a Mamlechet Kohanim VeGoy Kadosh.  Only by observing the Torah and following its dictates will the world acknowledge and say Am Chachom VeNavon and the world will be blessed with peace and prosperity, speedily soon in our times.

Practically we have the ability to reach every Jew.  Lo Bashamayim Hi....It is not too difficult,  Aloh Na aleh Ki Yachol Nuchal let us go up for we can surely take it.

12. And, finally, since there is no such country today,  what caused its demise and when did it occur? 
 
You are lamenting the "low sinking" of a "once proud" nation.. Please tell me, when exactly was that "nation" proud and what was it so proud of?
 
And here is the least sarcastic question of all: If the people you mistakenly call "Palestinians" are anything but generic Arabs collected from all over -- or thrown out of -- the Arab world, if they really have a genuine ethnic identity that gives them right for self-determination, why did they never try to become independent until Arabs suffered their devastating defeat in the Six Day War?
  
I hope you avoid the temptation to trace the modern day "Palestinians" to the Biblical Philistines: substituting etymology for history won't work here. 
  
The truth should be obvious to everyone who wants to know it. Arab countries have never abandoned the dream of destroying Israel ; they still cherish it today. Having time and again failed to achieve their evil goal with military means, they decided to fight Israel by proxy. For that purpose, they created a terrorist organization, cynically called it "the Palestinian people" and installed it in Gaza , Judea, and Samaria . How else can you explain the refusal by Jordan and Egypt to unconditionally accept back the "West Bank" and Gaza , respectively? 
  
The fact is, Arabs populating Gaza, Judea, and Samaria have much less claim to nationhood than that Indian tribe that successfully emerged in Connecticut with the purpose of starting a tax-exempt casino: at least that tribe had a constructive goal that motivated them. The so-called "Palestinians" have only one motivation: the destruction of Israel , and in my book that is not sufficient to consider them a nation" -- or anything else except what they really are: a terrorist organization that will one day be dismantled. 
  
In fact, there is only one way to achieve peace in the Middle East . Arab countries must acknowledge and accept their defeat in their war against Israel and, as the losing side should, pay Israel reparations for the more than 50 years of devastation they have visited on it. The most appropriate form of such reparations would be the removal of their terrorist organization from the land of Israel and accepting Israel 's ancient sovereignty over Gaza , Judea, and Samaria . 
 
That will mark the end of the Palestinian people. What are you saying again was its beginning?

Thank you Yizkereim, Rabbi Leib Geliebter Memorial Foundation, Agudath Yisroel of America, Torah Umesorah, and Claims Conference of a fantastic documentary about Rabbi Solomon Shonfeld zt'l  and Rabbi Michoel Ber Weissmandl zt"l 

In this documentary it clearly shows the Hishtadlus, activism,  of Rav Weissmand zt"l. 20,000 people were directly saved on a train being diverted from Auschiwitz to Vienna because of Rav Weissmandl.  He was instrumental in saving the lives of 140,000 Jews of Budapest. He died heartbroken because he felt he could have done much more.  His reports and maps of Aushwitz was sent and printed in the Swiss Press with eye witness reporting of the slaughter of  1,715,000 Jews.  When this was printed in Swiss newspapers it created a public outcry world wide that denounced the deportations of Jews.   140,000 Jews saved.  

World Jewry didn't believe that bribery would make a difference to save European Jewry and they didn't send money for the Europa plan in 1942.  

Rav Weissmandl zt"l proved activism could work and it did! Rabbi Shonfeld in North England proved activism worked.  Rabbi Fabian Shonfeld and his brother were saved with his brother on a Kindertransport.  He spoke in the documentary and said the Mitzva is Al Taamod Al Dam Reicha. The Mitzva is not Al Taamodu in the plural.  Each and every individual must do and not wait for committees when it comes to Pikuach Nefesh. Surely however, if an individual is influential in a committee or organization, then surely this individual's Hishtadlus,activism can be more effective then someone who is not influential in an organization.. 

 Unfortunately Rav Weissmandl didn't get enough money to save the majority of Eastern Europe  though he did manage to put off the deportations for 2 years in Slovakia. 

Rav Weissmandl zt"l knew the power of learning Torah.  He was a Rosh Yeshiva.  Yet Rav Weissmandl gave very clear and specific practical instructions to the Orthodox Community in Hungary on how to respond  when it was clear that the deportations would start.   He told them to protest and not to go on the trains.  Even if half would be killed at least many would be able to escape.  He told them to take knives to cut the locks to jump off the trains.  He  used that advice himself when he was put on a transport to the concentration camp and hid his knife in a loaf of bread and managed to save himself by jumping off the train. .  Unfortunately, his family was on a different train and they were not saved... 

In a letter sent  to all countries, he addressed the Pope and the Red Cross and Powers at large to bomb the Railways leading to Auschwitz.  Both England and the USA chose not to listen.   Who knows if things had been different had he had the necessary support from World Jewry who would make sure that there would be a loud protest and outcry in all the Media that would not have taken no for an answer.. 

The organization Children of Jewish Holocaust Survivors says Never Again must remain more than a mere slogan. 

Islam promotes and teaches terrorism. A Palestinian State is a terrorist state that  partners with Nazi Ideology.  Judea and Samaria is surrounded by enemies who produce kids raised on the ideology of being a Shahid, a martyr in the name of Islam,  and who have no qualms about beheading a 3 month old and murdering her family, parents and siblings.  When one Jew commited such an atrocity it cause Major uproar in the Jewish community. Yet for Arabs children who see ritual slaughter on their animals in their homes and communities, doing so on humans, on Jews, is reason for them to celebrate. 

The material blasting Islam, the "religion" and its teachings is out there.  Is it in the religious Jewish papers?  Are Chareidim, children of Holocaust Survivors, aware of the dangers of Islam, the Nazis of today who of course define Israel as "occupiers" and all Jews are pigs and anyone that rejects Islam as infidels (not to mention everyone else who rejects Islam). Sharia Law has many religious laws of how to treat infidels and women and such "religious law" is at odds with  the American Constitution not to mention inhumane and immoral and barbaric according to western civilization.  Sharia Law  financing supports terrorism big time not to mention the horrific way women are treated.   Islam has already taken over much of Europe and America is rather rapidly being infiltrated.

My experience calling the White House, Regarding Jonathan Pollard:

Today I called the White House comment line 202-456-1414.  It was busy.  I called the other White House line 202-456-1111 and asked for the comment line.  This time they transferred me and  I got through. I spoke to a very nice lady who asked for my comment.  I said, "Tell the President to Free Jonathan Pollard."  She asked if I had any more comments.  I said "Yes, I want to know how come the United States of America withheld intelligence from it's friend and ally Israel, Apparently the US withheld intelligence that it was required to share with Israel regarding weapons of mass destruction in Iraq threatening Israel's security.  Jonathan Pollard was then forced into a moral dilemma and answered to a Higher Authority and shared this intelligence that Israel was supposed to receive in the first place". The lady on the comment line was very nice, recorded my comments and thanked me graciously for my comment and told me to call again.
