Israeli researchers have made a breakthrough that will revolutionize the way Covid-19 is treated. The study conducted by Hebrew University, found that a drug that has been on the market for years, can turn the Carona virus into a common cold. 

Fenobibrate speeds up the breakdown of fats in the blood and has been in the market since 1975. In Carona patients this speeded up the process accelerated the recovery of Carona-caused lung infections in a matter of days. The head of the program Professor Yaakov Nahmias explains...

"We showed that the human lungs responded to the Cov-2 virus by completely changing their metabolism,  causing a major buildup of fats in lung cells." 

" Our findings show that this unhealthy fat buildup is a critical factor in Covid-19 patients' deterioration."

"Patients taking fibrates that work directly to break down fats recovered fast from the disease, while those that took medications that build up fats, like thiazolidinediones, showed greater lung damage and mortality. "

In the study there were zero fatalities. 

Other clinical studies are underway around the world to corroborate this study.
