Standing Up For G-d's Truth, Standing up for Justice and Righteousness with Faith, Kindness And Mercy is the Teshuva, Key to Repentance to bring Moshiach and the Redemption

אל המקום אשר...

I've been noticing a recurring theme, recurring words, appearing repeatedly especially in the Three week time period, the time of mourning. ( examples cited below).

This must hold the key to Teshuva for sins in the past. 

 What Am I referring to?

Mishpat, Tzedaka, Chesed, Emes and Rachamim. These are Hashem's Attributes and our job is to emulate Hashem. 

These attributes lead to Daas Hashem, knowledge of Hashem, and to peace and prosperity in Messianic Times. 

The Pesukim and prophesy express the urgency and imperative of the people to speak out, not to be passive, to protest and address perversion of justice,  perversion of righteousness and perversion of G-dliness happening on our watch. Noone is immune since the evil has infiltrated at the highest levels.

 Perhaps we begin by raising awareness of this recurring theme and the importance of striving to emulate an Almighty G-d who is the epitome of  such attributes.

Specific citations:

Dinim, righteous courts is the first of the 7 Noahide laws mentioned in the Gemara. Tractate Sanhedrin 56a. 

In Devarim, the Parsha we read before Tisha B'Av Moshe Rabbeinu speaks about setting up Shoftim and Shotrim and the qualities one needs to be a judge in order to be a righteous judge. Moshe Rabbeinu, the ultimate in leadership says its too hard a burden to carry on his own.

The Haftorah of the 2nd Shabbat of the 3 weeks, bein Hametzarim ends with

And the Haftorah read on Tisha Baav also ends with emulating Hashem and Knowing Hashem, a G-d who practices kindness, justice and righteousness and in this we we understand and know Him.

The prayer that men say when they put on Tefillin taken from the prophet Hoshea who prophesized prior to the destruction of the temple, speaks about a future redemption and being betrothed to Hashem.

Most believe that the Churban happened because of Sinas Chinam bc of the story of Kamtza and Bar Kamtza. But the Gemora doesn't mention Sinas Chinam. Rather the following! English translation follows.

רבי זכריה בן אבקולס

במדרש רבה

 איכה רבה (בובר) ד"ה מעשה באדם אחד, (וילנא) פרשה ד, ג
 

 מוזכר זכריה בן אבקולס, כאחד החכמים שלא מחו בהתנהגותו של המארח כלפי בר קמצא:

...אמר לו (המארח לבר קמצא) קום לך, לקחו בידו והוציאו, והיה שם רבי זכריה בן אבקולס, והיה סיפק בידו למחות ולא מיחה..." 

Translation

Rabbi Yochanan said: The humility of Rabbi Zechariah ben Avkulas, destroyed our house, and burned our Temple, and exiled us from our country!

 In the Midrash Rabbah
 איכה רבה (בובר) ד"ה מעשה באדם אחד, (וילנא) פרשה ד, ג

 Zechariah ben Avkulas is mentioned as one of the sages who did not protest the host's behavior towards Bar Kamtza:

 ...said to him (the host to Bar Kamtza) get up, they took him by the hand and took him out, and there was Rabbi Zacharia ben Avkulas there, and he had the opportunity to protest and did not protest..."

Another related proof that protesting for Truth and Hashem's Word is incumbent on each and everyone of us happened on the first Tisha Ba'av in the desert. This is a reference to the Sin of the Spies. Why weren't just the Spies punished? 

Why were all the army age men in the Desert, the Midbar, also punished for Chait HaMiraglim the Sin of the Spies so that they too had to die out in the desert?

Because they were at Sinai and knew better and should have protested the report of the Miraglim, even if they were great leaders of that generation. Instead the masses accepted the report and cried for no reason.
