Fwd: [EretzYisraeUndivided] Great tools that nobody use

Dear friends,

Two days ago I've written message about PLO's Phased Plan of annihilation of Israel that was adopted in 1974 by Palestinian National Council. Future Annapolis meeting matches this plan very well. I surprise why nobody write and talk about that. I understand Olmert. If he want to participate in antiisraeli Annapolis summit he hasn't to talk about PLO's Phased Plan, because this plan is the great tool that can be used against summit and against any concessions to Palestinian Authority. It's absolutely obvious that even if Israel are going to make any concessions it's absolutely necessary to require to cancel officially the PLO's Phased Plan of annihilation of Israel.

In connection with this I have a simple question: Why Nataniyahu, Feyglin and people from right camp don't use info about this PLO's plan in their propaganda and contacts to stop very dangerous summit in Annapolis? Why nobody use this great tool to stop Annapolis summit and any concessions to Arabs?

But we have one more great tool. Here is the excerpt from ZOA Special Report from February 03, 2004:

On June 19, 1967, in the wake of the Six Day War, the U.S. Secretary of Defense instructed the Joint Chiefs of Staff to present their "views, without regard to political factors, on the minimum territory" that Israel would be "justified in retaining in order to permit a more effective defense against possible conventional Arab attack and terrorist raids." Ten days later, the Joint Chiefs presented a report which concluded that Israel needed to retain substantial portions of the Golan Heights, and Judea-Samaria, and all of Gaza.

Why nobody use this info in propaganda? It's very impotant info. The conclusion from this info is very simple: any concessions to Arabs violate principles of Israeli security. This principles were indicated by American Joint Chiefs of Staff and America itself call to violate these principles calling for summit in Annapolis.

Why nobody use this tool now? Why we don't tell about that everywhere on permanent basis?

But the most important tool we also don't use enough. Judea, Samaria, Golans, Gaza and, of course Jerusalem is the Promised Land. Unfortunately diplomats don't use this argument. But we need to use it everywhere including contacts with any media and foreigners.

I think we need to write our letters to the Knesset, the US Congress and Media using all these tools.

All the best and Shavua Tov,

Alexander Dymshits

It's time to remember PLO's Phased Plan of annihilation of Israel that was adopted in 1974 by Palestinian National Council. Future Annapolis meeting goes well together with this Phased Plan. Unfortunately, many of us don't know or forgot about this plan. But Arab leaders remember it very well and acts according with it.

Israeli government and Israeli media tried to hide this plan from Israeli public. Otherwise craziness of giving to Arabs parts of Jewish Land would have been absolutely obvious! It's very important to disseminate info about the Phased Plan as widely as possible! I know exactly that majority of Israelis and Americans have never heard about this Plan of New Holocaust!

Here are some sites that represent the Arab Plan of annihilation of Israel:

http://www.iris.org.il/plophase.htm,
http://www.palestinefacts.org/pf_1967to1991_plo_phasedplan_1974.php,
http://www.peacefaq.com/phased.html

It's absolutely necessary to give information about this plan to all Congressmen and to public, first at all, in Israel and in the US.

CAJLTC111607 References in Tanach of G-d's Promise (incomplete list)

bs"d

CAJL Conference of Authentic Jewish Leadership
TC Torah Campaign
6 Kislev 5768
November 16, 2007

The following is a partial list of references in Tanach where Hashem explicitly promises the Land of Israel to our forefathers and to their seed for an everlasting inheritance.

Bereishis/Genesis 13:15-18 ; 17:8 (HaShem to Avram - promise of land; to Avraham - new name and reiteration of promise of land)

The Covenant with Abraham is Breishis/Genesis 15:18-21. (extended boundaries, from the River of Egypt to the Eurphrates River, covers boundaries of 10 nations)

The Covenant to Isaac Breishis/Genesis 26:2-6.

The Covenant of Jacob is in Breishis/Genesis  28:13-16.

Shemos/Exodus 6:4,8 (HaShem to Moshe - reminder of promise to the Avot)

Bamidbar/Numbers 33:53; 34:13 (HaShem to Moshe - boundaries of Eretz Yisrael, the 7 nations)

Isaiah 11:12; 49:12; 51:11 (Ingathering of exiles; return to Zion)

Amos 9:14,15 (Return from captivity - plant on to the land - never again to be uprooted)

Ezekiel 36:24, 36; 37:21( Gathering from all the lands to your own soil)

The Covenants and promises to the forefathers share three points. 1. Land is promised to them and to their children afterwards 2. The Nations of the world are blessed through them and 3. the children must keep the commandments in order to be worthy of the Land.

It is for this reason CAJL is emphasizing the importance to focus on the Torah and the Commandments of the Torah, yes our religion,  as the root source of our irrevocable legal rights and moral legitimacy for the Nation of Israel everywhere, for the Land of Israel. We have an ancient historical connection as Winston Churchill so aptly said.

Our Torah is that connection. Annapolis is contrary to Torah and therefore doomed to failure.

The land of Israel is the violin and the people of Israel are the violinists.  The Torah is our notes.  If one wishes to hear beautiful music one must allow the violinist access to the violin.  With patience and practice combined with a talent from G-d the rusty violinist will soon perform with his G-d given gifts for the entire world to enjoy.   Below see a taste of the coming attractions.

THOUGHTS FOR THE MONTH OF KISLEV

Dear Friends:

In the Jewish calendar, today is Rosh Chodesh Kislev; in the secular calendar it is Veterans Day, the eighty-ninth anniversary of the Armistice that ended the First World War.  "The war to end all wars" did not end all wars; in fact it led only a generation later to a much more deadly and barbarous conflict.

Our Torah sages had predicted this.  The Chofetz Chaim, who died in 1933, is reported to have said that these wars were two of the three great conflicts that would precede the coming of Moshiach. [1]

The Chofetz Chaim said something startling: there would be a major difference between the first two wars and the third war.  In the third war, directly before the coming of Moshiach, the Angel of Death would not have power to harm people who are close to G-d.   We know that, during the First and Second World Wars, millions of holy Jews lost their lives.  But in the Third War, said the Chofetz Chaim, those who would cling to the Torah with all their strength, rejecting the culture of the other nations among whom we dwell, would survive the war and go on to live in the Days of Moshiach, may they come soon

My dear friends, we are entering the month of Chanukah, the holiday in which light illuminates the dark winter of our Exile.  But where, in this world which seems to be stumbling ever closer to the precipice, do we see light?  How can we realistically believe there is reason for hope in this dark world?

My new book, "2020 VISION," opens with a commentary by the Malbim [2] , as follows: in the days following the return of the Children of Israel to the Land of Israel, the Western nations and the Arab nations will form a worldwide coalition to attack us and drive us out of Israel, G-d Forbid!  How will we survive this terrible threat?  Something unexpected will occur, says the Malbim, and the two great enemies will begin to fight each other.  Their battle will consume them until they destroy each other, and at that moment Moshiach ben Dovid will appear and the Final Redemption of the Children of Israel will occur.

Not only that, but it is clearly predicted in the words of our sages that the last power that would dominate the world before the coming of Moshiach would be the Moslems. [3]

My friends, if we look around at this very moment with clear vision, we can see clearly that THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT IS HAPPENING IN THE WORLD TODAY!  Prophesy is coming to pass before our very eyes.  If the Arab nations and the Western nations, both of whom are trying to evict us from our Holy Land, are in fact also fighting each other on a worldwide scale, is this not fulfillment of prophesy?  Are not the events of 9/11, the war in Iraq, the belligerency of Iran, the ferment in Pakistan and Afghanistan, the infusion of Moslems into almost every country, the worldwide conflict between the West and Islam all aspects of this prophesy?  If this is coming to pass, must it not follow that the advent of Moshiach must also be close at hand?

This scenario is reminiscent of the famous Talmud passage in which Rabbi Akiva and his colleagues are walking on the ruins of the Holy Temple.  Rabbi Akiva's colleagues are weeping over the devastation, but Rabbi Akiva is smiling.

"For what reason are you smiling?" they say to Rabbi Akiva.

"Uriah ha Kohain prophesied that Zion would be plowed like a field.... Zecharia prophesied [the rebuilding of Yerushalayim].... Now that the prophesy of Uriah has been fulfilled, it is obvious that the prophecy of Zecharia will be fulfilled." [4]

In our own days, we witness what appears to be a depressing and devastating scene, a world in chaos, a world arrayed against us.  But that scene has been described by our prophets and interpreted by our sages as the prelude to the Final Redemption and the coming of Moshiach!  Is this not cause for hope?  Is this not a signal to cling to our Torah with even greater intensity?

As the Chofetz Chaim said, the way to survive the Final War before the coming of Moshiach would be to cling wholeheartedly to the Torah and to recognize the emptiness of the culture of the nations among whom we dwell.  This is no easy task.  After some two thousand years of Exile, we are all so submerged in the surrounding culture that we hardly recognize it is alien to us.  We are submerged just as our ancestors were submerged in the Egyptian Culture just prior to their redemption.  We don't even realize how much our values and outlook are affected by their values.

I know that these are difficult words, but we should recognize that the surrounding cultures are in their dying days.  If we cling to their values, we will go their way, G-d forbid.  But we are an Eternal Nation, bound to G-d by the Eternal Torah.  This is our cause for hope, our Tower of Salvation [5] , and the reason that our lights can burn brightly in the midst of darkness, in the midst of our bitter Exile.

May we see the day soon when the entire world will be bathed in pure light and we will be free to live in sanctity and peace in Eretz Yisroel in the presence of the Holy Temple and Moshiach ben Dovid, may we greet him soon in our days!

A lichtige Chanukah to Klal Yisroel

Alternative Jewish Sovereignty Summit

TUESDAY NOVEMBER 27th, 2007- FOUNDING OF THE "ALTERNATIVE JEWISH SOVEREIGNTY SUMMIT"
For details please click on

http://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/124220>

Alternative 'Jewish Sovereignty' Summit Planned
13 November 07
by Hillel Fendel, IsraelNationalNews.com

(IsraelNN.com) A dozen Jewish organizations have united to hold a "summit" calling for Jewish sovereignty over all of the Land of Israel, meeting on the same day as the Annapolis summit.  The title: Sovereignty for the Jewish Nation Over the State of the Land of Israel.

Spokesperson Susie Dym explained, "What is happening in Israel, and consequently among passive Jewish leaders elsewhere, is that our political leadership has abandoned the goal of furthering the Jewish people in the Jewish state, and has gone towards the goal of building a Palestinian state and advancing the Palestinians' interests. The situation has become absurd, in that our government is working towards the antithesis of what it should be."

"Recognizing that the Jewish Nation does not have a representative body," the formative statement begins, "and greatly fearing that the government in Israel is undermining the fundamental interests of Jewish existence (based on its declarations and actions in anticipation of the Annapolis summit), we - many right-wing movements and organizations - have united together to convene a counter-summit.  Our goal is to emphasize what we stand 'for,' not 'against.'"

"Our door is open to all those who want to further the interests of the Jewish people," Dym said.

The founding session of the New Jewish Congress will be held on the 17th day of Kislev, Nov. 27, in Jerusalem - the day on or after the scheduled Annapolis summit.  The date for the Annapolis meeting has not yet been finally set.

The idea of the alternative summit, the organizers say, is to "establish the first-stage organizational and conceptual skeleton that will promote a congress to represent the entire nation, including hareidim, during the course of Nissan (April 2008)."

Among the initiating organizations are: Manhigut Yehudit (Jewish Leadership), Land of Israel Task Force, Cities of Israel, the Temple Institute, and the Sanhedrin.  Also participating are Mateh Tzafon, Task Force to Save the Land of Israel, Women in Green, Nahalal Forum, and Honenu.

Rabbis who have lent their support include Kiryat Arba/Hevron Chief Rabbi Dov Lior, Sanhedrin President Rabbi Adin Steinzaltz, Rabbi Shalom Dov Wolpe of Chabad, Rabbi Yoel Schwartz, Rabbi Yisrael Ariel and more.%ad%

Participating public figures include Yoram Ettinger, Prof. Paul Eidelberg, Dr. Yossi Ben-Aharon, Prof. Gabi Barkai, Prof. Hillel Weiss, Atty. Aviad Visuly, Prof. Aryeh Zaritsky, Architect Gideon Charlop, Nadia Matar, Shmuel Medad, Dr. Uri Milstein, Aryeh Stav, Moshe Feiglin, Ronen Tzafrir, and many more.

3rd Day of Kislev, the month of the spirit of the Maccabbees, November 13, 2007

Dear Friends,

As  the Annapolis nightmare is coming nearer, more and more people are waking up, understanding that we must act immediately to prevent a catastrophe from occurring.

Women in Green calls upon all to join in the following activities:

Dear friends of Israel, in order to prevent the Annapolis disaster, we must bring the government down. As long as Lieberman and Yishai remain in the government, the Olmert government survives. If Avigdor Lieberman leaves the government, Eli Yishai and Shas will also leave the government!

Anyone who holds dear the future of the State of Israel is asked to inundate the offices of Avigdor Lieberman and the other members of Yisrael Beitenu with faxes and telephone calls, with the demand:

Leave the government today and save the Land of Israel and the People of Israel !

Presented as a public service by Women for Israel's Tomorrow - Women in Green www.womeningreen.org

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

In order for this campaign to have an effect, we need to publicize it far and wide.

For instance, we need to put this as an ad in this week's Russian newspaper called VESTY. We also need to paste the posters all over Jerusalem and other areas in the country. We therefore turn to you and urge you to help us financially with this campaign. Very often people call us and tell us: well, why isn't there a campaign going on, why is it so quiet?

Many people don't realize that such campaigns cost a great deal of money.

Here are a few details with regard to the expenses of such a campaign:

* a half page ad in the news section of Vesty for this weekend: 12,200 NIS +vat (i.e. approximately $3,500)
* the caricaturist: 900 NIS + vat ($220)
* graphic artist : 2500 NIS + vat ($750)
* 1000 posters (size 50x70cm) :2100 NIS + vat ($700)
* 10,000 flyers in Hebrew and Russian : 2500 NIS + vat ($750)
* and last but not least: ads in other newspapers (Hebrew and English) that ad up to at least $8,000

In one word, if we want to turn this into a effective campaign, we must raise at least $15,000.

We need you desperately! We cannot do this without your help!

PLS HELP THESE GREAT AND COURAGEOUS PEOPLE BY AT LEAST FW'ING THIS EMAIL TO ALL YOUR FRIENDS/RELATIVES IN THE UNITED STATES. AND/OR, SEND THEIR EMAIL ADDRESSES TO US4ISRAEL@GMAIL.COM AND WE  WILL DO SO FOR YOU. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FROM MATTOT ARIM AND FROM ALL THE BEST AND BRAVEST JEWS IN AMERICA. HERE IS THE INFO -- IN RED. BELOW  IT -- IN GREEN -- INFO RE CRUCIAL TRIALS THIS WEEK HERE IN ISRAEL.

Rally organized by Bob Kunst:

"25th November is a definite at the White House with a march to the Holocaust Memorial to make all the connections. Anyone coming down should be there for this event. 26th November in Annapolis - that date was in the Miami Herald and CNN, but still not confirmed by the State Dept. Come 25th if you need to get back to work on Monday, or the 26th if you can stay. I've offered our permits to every like-minded group to use to state their case and to get the word out to their e-mail lists and let everyone make up their own minds. I've asked groups to get buses and share expenses and be VISIBLE. LACK OF VISIBILITY IS COLLABORATION WITH THIS TREACHERY TO SELL OUT JERUSALEM AND ISRAEL.

Where are the Jews? Most are still asleep. 69 yrs. ago today began "Kristallnacht" with the same denials and mentalities and excuses.
If you want to organize buses, I can put it out to call you for those wanting to go on a bus and what it will cost. I can also put it out for those who want to sponsor folks who can't afford it themselves.

We are expecting 300+ in Nashville, and are getting calls from all over the country by folks who want to participate and express their concerns. However, if I was the ONLY JEW with my banner at any of the events, I would still be there with G-d and I would still be right, and still represent all those millions of murdered Jews and every Jew in the world that Jerusalem belongs to. While I would love to see a huge rally in DC and Annapolis, and that may well occur, I am prepared to do it alone and let those sabateurs helping Olmert live with their crimes to stop our efforts.

Shabat Shalom, Bob Kunst, Pres. Shalominternational@mindspring.com , 305-864-5110, Coalition to Defend Jerusalem, www.defendjerusalem.com"

Check out our Protest partners carefully.  This is who Tsafrir Ronen and the Coalition for Jerusalem is aligning with  since he is scheduled to speak at their rally according to the flier..

Please visit http://www.shalomworldwide.org/pages.asp?pageid=51365 a web page of Shalom International which focus on it's true goals which is missionary.  Is this the same organization that Bob Kunst works for, the same Bob Kunst that is a gay activist and spearheading the fight for Jerusalem?  Are we going to rid ourselves with one abomination (the State of Palestine G-d forbid) only to be replaced by different abominations?  Mattot Arim, have you carefully checked or thought this out?

Why aren't our Torah Leaders not leading the protests and yelling about the evils of Oslo and a State of Palestine.  When our own leaders aren't leading us in ways of Torah than we are in the danger of being led by those that don't represent Torah.   Let's unite for Torah, for a Torah State.  Look down the road.  If Jerusalem is run by Missionaries or Gay Activists  Hashem will tell us Mi Bekesh Miyedchem Lirmos Al Chatzeiroy.  Once again as before the Holocaust the Torah community sees that there are only 2 choices. The Jews that reject Torah and Nazi lovers.  Pre WWII, rather than align with Secular Zionists who were clearly anti Torah they chose to go to the Holocaust.  When will they learn that they must take a leadership role for TORAH and Hashem will come to our rescue.  We are now at the Yam Suf.  There is no place to go.  We must take the plunge and cry out to Heaven to help us.  WE WANT A TORAH STATE!!!!!!!!!!!! THERE IS NO OTHER OPTION!

Warning Signs in Annapolis. by Mark Silverberg and my comments

Warning Signs in Annapolis

by Mark Silverberg

Israel-Arab peace is not on anyone's agenda.

How's this for an Israeli position at Annapolis:

brainwashing your children into believing that the fast track to virgins in Paradise requires them to become human grenades, and stop firing missiles at us, then we'll come to the table with a settlement offer that will bring both our societies peace and prosperity."

Sound reasonable? Absolutely. Is that going to happen any time soon? Not until a new breed of Arab leadership arises.

Truth is, an Israeli-Palestinian peace is not on anyone's agenda at Annapolis, and that's why Annapolis represents a grave threat to Israel. The real motive for the conference is to solidify America's anti-Shiite alliance against Iranian expansionism, shore up Arab support for a pending coalition air-strike on Iranian nuclear facilities, and secure American oil interests in the Middle East. And in this game of high-stakes political poker, despite all the rhetoric to the contrary, Israel's national security interests are of secondary importance.

In the world of realpolitik, Israel is viewed by Foggy Bottom as more of a bargaining chip than a strategic asset, so the guiding philosophy there is that all disputes and world problems can be resolved through negotiations, even if, as in this case, only one side is being asked to make any real concessions. With the US experiment in Middle East nation-building something less than a resounding success, other priorities have taken precedence.

Simply stated, if the Saudis and Syrians show up at Annapolis, pressure will be applied on Israel to make significant one-sided concessions for getting them there. For Syria, that means Israel will be forced to make concessions on the Golan Heights. For the Saudis, it means continuing a steady supply of oil in return for American protection and a continuing blind eye to the Saudi's global propagation of Wahhabism/Salafism.

The US knows that Mahmoud Abbas is a weak leader heading a corrupt, incompetent organization that has failed to comply with one single precondition laid down in the Roadmap (most notably that relating to dismantling the Palestinian terror infrastructures). And it is common knowledge that Abbas and Prime Minister Salam Fayyad lack control over Gaza, have little loyalty within or control over their own Fatah militias on the West Bank, and can never be credible interlocutors for peace. Nonetheless, further concessions will be demanded of Israel if Annapolis unfolds as Secretary Condoleezza Rice desires.

That means that Israel will be forced to release more terrorists and surrender even more vital territory to hostile neighbors in return for more empty Arab promises. Given American pressure on the Olmert government to "take risks for peace" and make "painful compromises," there is cause for genuine Israeli concern, since the current Palestinian leadership has never had any intention of preparing its people either for peace or for coexistence with Israel. One need only look at Hamas and Palestinian Authority-published textbooks showing maps of Palestine as encompassing present-day Israel, public
The Arabs will expect everything in return for conceding nothing.
statements (in Arabic), incitement in the media, and the toleration and encouragement of terrorist attacks, to understand that there is no common ground here.

As Melanie Phillips wrote recently in the Spectator: "This is not, as (the US) implies, a fight between two parties equally responsible for a terrible conflict. It is a war to exterminate the Jewish state that is being waged by Arabs and Islamists with differing strategies and agendas on the same continuum of annihilation - and with not one single credible interlocutor on their side who genuinely wants to live in peace with Israel."

For the above reasons, Israel is continually being forced to make concessions, such as providing food, power and water supplies to its enemies in Hamas-controlled Gaza, and is continually being told by Secretary Rice to treat the secular terrorists of Fatah as "partners in peace," even though that organization has not made one single effort to dismantle its terrorist infrastructures. The unfortunate truth is that Israel's "goodwill gestures," such as releasing terrorists, abandoning checkpoints, supplying services that should be provided by the PA itself, and releasing funds, are all seen as signs of weakness by Israel's enemies. Those enemies have always understood that any recognition of Israel's right to exist in the Middle East, under any circumstances, would constitute a death sentence. Anwar Sadat is the poster-child for any Arab leader who places the welfare of his own nation above the so-called "sanctity of the Muslim umma."

Thus, Annapolis could represent a profound calamity for Israel, as the Arabs will expect everything in return for conceding nothing. It is that very reason why in 2000, Yasser Arafat could not bring himself to accept a Palestinian state only on 98% of the West Bank with Arab Jerusalem as its capital, and why Israel can never offer the current leadership of the Arab world anything short of its own extinction.

Forcing further Gaza-like "goodwill gestures" on the Palestinians on the West Bank and the Golan Heights will have the same effect as throwing red meat to a hungry lion. It will only whet their appetite for more. The record of Palestinian non-compliance with the Roadmap for Peace and their failure to stop missiles from being fired into Israel's populated areas says something of true Palestinian intentions, yet there is no end to US pressure on the Israelis to bring down their West Bank checkpoints, create a corridor connecting Gaza to the West Bank, stop construction of its defensive barrier (that has proven to be successful against suicide bombers), or to stand in the way of creating another terrorist statelet on the West Bank.

So, what could possibly be the value of Mahmoud Abbas's signature on anything coming out of Annapolis, except to further America's other global interests at Israel's expense? Based on the Gaza experience, Israelis believe that they have fought, negotiated and unilaterally withdrawn for nothing - and they are not wrong in this - so Annapolis promises further pressure on Israel to make more dangerous concessions as the price to be paid
What could possibly be the value of Mahmoud Abbas's signature?
for other US global concerns.

Despite crossing so many "red lines" in the past, it is becoming increasingly apparent that Israel is being told privately by Secretary Rice to gamble once again with its national security - this time on the West Bank and on the Golan Heights. It is frightening to imagine the possibility of Israel abandoning its bedrock security interests in order to accommodate the Secretary's dangerous pursuit of final agreements on borders, settlements, Jerusalem, refugees, and limitations on Israeli forces on the West Bank, given that the Palestinians themselves have been either unwilling or unable to implement sustained, targeted and effective operations aimed at dismantling their own terrorist capabilities and infrastructure.

As Morris Amitay wrote recently: "No matter how desperately she will seek to achieve progress, Rice's initiative is doomed to fail, as the stars are simply not correctly aligned. There is just too large a gap between Israel's desire for a real peace and the Palestinians' desire for the end of Israel."

Sadly, this conflict is not even close to resolution. As a consequence, forcing further unilateral concessions from Israel would be a recipe for disaster.

My comments:

The way we quench the fires is by keeping Torah and Mitzvoth.  Fighting Wahhabism/Salafism or
Ahmadinejad directly is as ineffective as putting out raging fires  with the
forces of Nature working against us. By proclaiming our desires to  keep the
Torah and Mitzvos the fires on their own will dissipate. That is  why we are
urging and begging our Torah Leaders to lead us in the paths of  Torah and
Mitzvoth,  Let's get out of the international arena of politics.  Our only mission as a Jew is to focus on keeping Mitzvoth.   If we truly had that desire to keep Mitzvoth in Eretz Yisroel we would simply say that only the Nation of Israel has the mandate to keep the commandments and for that we need the Land. The Land belongs to G-d.  If we lose direction of where we as a Nation is expected to go,  we will be wasting our time and energies putting out raging fires with forces of Nature working against us.  G-d sends the heaven and the earth as witnesses to whether we are keeping the Commandments (See parshat Haazinu).  What America wants or has as their agenda is not relevant to us. We have our own agenda.

What to do. Eretz YisroelUndivided@yahoogroups.com

bs"d

Let's brainstorm.

Even, Condeleezza Rice agrees. This is a war of religions. (See Economist, this past issue early November) It has forced us to bring Torah and G-d into the picture since that is the only way we can destroy this evil forces sent by G-d to wake us up.

We need to form a Coordinating Council for Yesha and include only those that have the courage not to cave in.    I would include all the Yesha activists,  that have shown strength in the face of opposition.   I would compare the situation Yesha finds itself with the 13 Colonies in the time of the revolutionary war.  The colonists had the moral right to cede from British rule because of Taxation w/o representation.  How much more so do the citizens of Yesha.  I propose if there is a declaration of a State of Palestine, let the Jewish people, living in the Diaspora, as well as the citizens of Israel, and of course those from Judea and Samaria, express our moral right of freedom of religion, to live according to the Bible, the right to exist and to continue to  live in model communities and cities and to assert our rights not to be obliterated by aliens that have no business to settle Israel in the first place. This is clearly at the very minimum an example of taxation without representation and goes way beyond that. I am sure that those who have been living in Yesha have paid their taxes.  Now, there is no other choice for these productive law abiding citizens but to separate from the current government of the State of Israel who wish to obliterate the Yesha communities, and to destroy our deep rooted religious belief that this is our place  as directed by G-d in His Holy Torah.

It is the obligations of each and every Jew within Israel and from the Diaspora,  to stand by our brothers and support our moral right if necessary, to fight for our G-d given Land.  Let us reject all the puppets masquerading as Rabbis, see article referenced below, who are partners with the government to establish a Palestinian State Chas VeChalila.  Even if these "Rabbinic Leaders" come out with support of Jerusalem, many including myself believe it's a ploy to give to the Palestinians the bigger catch of Yesha.  Once this is done, chas Vechalila, Jerusalem is a piece of cake.  Please read Emanuel Winston's article   http://shemittahrediscovered.blogspot.com/2007/10/fwd-must-read-weve-been-had-jerusalem.html

I agree with Bereny that our emphasis must be Torah.  I love Manhigut and their supporters and their Torah ideals but I feel that Manhigut's hands are tied being a member of the Likud.  The yearning is there but until Manhigut actually takes over the Likud, which isn't happening in the next month,  Manhigut is unable to implement their  ideas.  In fact, Moshe Feiglin has brought strength and numbers to the Likud party who, as a majority under Netanyahu will act contrary to Manhigut's best interest.  In light of the upcoming Summit in November, why can't Manhigut cede from LIkud and with other like minded MK's and political parties join as one together and create a new party based on Torah and ideals.  Kadima managed to swing that off based on their collective objective called opportunism.  If Manhigut continues on its present track, I am afraid that Manhigut will divert the energy of the activists that is needed  to respond with appropriate strength necessary to face the  real threats facing Yesha.

So let's talk of a legitimate and reasonable response to the proposed "Peace Plans" which translates to the expulsion of hundreds of thousands of Jews from Yesha.  Rather than expelling and obliterating these thriving communities, allow them to continue to exist, separate and distinct from the secular State of Israel. Let's put on the table our counter proposal of the establishment of a Torah Authority in Judea and Samaria and assure the State of Israel that unless attacked we have no intention of attacking our brothers.  We will be a friendly neighbor.  Let us unite to create a government based on Torah and the Prophets.  True this hasn't been attempted since the times of  the Kings, but Jewish Sovereignty has not been the reality for 2000 years either.  Let this Torah model government start off on a small scale, with just those communities that the Secular State of Israel wishes to give away and effectively demolish and eventually, with the help of the One Above, this Torah authority will convince the world of it's legitimacy and actually be a role model for the entire Land of Israel and to the entire host of Nations. It will be the cornerstone of stability in the area. Does this mean Eretz Yisroel is divided? Absolutely not,  The boundaries are G-d given.  However, it is divided into 2 distinct parts. Yesha and the rest of Israel.   One part to be governed by Torah and the rest by the existing mix of Turkish, British Israeli law.

Let us establish the Torah Authority of Judea and Samaria in theory.  Let us come out in force in cyberspace.  We can expect that the Government of Israel will try to silence this expression.  But it will be difficult to silence freedom of expression, talk about the 13 colonies, the founding fathers of America and relating it to the reality of the residents of Judea and Samaria. The more people, leaders, blogs that promote the expression and the discussion the better.  We, who are in the Diaspora have greater freedom of expression than those living in Israel especially Judea and Samaria.  I would suggest using material from the Claremont Institute for the Study on Statesmanship and Political philosophy.

Actually implementing such a Torah solution requires a great deal of Siata Dishmaya, Hashgacha, determination , unity and cooperation among those that would love to establish a Torah Authority.  This Torah Authority, will use the Torah and the Sanhedrin as their government. Many bugs as they say in computer jargon, fashlas in modern day Hebrew,  will come up initially. There needs to be resilience and determination to persevere and search for what G-d truly wants and desires.  Torah Shebeal Peh based on Torah Shebichtav.   As one of  the sayings in Chabad goes Yagati velo Metsasi Al Taamin, Lo Yagati uMatsasi Al Taamin, Yagati UMatzasi Taamin.  (I toiled and didn't find an answer, don't believe (such a claim).  I didn't toil and I found an answer, don't believe (such a claim), I toiled, and found an answer, You can believe that it is true.)

This Torah entity will call upon all their brothers from all over, to join them to form a defense force against all aggression.  With the guidance and leadership of the Sanhedrin they will have the right to declare war if necesssary.

Again, this has now turned into a War of Religions.  Let us truly be assertive to Condeleezza Rice about what our Religion and the Bible really says.  If she is a supporter and promoter of replacement theology which believes that the Jews have been replaced as the Chosen people and have no rights to the Land, let that be clear to all.  There are enough Christians that reject that theory.

IsraelNN.com) Israel's Chief Rabbis and the Chief Rabbi of Haifa have been invited to the White House for pre-Annapolis talks to explain the Jewish connection to the Temple Mount.

Chief Rabbis Yonah Metzger and Shlomo Amar, as well as the Chief Rabbi of Haifa and Chairman of the Chief Rabbinate Communications Committee Rabbi She'ar-Yashuv Cohen departed Saturday evening for a series of meetings to clarify to US leaders that the Temple Mount is Judaism's holiest site.

"In summation, Rabbi Cohen told Rice and the other religious leaders that he is completely opposed to any withdrawal from the Temple Mount and site of the Holy Temple.

Rice reportedly responded: "Honorable rabbi, I understand you well. I am the daughter of a priest and the granddaughter of a priest, I learned the Bible and know what is written there.""

If so, let's seriously review with Condeezza Rice what is written in the Bible and prophets

I would quote from Sefer Bereishis all the portions that discuss the Covenant with Abraham, and then again with Yitzchok and then again with Yaakov. I would refer her to the boundaries promised to Abraham by the Bris Bein Habesarim and again promised on a smaller scale to the Nation of Israel as they entered the Land (In Parshat Masei).

Rice said, at the conclusion of the meeting, that she understood that religious matters were at the root of the disagreements ahead of the conference. "If this matter is not solved, then nothing will be solved," she said.

If Condeleezza Rice sees the Bible as being the root of the matter, let's jump on the idea.

A Shemittah Solution that seems to be another loophole.

bs"d

The following posted on Shiloh Musings http://shilohmusings.blogspot.com/2007/11/shmita-solution.html is another Shemittah Solution sent by Yosef Shomron.  Below please find the post and my comments.

Yossi writes:

With all the controversy surrounding the buying of vegetables during shmita (heter mechira – selling the Land to non Jews or buying from Jewish companies that in turn buy from arabs, the same arabs who we've been at war with for many years); I have the perfect solution: "Alim Yerukim L'mahadrin" grown by Gush Katif expellee Yosef Y'mini, and marketed by Yerok L'mahadrin Ltd. (tel. 02-6541477/8).

"Alim Yerukim L'mahadrin," with the kosher certification of Rabanut Yerushalyim (recognized by both hareidim and religious Zionists) grows the entire range of quality insect-free, green leafy vegetables in a specially designed greenhouse south of Ashkelon without the use of arab labor and no labor on Shabbat.

The floor of the greenhouse has a double layer of nylon on top of which the vegetables are grown in pots. This recognized method of shmita growing is called minutak in Hebrew. Additionally, the walls of the greenhouse are composed of one and half meters high of nylon and a special "bio-net" fine mesh netting which prevent the entrance of insects from outside the greenhouse. The greenhouse has double door entrances to further prevent insects from entering. The grower, Yosef Y'mini has some 20 years experience in growing insect free vegetables and employs both an agronomist and full-time mashgiach, both with many years of experience in growing insect-free vegetables.

Why don't all such companies grow vegetables using this minutak method during shmita? The start-up costs are high as the farmer has to purchase well over 100,000 pots, nylon floor coverings and other special equipment. One other reason to buy this product – I'm the mashgiach and I take my job of checking for insect infestation very seriously. When you call the marketer, ask to speak to Aharon or Moshe and tell them Yosef Shomron sent you.

Yosef Shomron – formerly of Neve Dekalim, Gush Katif

Even though it's endorsed by both Chareidi and Religious Zionists, this solution still does not capture the spirit of Shemittah. First of all, if produce would be growing wildly this nylon apparatus takes away access. It seems to me that this solution is Menutak from G-d's intention when He created the shemittah laws. Is all the soil imported from Chul? I imagine it is. Does that make the produce of the Land equivalent to MeChutz Laaretz? Does this produce have Kedushat Shviit? Isn't it a Mitzvah to davka eat the produce of the Land, that has Kedushat Sheviit? One is denying access to the Land to others. Good try but not the real thing.

Correction. What we can do to Save Judea and Samaria. By Nadia Matar

bs"d

In a rush to get things out, my headline read "What we can do to Save Judea and Samaria from Nadia Matar".  What I really meant to write is "What we can do to Save Judea and Samaria. By Nadia Matar". One might have gotten the wrong idea due to the unfortunate wording of the original headline.

If there is anyone that is working to save Judea and Samaria it's Ruth and Nadia Matar.   Bizchut Nashim Tzidkaniyot.  It is in the merit of righteous women such as Ruth and Nadia that we will be redeemed.  Please except my apologies for any misunderstanding due to this unfortunate typo.

CAJL Conference of Authentic Jewish Leadership
CC Calling Campaign
November 6, 2007

The following was sent out by Nadia Mater, forefront activist, leader of Women in Green in Israel.

Dear Friends,

1) Yesterday, Monday evening, a group of us went to a very last-minute demonstration to give support to the 30 youth still in jail after they had been arrested the day before (Sunday) by the police for the "crime" of settling the Land of Israel. As you may recall, this past holiday of Sukkot, the Land of Israel Faithful, Youth for Eretz Israel, Women in Green and others have put up five new communities in Judea and Samaria. Three of the five communities lasted a day or two before the authorities brought them down. Weekly activities continue to take place on those three hills until we will be able to return and settle them with families, please G-d, in the near future.

But two out of the five communities have held strong since Sukkot, with families and youth living there. One community is "Harchivi" next to Elon Moreh and the other is "Shvut Ami" next to Kedumim. More than once, the authorities have sent troops to Shvut Ami to bring down the residents, but they have always immediately returned. On Sunday, the troops came once again and this time were very brutal, arresting over 40 youth and confiscating their cameras. The youth spent the night in jail and some thirty of them are still incarcerated in the Ariel police lockup. Last night close to a 100 people came to the Ariel police station to show our support to those wonderful idealistic youth who understand that now, more than ever, we must fight for every inch of this land. Their friends who have not been arrested have already returned to Shvut Ami to rebuild the place.

More details can be found by clicking on the Arutz 7 newsreport about it in English:
http://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/124139

We strongly suggest you also click on the Hebrew website, where you will find a videoclip of Shvut Ami and of what happened in court yesterday: http://www.inn.co.il/News/News.aspx/168213

There is no doubt that at this time, when the Olmert government wants to give away large parts of the land to the Arab enemy, the authorities are very bothered by activities that express our eternal link to the Land of Israel. We expect there to be many more actions by the police in the coming weeks against the Jews living in Judea and Samaria.

THERE IS SOMETHING YOU CAN DO TO HELP:

Women in Green call upon all of you to have a campaign of protest phone calls to your nearby Israeli Embassy and to your Congressmen. When we in Israel protest the government's crushing of Jewish civil rights, it does not bother Olmert one bit. But when lovers of Israel abroad, Jews and non-Jews alike, bombard the embassies with masses of protest calls and faxes, then they do take notice.

Below are the numbers of the Israeli Embassy in Washington. Keep their numbers for you will need them in the coming weeks and do not stop calling them whether it is to protest the arrest of tens of minors who have done nothing wrong except settling the Land of Israel ,or whether you simply want to tell them: I oppose the creation of a Palestinian State in Israel's Biblical Heartland.

2) Wednesday mornings - Women in Green mornings

Starting this coming Wednesday, November 7th, Women in Green will hold weekly activities to support the Land of Israel.

This Wednesday we will go to Hebron and show support to our heroic brothers there. We will meet at 10:15am at the Gush Etzion intersection and drive with our cars to Hevron. Approximate return to Jerusalem: 2:00pm.

3) SUNDAY, November 11th: The State of Israel vs Nadia Matar in the Jonathan Bassi case.

As you may recall, Women in Green co-chair Nadia Matar was accused of "insulting a public official" after having written an open letter to Jonathan Bassi, head of the Sela committee before the expulsion from Gush Katif. Judge David Mintz, in the Shalom Court, dismissed the case saying that Nadia was unfairly being accused, when so many leftists had said things that were much worse, and were not put to trial. The State of Israel appealed Mintz's decision and won.

The trial is starting all over again in the Shalom Court, once again in front of Judge David Mintz.
The public is invited to come and protest this outrage.

When? Sunday, November 11th at 8:30pm
Where? Jerusalem, the Shalom Court, in front of Judge David Mintz.

Because there are often last minute changes we suggest you check your email to make sure we did not post any cancellation or change of date.

URGENT INFORMATION REGARDING A NEW HOUSE RESOLUTION: H.Res.758

This resolution can impact the outcome of the upcoming Annapolis Summit by calling for Palestinian accountability.

Last week, House Republican Whip Roy Blunt (R-MO) introduced H.Res.758 jointly with Rep. Shelley Berkley (D-NV). This resolution calls on Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas, also chairman of his Fatah Party, to officially renounce ten articles in the Fatah Constitution that call for Israel's destruction and acts of terrorism against its people.

The Fatah Constitution opposes any political solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and it labels Zionism as racism. Other examples of the offensive language among the ten separate articles that explicitly seek to incite violence against the state of Israel include the following:

Article 17
("armed public revolution is the inevitable method to liberating Palestine")

Article 19
("the struggle will not cease unless the Zionist state is demolished")

Article 22
("opposing any political solution offered as an alternative to demolishing the Zionist occupation of Palestine")

Rep. Blunt released the following statement:

"There can be no reasonable expectation of a broad-based, long-term reconciliation between the Israelis and Palestinians while one side's constituting document calls for the complete destruction of the other. I believe it's absolutely critical that the insidious nature of the Palestinian constitution be brought to light and that those with a genuine interest in working toward peace insist its most unconstructive provisions be abrogated from the text.

"It goes without saying that a basic condition of negotiating with someone is recognizing their right to exist and once that's granted, the right to live without fear of terrorism. But, at least according to the ruling party's constitution, even these fundamental concessions continue to be rejected by the Palestinian leadership.

"The resolution I've offered with Rep. Shelley Berkley builds on the Arafat Accountability Act of 2002, which sought to bring action against former Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat as long as he continued to sanction acts of terrorism against Israel. This resolution takes a different approach, but the message remains the same: As long as Mahmoud Abbas and the Fatah Party continue to promote the wholesale destruction of Israel, there can be no possibility for peace whether in our time, or any other."

SAMPLE MESSAGE:

Dear Congressman,

I hope you will co-sponsor H. Res. 758 calling for accountability from the Palestinians. The PLO Charter (Constitution) calls for incitement to violence and the destruction of Israel and its people. By co-sponsoring this resolution, you will make a statement that will express the opinion of millions of Americans against submitting to wanton calls in the Palestinian Constitution for the eradication of the state of Israel. This demand particularly applies to the upcoming Annapolis Summit that will ask for millions of U.S. taxpayer dollars to go to the Palestinians and promises them statehood, while at the same time they continue to profess their underlying "death wish" for the state of Israel.

Rep. Blunt said, "As long as Mahmoud Abbas and the Fatah Party continue to promote the wholesale destruction of Israel, there can be no possibility for peace whether in our time, or any other."

As long as the Palestinian Constitution remains in effect in its current form, it is preposterous to assume that the Palestinians have any intention for peaceful coexistence.

Respectfully,

(Insert your name) _______________________
