ב-7 באוקטובר סמל שיראל מור ז"ל בת ה-19, תצפיתנית בנחל עוז, נפלה בקרב על המוצב. אמה, עדנה, דורשת מהצבא את ההקלטות מהמשמרת האחרונה שהעבירה שיראל בחמ"ל - אך בינתיים נענית בשלילה. במקביל, משפחות התצפיתניות יצאו בדרישה להקמת ועדת חקירה ממלכתית - באופן מיידי.

"אנחנו מייצגים את הבנות שלנו שהתריעו, שחיכו שיבואו להציל אותן. אף אחד לא בא", אמרה עדנה הבוקר, "אנחנו לא מבקשים אלא דורשים, עוד מעט תשעה חודשים, שתוקם ועדת חקירה ממלכתית, ועדה שקופה, כנה, שתגלה לנו ולכל עם ישראל את האמת. זה לא היה צונאמי, לא מעשה טבע, לא טורנדו. זה היה בידי האנשים שמובילים את הצבא, ממפקד אוגדת עזה עד לרמטכ"ל. למה הם עדיין בתפקיד? כל מה שקורה עכשיו זה בגלל שאותם אלה שהפסידו ב-7 באוקטובר, לא יכולים לנצח בכלום. בגלל זה המלחמה נראית ככה בצפון ובדרום, בגלל זה יש חטופים שעוד לא בבית, בגלל זה שחררו את מנהל בית החולים. עכשיו מגלגלים אחד לשני. אין אחריות, איש לא יודע מי נתן את הפקודה. מרגישה שחיה עדיין ב-7 באוקטובר"

An observation soldier, the late Sergeant Shiral Mor fell on 

October 7 at the Nahal Oz outpost. Her mother, Edna, demands to receive the recordings from her last shift at the Communications Situation Room - but in the meantime the answer is negative: "My mental state is a mess. Since October 7, I am not functioning. When I visit the cemetery, I ask my husband to get me a bed. I want to stay here.

On October 7th, the late 19-year-old Sergeant Shiral Mor, an observation soldier at Nahal Oz, was killed . Her mother demands from the army the recordings from the last shift that Shiral spent in the Communication Situation Room - but for now is being denied.  In parallel,  families of other female observation soldiers are demanding the establishment of a government commission of inquiry - immediately.

 "We represent our daughters who alerted us, who waited for them to come to save them. No one came," said Edna this morning, "we are not asking but demanding, it's been a little over nine months, that a state investigative committee be established, a transparent, honest committee that will reveal to us and to all the people of Israel the truth. It was not a tsunami, not an act of nature, it was in the hands of the people who lead the army, from the commander of the Gaza Division to the Chief of Staff.  Why are they still in office?  Everything that is happening now is because those who lost on October 7, cannot win.  That's why the war looks like this in the north and the south, that's why there are abductees who aren't home yet, that's why the hospital director was released.  Now they pass the buck one to the other.  There is no accountability, no one knows who gave the order.   It feels like I'm reliving October 7th. 

 We must boycott the army."
