When everyone remembers the massacre and the omissions, one should remember the omissions are still at large. Big time. And God forbid they could explode on us at any moment...

The Conception, Conceptzia in Hebrew is still here in full force, led by the same elements that brought us to the massacre a year ago.

Regarding the Palestinian Authority in Judea and Samaria which supports terrorism, finances the terrorists who incite in the schools to kill Jews and is still considered a partner by the Government of Israel.

Regarding the Arab citizens of Israel, and to the weapons they possess, and to the Islamic and nationalist movements that operate freely.

Regarding East Jerusalem and the Temple Mount where incitement and activity by Hamas continues (it is true that Ben Gvir has improved a lot, yet still ...)

Regarding the borders breached from Jordan, in the Bekaa Valley and the Arava through which infiltrators and terrorists, weapons and ammunition enter.

Regarding the smuggling at the Egyptian border, which the Shin Bet sometimes makes sure to tell the forces that they are "normal" because these are its collaborators.  Not to mention the Egyptian army which has strengthened and is waiting for the day they get the command.

Regarding the lunacy that occurs every day in IDF bases, including the most sensitive,  where there are Arab workers, including Arabs from Judea and Samaria.

Regarding that around very sensitive intelligence bases in the Negev there are illicit drug  Bedouin hothouses.

Regarding that those who transport soldiers to war and transport them to sensitive IDF assembly points are often Arabs who support terrorism.

Regarding that vehicles of IDF army reservists in Tzeelim, an IDF Army training base, were broken into by Bedouins.

Regarding that the Palestinian Authority continues to allow doctors from the Palestinian Authority, including supporters of terrorism, to work in Israel's hospitals. The same holds true with nursing aids for nursing homes, etc.

Regarding the health system that is collapsing with very many low-level workers, a vast majority coming from a certain population, who faked their tests and certificates.

Regarding that the Shabak continues to demand that Arab workers from Judea and Samaria be allowed to work in the towns and cities of Israel with exactly the same twisted Conceptzia that led to the massacre in Gaza.

Regarding that Defense Minister Gallant continues to hold Jewish Settlers in administrative detention and breaks his own record of issuing (unwarranted and unjustified) administrative orders again and again.

Regarding that the homes of the terrorists who murdered in Jaffa are still standing because a High Court edict is needed.

Regarding that the State of Israel, which exterminates Nasrallah in a bunker in Beirut, stands helpless in the face of a Bedouin who carries out an attack on a central station in Be'er Sheva.

Regarding that the IDF allows Arabs to fly helicopters near roads and near Jewish communities during wartime.

Regarding that the members of Ra'am and the Southern Islamic Movement faction, who transferred millions to Hamas, are not being held in custody.

 and more and more...

 *I am not writing to discourage but to open our eyes and realize that we have a lot to fix...  not just tomorrow  but already from before yesterday.  With God's help we will be able to make amends, and soon!

This isn't the first time Hakeem Jeffries met with the Satmar Rav Rav Aaron Teitelbaum of Kiryas Yoel.

To be fair, Satmar reps also met with Eric Trump on  September 18.

What about Jeffries' support of Planned Parenthood which supports late term abortions and harvesting body parts from fetuses or from individuals who are not declared dead Halachically?

How about Jeffries support for the Iran Deal which calls for the annihilation of the little Satan, Israel, followed by the annihilation  of the big Satan,the USA.

Hakeem Jeffries is a master at deception.

My life as an activist for Judea and Samaria in Brooklyn organizing an event for Shmuel Wende from Chomesh

Recently I  organized a meeting, an educational event that would hopefully raise money for Shmuel Wende, Administrator of Chomesh Yeshiva/Community. 

Shmuel Wende just came to the US, to educate and  fundraise on behalf of the Yeshiva of Chomesh and to help build the nascent growing community of Chomesh that was legalized in March 2023. (1) 

I had known for a while that Shmuel Wende was planning this trip. I was hoping to help organize a gracious and honored welcome for him that would serve to raise funds for Chomesh. 

Warriors (Giborim in Hebrew):

Shmuel Wende and his Avreichim, the Yeshiva students, and the families living in Chomesh all deserve tremendous appreciation, (Hakoras Hatov in Hebrew) for their sacrifice for holding on to the Land with their fingertips as they  single handedly protect the Northern Shomron with their very presence. 

In preparing for the event I literally had anxiety calling up venue's. I didn't want Chomesh to pay for a venue.

Chomesh needed every dollar it raised and what if noone showed? 

(PR and  fundraising are obviously not my forte.)

So I decided to enlist help and ask good friends and fellow supporters for suggestions. It was all very last minute because admittedly I procrastinated.

They gave amazing suggestions. Call the local Rabbonim, involve them. Have them invite  Shmuel Wende to their shul to speak when the men are gathered for Minyan or a Shiur. Maybe they are connected to potential donors. Tell them it's literally a matter of Pikuach Nefesh not only for Chomesh and the Settlers for Judea and Samaria but literally the entire Israel is at risk since Chomesh is the high ground for Chadera, Netanya and Tel Aviv etc.

I was hoping Rabbonim would grab this opportunity to connect to the salt of the earth. So this event was called for men only. 

I created a flier that I posted on Whatsapp chats and status. I sent it to people I knew. In addition I sent around 2 amazing English videos about Chomesh. One produced by Ezra Ridgley (2) plus a short more recent video about Chomesh produced by Shmuel Wende showing Chomesh's recent expansion. Shmuel's video showed the new water tower, a permanent building structure for the Yeshiva, the expansion of Chomesh, now housing 5 families and planning for more and new  construction of safe rooms etc. 

Lots of good people saw these posts. Lots of people resonated with the cause. But barely anyone came. Me, my husband and our daughter plus a woman from my ladies Tehillim group (who probably didn't see it was called for men) and  BH my brother Avi showed up as well.  Lorrie Fein, Brooklyn chapter head of AFSI  and her husband came towards the end Bh. 

Shmuel Wende's presentation:

(Yes we even had a working projector) The presentation included a longer video that gave a historical perspective.

Shmuel started his presentation by showing us an amazing map which clearly showed the dangers of chas veSholom relinquishing the high ground of Northern Samaria based on the strategic location of Chomesh in Northern Shomron and an existential threat to the heavily populated centers low ground on the Mediterranean, like Chadera, Netanya, Tel Aviv etc.

The video began with pictures of Chomesh before the 2005 expulsion where there were 70 homes! Then there were pictures of the residents getting expelled and pictures of Chomesh after the 2005 expulsion. After the expulsion  there was not  much left in Chomesh. Following the expulsion, we saw several Avreichim stubbornly staying and  weathering the elements learning Torah with no heat, electricity and water refusing to abandon Chomesh. 

Shmuel Wende described that even though it was illegal according to the Disengagement law to resettle the communities expelled from the disengagement of Gush Katif and Shomron, these Yeshiva guys, Avreichim,  in Chomesh persevered.  

Temporary structures were built, subsequently demolished and rebuilt over 300 times! 

Imagine the guts and perseverance to keep a Yeshiva going for years with no electricity or running water, studying in tents, temporary structures, caves, or in the open, knowing that what you build will probably get demolished!

The video then showed a clip on the terror attack in December 2021 that murdered Yehuda Dimentman(3), an Avreich learning in Chomesh and then showed pictures of masses of Jews in the thousands, buses upon buses, weathering the elements, men, women and children coming following the Shiva, lilui Nishmas Yehuda Dimentman whose wish was to resettle Chomesh. Masses came again Pesach all in support of resettling Chomesh! 

So Why Didn't More People Show Up to this event in Brooklyn?

After all, there are many Rabbonim and shuls in Marine Park Brooklyn that were contacted.

I had told and called as many good people as possible. I tried to call the Rebbetzin's or have friends call to tell their Rabbonim and husbands to come and or if not asked permission for me to share their contact info.

It was as it says in Shir ha Shirim. Kol Didi Dofek, Open up! But everyone was busy, overwhelmed, unavailable, giving Shiurim, other conflicts etc. everyone had excellent excuses.

So how come this cause didn't resonate in Marine Park Brooklyn? Even among die-hard Israel activists and Baaleh Chesed?

Why are people so afraid to show  open support to these Settlers who are literally sacrificing everything. Why isn't Chomesh the avant garde Tzedaka considering their tremendous sacrifice for Eretz Yisroel and Am Yisroel?

Here are some of my thoughts:

- Out of sight out of mind. Most Jewish Media, Shuls and Yeshivas don't educate about Settlers living in Judea and Samaria. Jewish Media have an Achrayus to do so and may Hashem Bless them in return. Please interview Shmuel Wende and get Chomesh and Judea and Samaria in the news.

- There is presently tremendous Lashon Hara and Motzei Shem Ra on fellow righteous Jews, shepherds and farmers living in Judea and Samaria. These Blood Libels reflect negatively on all Jews. "Extremist Settlers Violence" has become top priority with the Biden administration to the point that "Extremist Settlers Violence" is threatening and dangerous to America! Biden issued an executive Order that permits sanctions on "extremist Violent Israeli Settlers" plus anyone that supports  these so called extremist and violent Settlers who dare to defend their families, homes and property when self defense is clearly called for, yet designated by left wing antisemitic groups as "extremist Settlers Violence". (4)

It seems clear to me that mainstream law abiding Jews do not want to be associated and affiliated with radical "extremist Settlers" and therefore by mere association risk their own reputation which threatens their own organization and funding etc.  Therefore,the trend is to distance oneself with anyone who might be tagged as "Extreme Settler Violence".

 Unfortunately, the Mitzvah of Yishuv Haaretz in Chutz leAretz  has morphed into something termed political where the laws of Lashon Hara don't seem to apply and Torat Eretz Yisroel is somehow political and separate from Torah. "We aren't making a political statements"  is the excuse not to get involved in speaking out for Right wing Settler youth Asirei Tzion sitting in jail, or under administrative arrest or detention, some for months and with no habeas corpus, with no charges or evidence of wrongdoing  or with Trumped up charges based on lies.

Then there is the terrible miscarriage of justice for Jewish hostage Amiram Ben Uliel who was in  Shabak dungeon jail under solitary confinement for over 8 years based purely on his forced confession following torture. Why with all the justified outrage about Jewish hostages held in Gaza there is no outrage about a Jewish hostage held under the Israeli courts convicted of a crime where there is no evidence of wrongdoing other than his own confession? Isn't this against Torah? BH he was just transferred to an Agaf Torani but Send Amiram Home!

Then there is also a matter of Pikuach Nefesh for the Settlers living in Judea and Samaria which says
הבא להרגך השכם להרגו" 
One who comes to kill you, preempt which is the reason Settler self Defense is necessary and obligatory according to Torah and according to rules of engagement during War. 

These are excellent reasons to dispute this ongoing blood libel on Settlers and their youth.

- This is not only about being afraid of being affiliated with a "extremist Jewish Settlers" because even religious right wing Zionist pro Judea and Samaria groups didn't hop aboard. This I can attribute to the modus operandi of running a business. When resources are limited everyone is in competition. Why share potential donors with competition if it might reduce the contribution to one's own amazing cause.

- This competition in fundraising divides us. If we would only unite as do vendors in the Shuk, selling our individual produce each vendor with its own specialty items, we can increase our business collectively as we will attract greater numbers of donors by uniting with a greater vision of our collective causes.  

So what ultimately works to unite all Jews?

It is sad to say but a tragedy. A terror attack, a massacre Chas veChalila.

Do we really want that wake-up call?

Yesterday, a resident of Yitzhar had a lynching experience in Huwara.  So far, no response from the IDF has been reported, not even the most minimal. So, dear heads of the security system, heads of councils and ministers...when you neglect the lives of the Jews, do not come to the residents with demands to restrain the youth from responding. If you do not do your duty to provide the Jews with Real security, you have no right to speak or condemn.

מרים, אחותי הקטנה חזרה הלילה הביתה ועברה לינץ' ערבי מאורגן בכביש המרכזי בחווארה - 200 מטר מצומת יצהר הגדולה.
פורעים ערבים גלויי פנים שפשוט הסתערו לה על הרכב וניסו לעצור אותו.

רציתם לדעת מה רמת ההפקרות ביהודה ושומרון? תשמעו מה היא סיפרה לי הבוקר.

"זה היה לינץ' לכל דבר ועניין", היא מתארת. "האירוע התרחש כמעט כשיצאתי כפר מחווארה, כנראה הבחינו בי בתחילת הכפר והתכוננו מראש למתקפה מאורגנת. הם רצו אלי משני הכיוונים עם אבנים וסלעים בידיים ופשוט ניסו לקפוץ לי על הרכב תוך כדי שהם רוגמים אותו מטווח אפס. הם לא זרקו מרחוק אלא ממש הסתערו על הרכב, ניסו לעצור אותו ופירקו את הרכב באבנים בכל הכוח. כולם היו גלויי פנים מה שהעמיק עוד יותר את התחושה שהם יודעים שפשוט אין להם ממה לפחד".

"יצאתי משם פשוט בנס. כל חלק ברכב חטף, אבנים חלפו לי ליד הראש, הפנסים מקדימה נשברו והפח ניזוק, רק השמשות הקדמיות איכשהו נשארו שלמות. עפו עלי זכוכיות, אבל הצלחתי ב"ה לשים את הרגל על הגז ולעוף משם לפני שהם הצליחו לחסום את הכביש. בכל הכפר לא היה צבא בכלל, ועד עכשיו לא קיבלתי דיווח שהפורעים נעצרו או חוסלו. הם כנראה מסתובבים חופשי ויכולים לבצע לינץ' נוסף בכל רגע".

ויש לה עוד מסר חשוב להגיד: "זו הייתה חוויה קשה לכל דבר ועניין, אבל גם מחר כשהרכב יצא מתיקון בעז"ה אני מתכננת להמשיך ולנסוע בכביש המרכזי בחווארה ששימש אותנו שנים. נסיגה ובריחה הן לא הפיתרון לטרור וכפי שאפשר לראות גם הפעם הן רק גורמות לו להתעצם. אני קוראת לתושבי השומרון להמשיך ולנסוע בגאון בחווארה, ולדרוש ממערכת הביטחון לצאת למבצע נרחב וחסר פשרות לכיבוש קיני הטרור בכפר. אם נכיל ונתעלם עכשיו הטרור יגיע חיש מהר גם לכביש העוקף ולישובים עצמם".

Miriam, my little sister returned home tonight and went through an organized Arab lynching on the main road in Hawara - 200 meters from the large Yitzhar intersection.
 Open-faced Arab rioters who simply stormed her car and tried to stop it.

 Did you want to know the level of promiscuity in Judea and Samaria? Listen to what she told me this morning.

 "It was a lynching for all intents and purposes," she describes. "The incident happened almost when I was leaving the village of Hawara, they probably noticed me at the beginning of the village and prepared in advance for an organized attack. They ran at me from both directions with stones and rocks in their hands and simply tried to jump on my vehicle while they rammed it from point blank range. They did not throw from a distance but actually attacked the vehicle , tried to stop it and dismantled the vehicle with all their might. They were all open-faced, which deepened the feeling that they simply had nothing to fear."

 "I got out of there just by a miracle. Every part of the car was stolen, stones passed by my head, the headlights in front were broken and the can was damaged, only the front windshields somehow remained intact. Glass flew at me, but I managed to put my foot on the gas and fly away before they were able to block the road There was no army at all in the entire village, and until now I have not received a report that the rioters have been arrested or eliminated. They are probably walking around freely and can carry out another lynching at any moment."

 And she has another important message to say: "It was a difficult experience for all intents and purposes, but even tomorrow when the car comes out of repair in Gaza I plan to continue driving on the main road in Hawara that has served us for years. Retreat and flight are not the solution to terrorism and as you can see this time too they only make it intensify. I call on the residents of Samaria to continue traveling bravely in Hawara, and to demand that the security system embark on an extensive and uncompromising operation to conquer the nests of terror in the village. If we restrain, hold back and ignore now, terrorism will quickly reach the bypass road and the settlements themselves."

We hope this message finds you well. Some of you who have visited us in Yitzhar in the Shomron in the past may remember our home and family.

We are writing to share an urgent and deeply personal situation. Our 18-year-old son, Tzadok, who was critically injured four years ago in a terrorist attack, has now been imprisoned for the past four months. Shockingly, this has been done without any formal charges or trial—solely on the basis of an administrative warrant signed by the Minister of Defense.

Since the founding of the State of Israel, there have been 21 such administrative warrants issued against Jews. However, under the current Minister of Defense, Yoav Galant, 25 such warrants have already been issued. These warrants, which bypass the judicial process, have led to the imprisonment of many, including fathers of large families, for periods ranging from three to six months.

The Shin Bet (Israel Security Agency) appears to be targeting the pioneering settlers of our land with these measures, aiming to weaken our resolve. As there is no legal recourse to challenge these warrants, we have decided to respond by supporting these individuals upon their release. Our initiative is to provide each of them with a grant to help rebuild their lives, as a gesture of our unwavering support and solidarity.

Yet another privileged Israeli Arab citizen, a celebrity of Leftist Israel, was discovered to be an active enemy of the Jewish people during the current war against the Nazis.
This time he was a prominent physician at the Soroka Medical center in Beersheva.
 After October 7, Dr. Muhammed Azam pledged allegiance to ISIS.
 As large numbers of wounded soldiers were sent to his care, he shared the information with contacts and joked about their condition wishing them death.
 He is suspended now from his position pinning his hopes on Israel's Leftist courts.

Ironically but typically, just after Oct. 7 when many Arab Israelis in public positions were discovered to support the massacre and its perpetrators, a Jewish nurse at Beersheba hospital requested that her colleagues be alert to staff who supported the massacre.
Nurse Raz Shapiro was immediately censured and fired even as Dr Azam was mocking the wounded soldiers in his care.

The above encapsulates the absurd, dangerous reality in Israel today.

Just as a Jewish nurse who rings the alarm against the enemy within is treated as the real enemy by the elites, so too, these elites wage a war against our finest soldiers and ally themselves with our worst enemies.

In the latest case the military prosecutor accused our soldiers of the sexual assault of Nazi killers. This libel was immediately picked up by our enemies and has caused irreparable damage.
The   film (made of slices of two separate footages) that they released did not support the accusation, yet the Leftist media proclaimed it was hard evidence of just how terrible our soldiers are and how we were not treating the Nazi monsters with enough humanity. The particular Nazi bragged to his fellow Nazis and to the Jewish guards about just how many Jews he killed, burned, beheaded and raped.
The Jewish jailers were brutally arrested by masked military police, shackled and dragged away in front of the cheering Nazi prisoners

In the same vein, this week the chief civilian prosecutor, Mr. Iceman called for the arrest of a popular singer on charges of incitement to genocide.
After Oct. 7 he said that Gaza should be destroyed.
Others: politicians and journalists and other public figures said the same but were not indicted.
The latter were well known privileged, well connected   Ashkenazi Leftist. The former is a Sephardic Right winger, an example was to be made.

A public outcry caused the prosecution to recall its demand for his arrest.

Similarly, other Jews were arrested for "murdering" Nazis on Oct. 7
In a Jewish country or any other moral country, what might be an excuse  for NOT killing these Nazis on the day of the worst massacre of Jews since the Holocaust?

We are in trouble; not from the Nazis near and far but from the Kapos.
 Actually, it is an unfair comparison.
Many of the Kapos in the Holocaust faced a difficult dilemma, morality of self-preservation.

Today's incarnation doesn't have that excuse.

Not a week passes in Israel without another shocking, unexplainable news item.

I am not referring to the threat of a massive multi front attack on the Jewish state or any other external threats such as the latest from Turkey's Erdogan to invade.
The daily threat of terror on our roads, streets and schools is also not new or surprising.

The fact that Russia, China and North Korea are closing ranks with Iran to destroy Israel also does not surprise.
Have we not become accustomed to the Nations of the world (the UN) closing ranks always against only one country?
Nothing new.

To witness the nations of the world boycott and unite to drag the country of the Jews to be pilloried before the "world court of justice" is also not a new phenomenon.  Christianity and Islam had their go at the Jews and now their descendants are maintaining a tradition.

Nothing new

Despite all of the above and more, our tiny nation has continued to prosper, ingathering Jews from every corner of the world and enjoying the highest birth rates in the industrial world. While facing unrelenting and increasing assault on Israel from every corner and on every level, Jewish civilization remains steadfast in her role as super contributor to the welfare of that same Jew hating world.

A relatively few righteous non-Jews openly admire us for this unexplainable success and generosity while most bear an uncontrollable hate for us for just this reason.

The above is history; ancient, current and probably future as recounted and predicted in the Tanach.

As students of history, we need not be surprised by any of it.

What is more difficult to digest and understand are the self-hating Jews who join our enemies in their war against the Jewish nation..
Yes, this too is an historical phenomenon and recounted in the Tanakh as well, I know,
 But still.

Sociologists and psychologists have grappled with this phenomenon and have applied various labels to it but still, when you see it in front of your eyes, when those in leadership positions of the Jewish state actively help the enemy and harm our own, academic explanations do not suffice.
Even after meeting these traitors in Tanach and throughout our history do not soften the feeling of shock and incredulity when faced by it - especially during a war for survival.

Why would the Israel army chief of staff allow the IDF chief prosecutor to blacken the name of our soldiers and present them to the  world and our enemies as no better than those who did what they did to Am Yisroel on Oct 7?

A vicious monster Hamas terrorist complained of sexual assault by his Jewish guards. The particular doctor at the prison facility who is a member of "Physicians for human rights" immediately supported the terrorists claim.  His organization put out a statement in the aftermath of the October 7 slaughter: "Human rights cannot be detached from historical and political reality". Its all about "context"..

Sounds familiar?

This "Jewish" doctor rushed to support the Hamas monster and condemn the Jewish soldiers This was reason enough for the military police, armed and masked, to be sent to swoop down and brutally arrest ten Jewish guards dragging them away shackled, in front of amused Hamas monsters.

What inspires a major Israeli TV News program to doctor and present a film "showing " the Jewish guards raping a prisoner that is now viewed as evidence by a Jew hating world that we are no better than Nazis?

After his own inspection, a Hadassah hospital forensic expert stated that there was no evidence of rape.
The military prosecution's claim that the rule of law is above all else, even in the midst of war, are now squirming and twisting.


Why indeed would the IDF brass and major media rush to help our enemies?
Why do our courts do the same?
Why do our universities do the same?
Why do former chiefs of staff and prime ministers do the same?
Why does the mayor of Tel Aviv forbid Jewish public prayer but allow Muslim public prayer?

Why, why, why?

Whatever the explanation for this deep morass of the warped Jewish soul, the Jewish people are noticing. They see that even in the midst of a war of survival against the entire antisemitic world forces, the anti-Jewish "elites" in Israel insist on hurting the Jewish nation.

Jews are waking up. For the first time, they are attending supreme court hearings and making their voices heard They are demonstrating outside army prisons.
The courts, the army; bastions of unquestioned absolute power, are now being challenged by Am Yisroel.

 Enough!

Are we witnessing an historic turning point of biblical proportions?

What the Chief Military Prosecutor (CMP) did to the soldiers is an act of Sodom and Gomorrah.

Because what is Sodom?

What distinguishes Sodom from any other city?

The difference is that in Sodom, good and evil are reversed -- and under the protection of the law._

What in a normal city is done in the dead of night, in Sodom was done legally.

He who does not have good and bad; he who places the Nukhba terrorists and the IDF soldiers on the same moral level; he who releases, without trial, terrorists of the Nukh'ba, back to Gaza; then arrests the IDF soldiers and calls the Nukhba terrorists he released to testify against them; he who behaves like this has turned evil into good and good into evil.

An organization that behaves like this is Sodom; and its actions are an act of Sodom.

"Anyone who shows mercy to the cruel ends up being cruel to the merciful."

The CMP and the legal system that prods her have become a cruel Sodom towards IDF soldiers; and have become the greatest of the merciful towards the monsters of Hamas.

In actual fact, the CMP and the legal system have switched sides -- they are no longer on our side;  they are on the enemy's side.

I listened to most of Netanyahu's speech. 


At 45 minutes into his actual speech, at 1:15 minutes of the above link, Netanyahu defines to him what total victory means and about the day after we defeat Hamas. See below for his exact words.

unfortunately Netanyahu also went totally off trajectory that will lead us to the abyss Chas veSholom!

When the Miraglim said the words "but", they sinned.


Sure enough," they said, "the land flows with milk and honey, but we cannot capture it. The nations who dwell there are strong, their cities are fortified and there are giants among them."

When Netanyahu said "We are strong and will defeat Hamas but we don't want to resettle Gaza, he was guilty of the Sin of the Spies.

The people in the desert sinned by crying instead of protesting. 

We the people must protest Netanyahu's announcement and vision for the day after. Prime Minister Netanyahu and many of his supporters, like the 10 Spies in the desert, are compromised and are overly concerned with their position of  power. They place too much trust in America be it money, arms etc. rather than leading the country with faith in G-d Almighty! Netanyahu, albeit a great leader as were the 10 Spies, therefore does not represent the Nation of Israel even if he is their Prime Minister!

We the people put our faith, first and foremost in an Almighty G-d and none other. 

I didn't hear from Netanyahu's mouth spoken words of praise to G-d Almighty ... especially after the world witnessed an open miracle with the attempted failed assassination of former President Donald Trump.  The world is acknowledging G-d's miracle openly.

I did hear Trump make a Kiddush Hashem at the Republican Convention when Trump said he is alive by the Grace of an Almighty G-d and later expressing appreciation for God's Gift of Life to him in saving him and how valuable and precious every moment is.  

Netanyahu should have noted and praised Trump for this in front of Congress thereby increasing the Kiddush Hashem.

G-d spoke loud and clear at that eventful  evening.

Netanyahu sadly put G-d on the back burner in his historic address to Congress. To his credit , he did mention that Israel is our historical homeland for thousands of years. 

But Israel is more than a historical and archeological fact. Our right to the Land of Israel is Divine and comes from the Bible.

A strong G-d fearing leader would have proclaimed the following to Congress:

With the help of G-d Almighty Israel will annex Judea and Samaria, conquer hostile enemies there and in Gaza as well and annex Gaza and ensure the security of our people throughout our G-d Promised Land. With the help of G-d Almighty and due to our unbreakable bond with G-d Almighty, our people are strong, our soldiers are strong. 

We will retake Sovereignty over Temple Mount and all the Nations of the world will stream to Jerusalem and bring gifts and sing praises and serve G-d Almighty.

We have a vision that one day there will be a Sanhedrin, in Jerusalem, on Temple Mount an International Court of Justice recognized globally to replace the ICC.

We will eradicate Hamas ideology by replacing radical Jihadism with a Global G-d's Vision, A Heavenly Kingdom, known as Malchut Shamayim, which is expressed in keeping the 7 Noahide Laws, the Universal Laws of civilization.


Prime Minister Netanyahu albeit a great leader,  is not the True Leader that the times demand.

Time to demand from G-d Almighty that Moshiach, a humble servant of G-d,  be revealed and lead Israel, a G-dly Nation to the Promised Land!!!

We don't want yet another Tisha b'Av, another fast day and day of tears of sadness and destruction. We want these days of mourning to end and to be turned into days of celebration and of happiness!!!

Did Netanyahu so quickly forget the lessons of the expulsion of Gush Katif in 2005 and the subsequent massacre on October 7, 2023 from Gaza?

Gaza should have a civilian administration run by Palestinians who do not seek to destroy Israel. That's not too much to ask. It's a fundamental thing that we have a right to demand and to receive. A new generation of Palestinians must no longer be taught to hate Jews but rather to live in peace with us..."

An observation soldier, the late Sergeant Shiral Mor fell on

סדום ועמורה בישראל: שבוע של עיוותים מוסריים וניצוצות של תקווה

אנחנו חיים כרגע בכרוניקה של טירוף. 
השבוע האחרון בישראל נראה כאילו נלקח היישר מעיתון סדום ועמורה. אירועים שבעבר היו נחשבים לבלתי נתפסים הפכו למציאות יומיומית, ומשקפים עיוות מוסרי עמוק שהשתרש במערכות השלטון והמשפט. אך בתוך האפלה, ניצתו גם ניצוצות של תקווה.

אתחיל מהיסודות: דור הגבורה של ימינו, שנכדי האהוב יאיר הי"ד היה חלק ממנו, נאלץ לנקות בדמו את מורשת דור הבילבול של אוסלו. הבעיה הגדולה היא שאת תפקיד הניקיון הנוראי הזה מסרנו לצעירים הגיבורים הללו, אבל את המנהיגות השארנו בידי ההנהגה המבולבלת והמושחתת, של אוסלו, שאוחזת בכל כוחה בשלטון, ללא חזון וללא כיוון.

בינתיים, המלחמה מתנהלת כמשוואת לחצים - מצד אחד המטרה לנצח את החמאס, ומצד שני לשחרר חטופים. שתי מטרות שאינן הולכות יד ביד. אין להנהגה זו את האומץ לומר את האמת לציבור. הכל הופך לפופוליזם, והכל מעמיק את התבוסה האסטרטגית של מדינת ישראל.
כשאת כל הברדק הזה מובילה קואליצית ימין על מלא - נעדרת כל בשורה, המציאות עגומה עוד יותר. הימין הישראלי, למרות הרוב האלקטורלי המוחלט שלו, לא מצליח לתרגם את זכייתו בבחירות לשליטה אמיתית. הסיבה? אין לו מה להציע.הכוח לשנות נובע לא רק מרוב בכנסת, אלא מבשורה אמיתית. כשאין חזון, אין נכונות לשלם מחיר אישי. ולכן הימין תמיד יהיה הראשון שימצמץ.

הרפורמה המשפטית היתה רק ניסיון לייצר ארגז כלים לתיקון, אך לא הציגה חזון אלטרנטיבי. 
האם הימין אמר מיד ב-7 באוקטובר "כיבוש, גירוש והתיישבות כי ארץ ישראל כולה שלנו"? לא. 
אפילו כשמדברים על התיישבות בעזה, ראש הממשלה אומר שזה "לא ריאלי".

הכשל הוא שהמנהיגות לא לוקחת את החזון של עם ישראל, את החזון היהודי, את החזון שנובע מתוך הזהות היהודית שלנו, ומניחה אותו כאידיאולוגיה ברורה אלטרנטיבית לאוסלו ואומרת, "ארץ ישראל כולה שלי מהים ועד הנהר", ומתעקשת על קלה כחמורה. 

אך החזון היהודי ונשק הצדק מצויים בידי העם שמתעורר ולוקח אחריות על גורלו.
בתוך הערפל המוסרי והמשפטי שאופף את ישראל בימים אלה, ניצתו השבוע כמה ניצוצות של תקווה. 
אלו ניצחונות קטנים לכאורה, אך הם מסמנים את תחילתה של מגמה חדשה - התעוררות העם והתייצבותו מול המערכות שאיבדו את דרכן.

הניצחון המרשים ביותר השבוע היה ללא ספק של משפחת יודקין, שניצחה מכוח האמונה. מאבקם להוסיף את הכיתוב "הי"ד" (השם יקום דמו) על מצבת בנם היה יותר מסתם מאבק על אותיות. זה היה קרב על זהות, על ערכים, על המהות היהודית של מדינת ישראל.
משפחת יודקין התעקשה על עקרונותיה, והייתה מוכנה לשלם מחיר אישי עצום - אפילו להוציא את בנם מקברו. הם ניצחו לא בזכות כוח פוליטי או קשרים, אלא בזכות אמונתם העזה. ניצחונם מראה שכאשר אדם או משפחה עומדים על עקרונותיהם בנחישות, אפילו מערכת שלמה נכנעת בפניהם.

השפעת ניצחון זה חורגת מעבר למקרה הספציפי. ההנחיה שיצאה בעקבות המאבק תאפשר לכל משפחה שתרצה בכך להוסיף את הכיתוב "הי"ד" על מצבות יקיריהם. זהו שינוי מהותי בנוף בתי העלמין הצבאיים, המסמל חזרה לערכים יהודיים ולאומיים.

הניצחון השני בו הצדק ניצח בירוקרטיה, היה בבית המשפט בתל אביב, כאשר שוחררו האזרחים הלוחמים שהגנו על אזרחים ב-7 באוקטובר. פרשה זו הייתה אחת הדוגמאות המובהקות לעיוות המוסרי במערכת המשפט.

שופטי בית המשפט השלום והמחוזי הבינו את עומק ההזיה, שחררו את הלוחמים וזרקו את צו איסור הפרסום לפח. פסיקתם הושפעה ללא ספק מנוכחותם של מפגינים במסדרונות בית המשפט. הלחץ הציבורי, הזעזוע ברשתות החברתיות וההפגנה בבית המשפט הם שגרמו בסופו של דבר לשופטים להבין שהגאות מגיעה קרוב אליהם והגלים של הערכים של הציבור הישראלי מלחכים כבר את בהונותיהם. זוהי דוגמה מובהקת לכוחו של העם להשפיע על מערכת המשפט.

מעשה זה מדגים את הפער בין ההנהגה הצבאית מוטת האג'נדה, לבין מנהיגות מקומית שמוכנה לקחת אחריות ולפעול למען אזרחיה. זוהי דוגמה למנהיגות אמיתית, כזו שמוכנה לשלם מחיר אישי למען עקרונותיה.

ניצחונות אלו, קטנים ככל שיהיו, מראים שיש תקווה. 
הם מדגימים את כוחו של העם כשהוא מתאחד סביב ערכים משותפים ועומד על עקרונותיו. החוט המקשר בין כל הדוגמאות הוא הניסיון להרכיב מחדש את הקואורדינטות המוסריות שהתגלו ב-7 באוקטובר. וזה יילך ויחריף עד שיתחיל להתמתן. 

אבל השינוי האמיתי לא יגיע מההנהגה הנבחרת, אלא מהעם עצמו. וזו, אולי, הנקודה החשובה ביותר.

השינוי מגיע מהעם, מהמשפחות, מראשי הערים שלוקחים אחריות לאחר שהבינו שהשינוי המיוחל לא יבוא מלמעלה, מההנהגה הנבחרת. זוהי קריאת השכמה לכל אזרח - לקום, להתאחד, ולפעול למען עתיד טוב יותר, מוסרי יותר, ויהודי יותר למדינת ישראל.

ובשלב הבא, החלפת ההנהגה למנהיגות עם חזון יהודי ברור, שמוכנה לשלם מחיר אישי על עקרונותיה. רק כך נוכל באמת לשנות את המציאות ולהביא גאולה לעם ישראל.

*Sodom and Gomorrah in Israel: a week of moral miscarriage and sparks of hope*

We are currently living in a chronicle of madness. The last week in Israel looks like it was taken straight from a Sodom and Gomorrah newspaper. Events that were previously considered unimaginable have become a daily reality, and reflect a deep moral distortion that has taken root in the government and legal systems. But in the darkness, there were also sparks of hope.

I'll start with the basics: today's heroic generation, of which my beloved grandson Yair Hy"d was a part, had to clean up with his blood the legacy of Oslo's confusion generation. The big problem is that we entrusted this horrible cleaning job to these heroic young people, but we left the leadership in the hands of the confused and corrupt leadership, of Oslo, which holds on to power with all its might, without vision and without direction.

In the meantime, the war is being waged as an equation of pressures -- on the one hand, the goal is to defeat Hamas, and on the other, to free the hostages. Two goals that do not go hand in hand. This leadership does not have the courage to tell the truth to the public. Everything turns into populism, and everything deepens the strategic defeat of the State of Israel.

When a full-on right wing coalition is leading  this whole mess -- devoid of any message, the reality is even more bleak. The Israeli Right, despite its absolute electoral majority, fails to translate its victory in the elections into real control. The reason? It has nothing to offer. The power to change comes not only from a majority in the Knesset, but from a real message. When there is no vision, there is no willingness to pay a personal price. And so the Right will always be the first to blink.

The legal reform was only an attempt to create a toolbox for correction, but did not present an alternative vision. Did the Right immediately say on October 7 "Conquest, Deportation, and Settlement because the entire Land of Israel is ours"? No. Even when talking about settlement in Gaza, the Prime Minister says it is "unrealistic".

The failure is that the leadership does not take the vision of the people of Israel, the Jewish vision, the vision that springs from our Jewish identity, and place it as a clear alternative ideology to Oslo and say, "The entire Land of Israel is mine from the river to the sea," and insist on ascribing equal importance.

But the Jewish vision and the weapon of justice are in the hands of the people who wake up and take responsibility for their destiny. Amidst the moral and legal fog that surrounds Israel these days, some sparks of hope were lit this week. These are apparently small victories, but they mark the beginning of a new trend -- the awakening of the people versus the establishment that has lost its way.

The most impressive victory this week was undoubtedly that of the Yudkin family, who won by the power of faith. Their struggle to add the inscription 'Hy"d' (May HASHEM avenge his blood) on their son's tombstone was more than just a struggle over letters. It was a battle over identity, over values, over the Jewish essence of the State of Israel.

The Yudkin family insisted on their principles, and was ready to pay a huge personal price -- even to exhume their son. They won not because of political power or connections, but because of their strong faith. Their victory shows that when a person or family stands by their principles with determination, even an entire system surrenders to them.

The impact of this victory goes beyond the specific case. The directive that came out as a result of the struggle will allow any family that wishes to add the inscription 'Hy"d' on the gravestones of their loved ones. This is a fundamental change in the landscape of military cemeteries, symbolizing a return to Jewish and national values.

The second victory in which justice won over bureaucracy was in the court in Tel Aviv, when the civilian fighters who defended civilians on October 7 were released. This case was one of the clear examples of the moral distortion in the legal system.

We are speaking about heroes who left home to fight terrorists, and saved lives when the army was not there. They traveled south on the morning of that dark Sabbath to fight for the country and save lives. What kind of moral perversion is it to arrest them because of a Nukhba terrorist who raped, murdered and massacred people? The magistrate and district court judges realized the depth of the delusion, released the fighters and threw the gag order in the trash. Their ruling was undoubtedly influenced by the presence of protesters in the court's corridors. It was the public pressure, the shock on social media and the demonstration in court that ultimately made the judges realize that the tide is coming close to them and the waves of the values ​​of the Israeli public are already washing their toes. This is a clear example of the power of the people to influence the judicial system.

The third victory was in the Supreme Court, when the petition to admit Gazans to medical treatment in Israel was rejected. The very fact that such a petition reached the Supreme Court during a war shows how far the legal system has become disconnected from reality. But this time, the public was not silent. People came to the courtroom and shouted the word "shame" in front of the judges.

As Knesset member Almog Cohen described, you could see the shame and comprehension in the eyes of the judges. This is another example of the power of the public to influence and change.

The fourth victory was the brave act of the mayor of Ariel. After pleading with the commanding general to block a road leading to a hostile Arab village that was endangering the city's residents, and he did not respond, the mayor decided to take matters into his own hands. He brought a bulldozer and blocked the road himself.
This act demonstrates the gap between the agenda-driven military leadership, and a local leadership that is willing to take responsibility and act for its citizens. This is an example of true leadership, one that is willing to pay a personal price for its principles.

These victories, however small, show that there is hope. They demonstrate the power of the people when they unite around common values ​​and stand by their principles. The thread connecting all the examples is the attempt to reassemble the moral coordinates discovered on October 7th. And it will gradually get worse and worse until it starts to moderate.

But the real change will not come from the elected leadership, but from the people themselves. And this, perhaps, is the most important point.

The change comes from the people, from the families, from the mayors who take responsibility after realizing that the expected change will not come from above, from the elected leadership. This is a wake-up call for every citizen -- to stand up, unite, and work for a better, more moral, and more Jewish future for the State of Israel.

And in the next step, replacing the leadership with a leader with a clear Jewish vision, who is willing to pay a personal price for its principles. Only in this way can we truly change reality and bring redemption to the people of Israel.

Correcting many wrongdoings in the State of Israel today can be accomplished by addressing and  correcting the miscarriage of justice being perpetrated against Amiram Ben Uliel, Jewish Prisoners of Conscience, the אסירי ציון, and against Settler Hilltop Youth. 

This battle needs to be fought on three fronts listed below.

Three fronts where Jews globally, can engage, proactively, on the offensive are as follows.

1. Campaign to change and correct the current military leadership stuck on a misguided "Conception" that Jewish Terrorism exists and must be addressed harshly. The military leadership authorizes continuous persecution, harassment, imprisonment and accusations against Settler Youth,  among them Amiram Ben Uliel and current Jewish Prisoners of Conscience and ruin their good name and reputation, by treating them as ticking time bombs. They do this in order to create a false narrative, a modern day blood libel against Jews. This is being done in order to appease and please those in the Gentile World who wish to support Israel's enemies and justify their attacks against Israel by creating a false  moral equivalency of actual terrorists and the Jews who are the intended victims. It's time to dismantle the Jewish Division of Terror of the Shin Bet.

The Jews are not ticking time bombs. Period. 

The opposite.  Israel's security forces are not doing enough in identifying, addressing and deterring the real ticking time bombs, the Muslim terrorists. The hide behind civilians, are members of Palestinian Security Forces etc.
They proudly identify with Hamas Nukhba terrorists, yet are permitted to enter Israel's vulnerable communities like Efrat and Emanuel etc. 

Palestinian education and culture glorifies Jihadists intent on eliminating the Land and People of Israel.   

For example, a Jihadist version of the children's game Chutes and Ladder was just found in Gaza!

Israel allows Arab workers, potential terrorists, who live in close proximity to Jewish Communities to enter, possibly spy on and threaten the civilian population. This is happening across Israel...in Jerusalem, Temple Mount, the Galil, the Negev, Judea and Samaria, the Jordan Valley, the Mercaz, Tel Aviv and Haifa, the Lebanese and Gazan borders etc... you name it...

This  threat exists  globally as well, in the Diaspora, in Paris, in Brooklyn, in LA..., for Jews living within close proximity to Muslim extremism. Jews are vulnerable, Heaven Forbid!

When these Terrorists are emboldened in the Land of Israel and there is no deterrence or action addressing their evil intentions,  then their supporters all over the world are emboldened as well and Jews are in danger. Chas VeSholom! 

The only real ticking time bombs that exists are the Jihadist Palestinians. Rather than deterring the terrorists and protecting those victimized and threatened, namely the Jewish Shepherds and Jewish farmers, the military leadership chooses to wage war against its own such as Breslov Amiram Ben Uliel and the hilltop youth, shepherds and farmers,  and treat them as if they are dangerous ticking time bombs. 

The Shin Bet Jewish Division of Terror must be deprived of any authority administer administrative arrests, orders, detention to Jews.

2. Campaign to replace the progressive Judicial System and the Israel Supreme Court that aligns themselves with Israel's enemies. Replace the hodge podge of British, Turkish and Israeli Law with Mishpat Ivri, Jewish Law so that the laws of the Land of Israel be consistent with Torah as we pray each day:

Israel should close down the Jewish Division of Terror of the Shin Bet who partners to blood libel Hilltop Youth and scapegoat them.  The Israel Supreme Court authorized that Amiram Ben Uliel and Minor A be tortured until they confessed to the Duma arson. This was based on a political agenda by a compromised, self appointing court in order to create a false narrative of "Jewish Terrorism" rather than to administer a just and fair ruling based on witnesses and solid evidence.

How can we achieve the two objectives mentioned above?

There needs to be a grass roots campaign to urge our Spiritual Leaders, Rabbonim across the spectrum to correct the Sin of the Spies. Israel needs a Breath of Fresh Air, with the Spirit coming from Hebron with the Spirit of Calev Ben Yefuneh and Yehoshua Bin Nun.

Let us the people, the Jewish Nation, demand from our Spiritual Leaders to demand military leadership consistent with the Spirit of Torah as conducted by winning Military Commander Ofer Winter in Operation Tzuk Eitan. The Lubavitcher Rebbe as well called for offensive mobilization of the  Jewish army with Shma Yisroel on our lips, recognizing that this War is a Milchemet Mitzvah, an obligatory war that is a Mitzvah. As Jonathan Pollard suggests, get rid of the existing military moral code of ethics, also known as IDF Code of Purity of arms, which endangers Jewish soldiers and civilians in order to save enemy civilians.

The code of purity of arms (Hebrew: טוהר הנשק, Tohar HaNeshek) is one of the values stated in the Israel Defense Forces' official doctrine of ethics, The Spirit of the IDF. 

Replace this G-dless Code of Ethics with a winning strategy based on Torah values and ethics. 

In addition our Rabbonim can take cue of the Hilltop Youth who yearn for Mishpat Ivri, Torah law in Eretz Yisroel. Torah Law does not permit self confession as valid evidence, self incriminating testimony, especially following torture, to convict a suspect. Amiram Ben Uliel was convicted of three life terms of solitary confinement with the harshest terms of any prisoner solely based on his own confession. There were plenty of common sense arguments that can persuade any thinking person of Amiram's innocence.

Arab witnesses of the arson right after it happened, directly conflict with Amiram's convoluted confession. Yet the court didn't permit it.

Amiram's wife's testimony and Alibi that Amiram was home that night was not considered important. 

Rabbonim and Leaders across the spectrum have yet to admit "על חטא" wrongdoing , for accepting Diba Raah, slander of a false narrative of Jewish Terrorism.  There was no real investigation of the arson or proof Jews were the perpetrators, yet condemnation against "Jewish violence" came from all sectors .   This is reminiscent of Sinat Chinam, baseless hatred,  of Yosef HaTzadik and his brothers.

The first step of Teshuva, is admitting wrongdoing. The next step is to take concrete action to reverse the wrongdoing.  This can be accomplished by applying pressure,  with a united outcry, to free Amiram Ben Uliel and to free all the Jewish Prisoners of Conscience! These Giborim, Jewish Settlers are holding on to the Land with their very lives yet they have been maligned,  incarcerated, based on lies and frame-up. They have been denied due process based on archaic British Law all in order to serve a political agenda and to please the Nations. 

The last  step is to take it upon ourselves to see to it that such miscarriage of justice does not repeat with another victim. 

Halvai we can merit a Torah base Judicial System with the dismantling of the political network within the government which was instrumental in allowing this traitorous, G-dless, miscarriage of justice, known as Parshat Duma, to happen! 

Stopping the next massacre

Had we dismantled this compromised leadership based solely on the miscarriage of Justice in Parshat Duma, and recognized we have leadership unable to differentiate between friend and foe, and nipped it in the bud, probably October 7th 2023 would never have happened! Anyone that contributed to this false narrative needs to reevaluate who the real ticking time bombs are. Because if we don't address the threats now we only have ourselves to blame. Do we really want to praise the heroes who saved some lives after the  fact or do we want to prevent the next massacre.

The Settlers of Gush Katif warned us that leaving Gaza was a ticking time bomb. 

October 7th happened.

Once it did happen, those who knew that the military leaders in charge were the same persecuting the Settlers, we understood immediately that they were not fit to fight this war and lead the troops to victory.

It's been taking time for the rest of the Nation to wake up. It is not too late to reverse this defeatist military command. Israel can start by freeing our Jewish hostages like Amiram Ben Uliel and those under administrative arrest held under Israel's control. These Prisoners of Conscience have a different spirit, a רוח אחרת,  coming from Hebron modeling Calev Ben Yefuneh!

Freeing Amiram Ben Uliel and stopping miscarriage of Justice and the incarceration G-d fearing Jews, with no charges or evidence to speak is of utmost priority.   This in itself will strike fear in the eyes of our enemies, knowing that Israel supports the Settlers and their vision of settling the Land, that Israel means business and are fighting to win, and that the plan is to  conquer and resettle the Land according to G-d's Vision and Commandments and we will rely on Him alone and our unified efforts for our protection.

3.  תיקון חטא המרגלים, עם רבנים שיהיה להם רוח אחרת משורש מחברון להלחם כמו יהושוע בן נון וכלב לדרוש מנהיגות  כמו עופר ווינטר  בקריאת שמע מלחמת מצוה עם האוייב וגם לדרוש כמו נוער גבעות משפט עברי לפי דעת התורה.
