Apparently according to Times of Israel and Haaretz article, the Police was alerted to this "Hate Crime" by none other than the "Rabbis for Human Rights" who are funded by NIF. NIF is a George Soros supported organization. NIF has been funding Israel-demonizing groups that are active in international and divisive campaigns delegitimizing Israel (i.e. Breaking the Silence, Adalah, Yesh Din, Sheikh Jarrah Solidarity Movement, Human Rights Defenders Fund, +972 Magazine, Negev Coexistence Forum, and Physicians for Human Rights-Israel (PHR-I).

Today in the News. Another Frame-up and Slander brewing Against Hilltop Youth under the slogan "Price Tag Terror"?
Why has Police spokesman Micky Rosenfeld reported that it appears to be a a Nationalist Crime if all the evidence they have is graffiti and pics of unidentified lone figures. Why are the police relying on evidence provided by "Rabbis for Human Rights" funded by NIF with a clear bias against Settlers?
This Police report fueled articles in Times of Israel, Haaretz and AP Syndication to jump to unsubstantiated conclusions that the arson was perpetrated by Jews, that it was a Nationalist hate crime, almost certainly perpetrated by extremist Jews a code name for "Hilltop Youth".
What's on the Police agenda?
Isn't it time to call for Sovereignty and normalization of the rule of law of Judea and Samaria, our Biblical Homeland. The residents of these Jewish communities situated in our Biblical Homeland send their children to fight in elite combat units of the IDF that protects all the citizens of Israel and they pay their Taxes. Aren't they entitled the same protection, benefits and rights as the rest of the Citizens of Israel? Is it fair that some of their homes are slated for demolition under martial law? Is it fair and just that they are subjected to martial law that provides the legal grounds to round up kids based on their connection to hilltop youths and Kahana groups and incarcerate them and interrogate them without due process and slander their good name?
Prior to the Revolutionary War in America they called it "Taxation without Representation" and the Patriots actually went to War with the British because of these Intolerable Acts!
There are plenty of recent and historical examples where fake "Hate crimes" were staged to look as if Jews did it! Blood libels, Paliwood.
It's clear that "Rabbis for Human Rights", Haaretz, Associated Press have an agenda to point a finger at the Hilltop Youth based on Hebrew Graffiti and videos that can not conclusively identify the perpetrator. The Police and the Media take the liberty to label these crimes as "Hate Crimes". (Whether it's Arson in a Mosque or Church or Arson in Duma Village etc...). In the past, this strategy from their perspective has been a highly effective. They succeeded to present a PR campaign to delegitimize the children of the Settlers, the Hilltop Youth, create inner division in the Nationalist camp since these unsubstantiated reports are accepted in spite of questionable evidence, and have triggered a rush of condemnations by Israeli leaders cross the political spectrum, without a fair trial or conviction!
I'm not surprised this appeared in Haaretz and perhaps not surprising it appeared in the Miami Herald syndicated by Associated Press. . But why did TimesofIsrael or Vosiznaies with a "Chareidi" Yiddish speaking readership post it? Can't they get their news syndicated from a more trustworthy and less biased news source?
Let us nip this new wave of condemnations in the bud and in so doing, rectify the past.
Unfortunately unjust condemnation against the Settler Hilltop Youth have been across the political spectrum going on for a while. It has encompassed religious and secular. It includes those who call themselves "Rabbis" be it Reform or Religious. It includes the Prime Minister, Defense Minister and Roshei Yeshivoth of the Nationalists. The Media slander ranges the entire political spectrum as well. All have joined in spreading FAKE NEWS to condemn the "hate crimes" and in so doing, to slander the Hilltop youth.
Following the Duma Arson according to the following link it took all of 8 hours before the Defense Minister, the Prime Minister and 20 government public officials to make statements condemning the attack, many of them apologetic for the people of Israel . The Prime Minister visited the hospital, visiting the surviving brother of the Duma arson. (How many visits to the hospital of Jewish Victims and their families did the Prime Minister make recently?)

Yet till today almost 3 years later there is lack of evidence, no trial, no guilty conviction to speak of ...that it was Jewish Hilltop Youth or Jewish Terror that was responsible for the Duma Arson!
There were roundups of Jewish hilltop youth, there was Hebrew graffiti at the scene and forced confessions by Jewish Youth following torture and an indictment. Three years later after most were released two suspects are still detained in isolation in jail their detention having been extended 15 times .
As Ruti Itzkowitz, activist to free Elisha Odess writes: "the State Prosecutor's Office is not ashamed to say that the confessions were given "free will" and that the "dignity of the accused" was also protected by torture ... This absurdity must be publicized."
The Hilltop youth were vilified by the heads of State and following an indictment based on forced confession was criticized in a scathing rebuke by more than one Roshei Yeshiva.
