After the latest Duma arson incident recently reported, clearly unrelated to Jewish Terror of the Dawabshe family and the fact that there has been a lot of pressure publicizing that there was premature condemnation across the spectrum of Jewish Leadership in Israel and throughout the world via global media, with no forensic evidence of Jewish Terror in Duma 2015 to speak of, and that the only evidence they had was confession following torture [in spite of the publicity by Authoritative sources that they knew who committed the crime and that it was definitely Jewish Terror], and there was blatant violation of basic human rights of minors as well as young adults with procrastination of a pre-trial, lasting two and a half years and the fact that lots of protest letters are being written to Chavrei Knesset, Ambassador Dermer , Ambassador Friedman, and individuals of influence etc. and that article upon article is making the news, making all the powers at large look bad, maybe all this annoying pressure from the outside is helping to speed things up a bit.
It is my sincerest and deepest hope and prayer that those that rushed to condemn and those who allowed this terrible miscarriage and perversion of justice to happen will admit they erred and make amends to Elisha and to ALL the Hilltop Youth who were framed, maligned, slandered and tortured.
Merely allowing Elisha free because of his precarious mental state from their own undoing, will not suffice. [And as the article said, the representative of the State doesn't have to take the recommendation of the probation officer and in fact in the past they ignored the recommendation ]
.. but it's not to late to do Teshuva and turn things around. In all due respect they will have to answer big time in The Heavenly Court unless each and every individual who was in some way accountable, publicly admits they were wrong, says I'm sorry and make amends to all the Hilltop Youth and their families and especially those connected with Rabbi Meir Kahana's ideology. They must do this for the sake of Torah and the sake of Truth not merely because of the pressure they are under. This requires a public admission of wrongdoing as well as a public validation of these boys innermost aspirations, specifically publicizing their Love of the Land of Israel, their Love of the Torah, their Love of the Nation of Israel, their Ahavas Yisroel to reverse the damage caused by slandering, branding and designating them as "Jewish terrorists". This will balm their souls thus fulfilling the words of Meir Ettinger, the grandson of the late Rabbi Meir Kahana ob"m "In the End You WILL REPENT".

(The following are the words of Meir Ettinger said during his hearing on Sep. 10th, 2015. This hearing was the third and final hearing that the court will hear before officially approving his administrative detention. It is important to note that receiving the approval of the court is a mere formality for administrative detention and does not involve an actual trial.)
I would like to speak before the court and have my words recorded in the minutes. At the same time, I reiterate that this is not because I recognize the authority of this court. I don’t recognize the validity of laws that are against the Torah and I see no reason to defend myself against accusations based on false laws that were created by man today and will be changed by him tomorrow.
Rather, because of our sins, instead of having a court based on the holy Torah, the word of G-d, we have been taken captive by false courts. These captors are the prosecution, the media, and the false courts of today that have waged war against the land of Israel, the Torah of Israel, and those who fear the G-d of Israel. Their goal is to foster the growth of a foreign culture in our midst to replace the way of the Torah and service to G-d in the land of Israel.
It is therefore a Chazakah [predetermined] what this court will decide in this hearing. One way or another, the results are known in advance and I therefore have no desire to play a part in this game. It is merely a pathetic attempt by the government to pretend that their decision is based on justice and democracy.
Nonetheless, this hearing provides me the right to speak and I will exercise the right to tell you what bothers you so much, what you are fighting, and what was the reason for my arrest.
I cannot discuss in this short time all of the ridiculous media stories. According to the media, I am somehow the number one target of the Shabak.
It should be noted that the targets of the Shabak are not established in order to preserve public safety or ensure calm, but instead are based on a political agenda and focus on protecting the culture of ‘equality’ that they force down the throats of the public.
Therefore, instead of discussing ‘public safety,’ I will explain my activism and why my actions are so upsetting to the confused establishment.
In their accusations they used the phrase, “changing the regime.” So what does that really mean? What exactly is this mysterious ‘group,’ which I supposedly lead, doing to further that goal? The truth is that we are dealing with very basic statements that were made freely available to all. Yes, I admit it - I, like many other Jews, have dreams, hopes and desires of establishing the Kingdom of Israel. The ‘group’ I am a part of, was founded during the exodus from Egypt and the receiving of the Torah on Mount Sinai. There the Jewish people were chosen to be a nation of priests and a holy people in the land of Israel.
So what is this ‘Kingdom of Israel’? For 2000 years in exile, Jews around the world said in their prayers “Let me witness the return to Zion” and concluded with the words, “blessed is He who restores His glory to Zion.” These Jews did not merely want to return to the land of Israel to build fields and buildings. They wanted more. They wanted to restore G-d’s presence in the land by creating a state that would spread the name of G-d throughout the world.
In the current ‘Jewish’ state, there is complete democratic freedom for all sorts of crazy ideas, except for Judaism alone which is declared illegal. In Israel today, the Torah’s solution to security problems is racist, the Torah’s views on international relations are incitement, and anyone who supports the Torah’s opinion over the laws of the state is an anarchist. Those who struggle with love for the land of Israel are arrested and their homes are destroyed.
In the State of Israel today we have leaders who do not understand the Torah and no one dares explain to them what a true Jewish state looks like, why the Jewish people to the land of Israel, and what right the Jewish people have to the land. Not only are we victims of this unfortunate situation, but you are too - you, the judge, and the prosecutor. All of us are captives of this reality. Each of us has a G-dly soul that wants to live a Jewish life and we all feel alone in our opposition to the state.
Administrative detention orders were issued against me and other Jews not because of a concern for the good of the public as you [the government] have claimed. It is actually you who place no value on Jewish blood and thereby harm the public. You released terrorist murderers and removed checkpoints, both of which have placed many Jews in danger. One could hardly accuse you of caring for other Jews.
We all know that the incident in Duma is merely being used as an excuse for dictatorial actions by a supposed democratic government. Fortunately for you, the public is so accustomed to your lies that they don’t bother refuting them.
Not for nothing did you gather all of the media to inform them before carrying out the orders. In truth the administrative detention orders are not meant to silence me, but to silence yourselves, to silence the Jewish voice emanating from your heart.
Your hysterical actions and discrimination against Jews in enforcing the law, your shocking neglect for the values of democracy when dealing with Jews who love the land of Israel, appears strange to many people. However it is not strange to anyone who recognizes that these actions are done in order to silence your inner, yearning Jewish voice. This is part of your general schizophrenia. It is obvious that these actions will backfire and have the opposite result. You will not manage to silence the voice inside you, anymore than you could expel your Jewish soul from your body. In the end, even you will repent for your actions and your Jewish soul will take over to help bring the redemption.

We have covered this story more than once over the past few months, several teenagers have spent months in jail over this issue without charges being brought. Two of the boys remain in detention today, still no charges, under conditions that could not even be described as harsh, suffering torture, real torture, not the waterboarding kind, by the admission of the prison officials and the court officials who disqualified their confessions because they were only given after almost three years of intense torture, torture that caused one of the boys to plead “Please, just tell me what you want me to admit to and I will admit to it”, torture that caused one of the boys to break down in court and he would not talk about it with his parents present in the court. Please note, there is a long running feud between this family and another in Duma and there have been a string of other arson attacks between the families, houses and cars, prior to the Arabs discovering the “blame the Jews” angle and this is the second arson attack since the boys were put in jail.
These boys should be released immediately and those who have perpetrated this travesty of justice should be charged for their crimes. The headlong rush to find and prove some Jews guilty of crimes they had nothing to do with so that an element of Israeli society can have examples to point to, and accuse of some form of moral relativism vis a vis the terrorist Arabs, must come to an end. This issue is rotten to the core and requires protest from every corner of the (Jewish) world.

Last night (Thursday), the Dawabsha family home was set on fire in the village of Duma in the area of Nablus (Shechem).
According to reports, this is not the first time a house belonging to the Dawabsha clan has been set on fire in the Arab village.
The Palestinian News Agency reported that unknown persons threw Molotov cocktails into the house after breaking its windows. The neighbors extinguished the fire and there were no casualties.
Three members of the Dawabsha family were killed in 2015 when Molotov cocktails were allegedly thrown at two houses in Duma. The firebombs caused a fire to break out. Sa'ad and Riham Dawabshe and their son, 18-month-old Ali Dawabshe, were killed in the fire.
Activists from the 'Otzma Yehudit' organization claimed that last night's arson proves that the murder of the Dawabsha family three years ago was nothing more than the "settling of internal accounts" and not the act of Jewish extremists as the government claims.
The movement added: "The arson of this house joins the burning of the homes of Manor, Ibrahim, and Muhammad Raki, which have been torched since the arson and the murder of Abdul. All of them were from the Dawabshe family."
"It should be emphasized that two of the characters whose houses were torched are eyewitnesses in the case, and another house belongs to the brother of the young man whose house was burned by the famous arson,"
"The line of arson even when (Jewish suspects) Ben Uliel and the minor in the prison proves finally the claims that the murder in Duma is the liquidation of internal accounts," added the movement.
This is how the Arabs reported it. Interestingly, they have special guards to prevent the evil Jews from getting anywhere near their village yet they claim the Jews did it again.

A Palestinian family has blamed illegal Israeli settlers for a Thursday firebomb attack that gutted their West Bank home, three years after a similar attack killed three of their relatives.
Yasser Abdel Fattah Dawabsheh told Anadolu Agency that settlers attacked his two-storey home in Duma at dawn, breaking a window and throwing a petrol bomb before running.
“We were lucky that I was able to hear them when they attacked, so I was able to evacuate all my family out of the house,” he told Anadolu. “Fire crews reacted quickly and put out the fire before the whole house burnt down."
But despite the quick reaction of emergency services, Anwar Dawabsheh, Yasser's relative, told Middle East Eye that the family barely survived when they were unable to access the only way out of the house.
"The living room was burned after settlers hurled petrol bombs in it, and they could not reach the door exit," he said. "The fire started to spread to the bedroom, where the kids were asleep, and the bathroom."
Eventually, Anwar said, Yasser broke through a wall made of plasterboard, separating his home from his parents' home next door, and the family was able to escape.
"It takes five minutes to commit arson. Yasser and his family are still in shock and can't believe that their four kids, the oldest is aged seven, are alive," Anwar said.
"Between them and death were moments. They survived miraculously. Duma's people rushed to rescue them after 10 to 15 minutes of the attack."
Palestinian firefighters and police arrived at the scene, and the Israeli military, who took samples from the burned house, are investigating the incident.
Anwar said he believes the settlers escaped through an olive orchard which surrounds his relative's home.
In July 2015, Israeli settlers set fire to another Dawabsheh family home in Duma, an attack which claimed the lives of Saad and Riham Dawabsheh and their 18-month-old baby, Ali.
Their eldest son, Ahmed, then four years old, was the sole survivor of the attack, and suffering severe burns at more than 60 percent of his body that have reduced his mobility.
The attack sparked international outrage, with the family accusing Israel of dragging its feet in prosecuting the suspects, despite admissions by Israeli officials that they knew who was responsible.
"The perpetrators' trial was theatrical to polish Israel's image in the media after this horrendous crime," Anwar said.
Since the first incident, residents of Duma, near the town of Nablus, have formed voluntary groups to guard their village from arson attacks by Israeli settlers.
