*Severe poisoning attack in Binyamin: Goats die, shepherds attacked with stones*

Poisoning terror strikes again: For the second time in the past week, a terrorist cell from the village of Al Mu'ayr in Binyamin infiltrated the grazing areas of an agricultural farm near the Alon Road today (Sunday), and spread deadly poison hidden in the drinking water troughs placed in the area.

The shepherds, who came to water their flock as they do every day, were horrified to see that some of the goats that drank began to immediately develop severe poisoning symptoms, foaming at the mouth and convulsing. Three goats have died so far, and the farm is trying to save others who are still in serious condition.

Residents from nearby farms were called to the scene in an attempt to provide emergency veterinary treatment to the livestock with antidotes, but were attacked with stones by dozens of Arab rioters from the village who had been ambushed nearby and began to charge at them and disrupt the rescue of the herd.

 IDF forces that were dispatched to the incident pushed the rioters back into the village, and began extensive searches in the area to locate the poisoning squad. So far, three rioters have been reported in the village to have been injured by security forces' gunfire while participating in the attack on the shepherds.

This is the second poisoning attack to take place in the pastures of the farms near the Alon Road in just the past week, and the tenth in number since the beginning of the year. The farms are expressing concern about the increasing audacity of the yet-to-be-caught squad, and say that this is a regular and dangerous pattern of action that could cost lives.

טרור ההרעלות מכה שוב: בפעם השניה בשבוע האחרון חדרה היום (ראשון) חוליית מחבלים מהכפר אל מועייר בבנימין לשטחי המרעה של חווה חקלאית הסמוכה לכביש אלון, ופיזרה רעל קטלני שהוסתר בתוך שקתות מי השתייה שמוצבות בשטח.

הרועים שהגיעו להשקות את עדרם כמדי יום ביומו, נחרדו לראות כי חלק מהעיזים ששתו החלו לפתח באופן מיידי תסמיני הרעלה קשים, להוציא קצף מהפה ולפרכס. שלוש עיזים מתו עד כה, ובחווה מנסים להציל נוספות שנמצאות עדיין במצב קשה.

תושבים מהחוות הסמוכות הוזעקו למקום בניסיון להגיש טיפול וטרינרי דחוף לבהמות עם תרופות נוגדות רעל, אולם הותקפו באבנים בידי עשרות פורעים ערבים מהכפר שארבו בקרבת מקום והחלו להסתער ולכיוונם ולשבש את הצלת העדר.

כוחות צה"ל שהוקפצו לאירוע הדפו את הפורעים בחזרה לכפר, ופתחו בסריקות נרחבות באזור לאיתור חוליית המרעילים. בכפר דווח עד כה על שלושה פורעים שנפצעו מירי של כוחות הביטחון בעת שהשתתפו בהתקפה על רועי הצאן.

מדובר בפיגוע ההרעלה השני שמתרחש בשטחי המרעה של החוות הסמוכות לכביש אלון רק בשבוע האחרון, והעשירי במספר מתחילת השנה. בחוות מצביעים בדאגה על תעוזתה המתגברת של החולייה שטרם נתפסה, ואומרים כי מדובר בדפוס פעולה קבוע ומסוכן שעלול לעלות בחיי אדם.
