False condemnations were leveled against Hilltop Settler Youth within 24 hours of the Duma arson in late July 2015, by Israeli Heads of State, VIPs. For the last 5 years or so, Breslev Chosid Settler Amiram Ben Uliel has been an unfortunate framed scapegoat as was minor E for the Duma arson. After being arrested, tortured emotionally and physically, languishing in prison with no Habeas Corpus, no trial nor verdict for years, he was finally convicted of 3 life sentences on May 18, 2020 this past year, for a crime for which there is no credible evidence he committed!

The delay in justice alone is a travesty of Justice and is known in Hebrew as Inui Hadin, which means unjust court delay and perversion of Justice. Minor E. suffered terribly as well, physical and emotional torture, a minor at the time, but was bullied into a plea bargain so he got off "relatively easy"... After all, which one of us wouldn't confess to almost anything knowing that otherwise we could spend our entire life locked for a crime we never committed.
Following the arson, in late July 2015, Shabak initially harassed different Settler youth they wished to frame, namely followers of the late Rabbi Meir Kahane especially Meir Ettinger, Rabbi Meir Kahana's grandson. When they didn't succeed they found these vulnerable scapegoats namely Amiram Ben Uliel and minor E.
Amiram, for years, was incarcerated under extremely harsh conditions, under total isolation from family and society, before his conviction, "justified" by a forced self confession following torture. The justification? He was a ticking time bomb!
No reputable Western court would accept such a confession as permissable evidence in the absence of any other independent evidence, let alone a Rabbinic Halachic Court! Yet Israel's Courts, biased and corrupt, ignored what is righteous and just and convicted him.
