an entire Israeli neighborhood (Netiv haAvot) is to be razed imminently  – could even be today - in Gush Etzion.

 

As usual, this is due to minor  infractions of antiquated unreasonable regulations in Judea-Samaria that are impossible to comply with.

Neighboring Kfar Etzion recently made the news for managing to comply with all the myriad rules and become official. It took them 90 years (!).

No neighborhood, however law-abiding and well-intentioned, can comply with the endless draconian rules which apply to Jewish re-settlement of Judea-Samaria.

 

But when the Knesset attempted to adjust the rules, which is exactly the Knesset's job, Minister Moshe Cachlon objected.

Minister Cachlon insisted on removing (from the recent settlement regulation law) the very clauses necessary to save both Amona, and now Netiv haAvot in Gush Etzion.

 

Write to Minister Cachlon now, because the fate of the young Israeli families in this Gush Etzion neighborhood is his direct doing.

בימים האחרונים הבג"צ הרשה לצה"ל להרוס חלק מהבית בו התגורר המחבל הרוצח.   http://tinyurl.com/y9yqtrpz

ואילו בשכונת נתיב-האבות שבגוש עציון, התעקש בג"צ להרוס בתים שלמים -- למרות שהבנייה ה"לא חוקית" בתוכם -- מזערית.  למשל - בבית אחד מדובר במטר רבוע אחד - מתוך 150 מ"ר סך שטח הבית! 

 

בית של מחבל רוצח? הורסים רק חלק קטן.

בית של מתנחל, שבנוי על קרקע ללא בעלים, כאשר בונה הבית  מוכן בשמחה לשלם פיצויים גבוהים אם רק ימצאו למי אם בכלל הקרקע "שייכת"? הורסים הכל.

 

השר כחלון – זה מסתדר לך בראש?

חוק ההסדרה ביקש למנוע את האבסורד ע"י ריענון הסדרים לא-הגיוניים קיימים ביהודה ושומרון,

אבל אתה השר כחלון לא הסכמת להושיט גלגל-הצלה למשפחות בגוש עציון.

ברגע האחרון – כולנו מבקשים שתיקח אחריות לפתור את הבעיה שכולכם יצרתם במו ידיכם (סירובכם להצביע עם הקואליציה תוך הפרת חתימת ידכם על ההסכם הקואליציוני).

כולנו סבורים שעליך למנוע סבל של משפחות - בזבוז כסף – ופגיעה בכבוד הלאומי של המדינה.
