Prior to the September 7 ruling by the Central District Court in Lod, Orian Ben Uliel, the wife of Amiram Ben Uliel, the only suspect who has been convicted of the July 2015 murder of three members on the Dawabshe family in Kfar Duma, sent a letter to the judges in the case, requesting that they exonerate her husband in light of new evidence. The letter mentions several of the problems with the case, among them interrogations carried out under extreme duress, commonly described as torture, fundamental flaws in the investigations, and pressure from governmental officials on the police.
At the opening of her letter, Ben Uliel phrased her request as "unconventional" and listed some of the flaws of the case: "In this case, nothing has been routine. The torture my husband underwent was not routine. The flaws in the investigation – the most relevant eye witness to the incident was not interrogated – are not routine. The fact that the Chief Superintendent, who led the Israeli Police investigation team in the case, said in an interview with 'Uvda' that he does not believe that the version of events stated in the indictment is accurate, strengthens the claim by the defense that at the scene of the crime there were several people – also that is not routine."
Ben Uliel added that "the Defense Minister, the President, the Prime Minster and Knesset Members have been pressuring the GSS and the police to find a guilty party at any price, even at the cost of justice, truth and a fair judicial process – also that is not routine."
Later in the letter she wrote that she knows that her husband is free of all guilt and she related to the recent developments in the case: "I remember his being with me that night, but there is no doubt that the proceedings over the past few months in court do not leave any room for doubt, for anyone. It is obvious that there is absolutely no connection between reality and the testimony extracted from Amiram under extreme duress. The murderers from Duma have been walking about freely until this very day."
At the conclusion of her letter Ben Uliel addressed the judges: "Discard the concept which you have adopted. A golden opportunity has arisen for you to make amends during the Days of Repentance traditional to the Nation of Israel, to exonerate my husband, Amiram, as justice, honest judgment, and common sense obligate. Take advantage of this opportunity to stop the terrible, prolonged suffering our family has been experiencing through no fault of our own. Prevent yourselves from the disgrace of being recorded in the judicial history of Israel as those who imprisoned an innocent man."

This G-dly vision of the Messianic times envisions a world full of G-dliness and the Glory of G-d permeating the world. May the G-dly vision of Israel envelop the United States of America now that Israel has the golden key to the  White House and to the American people.  May the 7 Noahide Laws be incorporated into the Law of the United States of America as envisioned by our founding fathers and embraced  by the Republican Platform under the Trump Leadership.

Thursday, September 17, 2020, 14:39 On Tuesday, September 15, several hours before Amiram Ben Uliel was supposed to have his weekly meeting with his wife, Orian, and five-year-old daughter at the Eshel Prison, the Prison Service informed them that it was canceled. Amiram is not permitted to have a phone and does not have the opportunity to call his family. The weekly 30-minute visits with his wife and daughter, behind glass, are the only contact he has with the world outside of the prison. The Prison Service decided to cancel the visit because Amiram has been sentenced, and therefore, they claim, he is entitled to monthly, not weekly, visits. Amiram has been held in solitary confinement for almost five years.
Attorney Itamar Ben Gvir, who is assisting Amiram with arranging his prison conditions: "There is no limit to the callousness towards and abuse of Amiram. It is an embarrassment and a disgrace that in a country which prides itself on the citizens' rights of terrorists, of the murderers of Jewish children, of the arch-terrorists who carry out attacks, Amiram is treated so cruelly. The time has come for the Prison Service, the police, the courts, and the government of Israel to understand that Amiram Ben Uliel is entitled to equal rights, to human rights. It is time to treat him like a human being."
Amiram Ben Uliel's wife, Orian, together with his family, friends, supporters and Honenu, have launched a crowd funding campaign to finance an appeal to the Supreme Court in order to prove his innocence. As part of the launch, in an emotional video, Orian, with her daughter, who until now has not been seen in any photographs or videos, describes Amiram's detention, levels criticism at the court, talks about the isolation of her husband in prison, decries the injustice of the case, and announces the campaign to prove the innocence of her husband. To that end, a dedicated team of first-rate attorneys is being formed for the specific purpose of appealing to the Supreme Court.

Rabbis' letter of support

Dozens of leading rabbis from the entire range of the national-religious sector have come out in support of Amiram Ben Uliel, to whom the Central District Court in Lod handed down three life sentences. The rabbis have called on the public to assist the campaign in support of Ben Uliel and stated that his conviction on the basis of a confession extracted under extreme duress is unacceptable, and that is sufficient to release him. Among the rabbis are Rabbi Dov Lior, Rabbi Haim Drukman, Rabbi Meir Mazuz, Rabbi Tzvi Tau, Rabbi Elyakim Levanon, Rabbi Shmuel Eliyahu, and Rabbi Simcha Shtatner.

Open Letter to the Trump Team re: UAE Deal. How Does G-d's Vision Reconcile With A Palestinian State??? Would The Trump Team Like Sharing The White House with the Democrats?

Dear Trump Team:

I have no doubt you have the best of intentions.  We are all tremendously appreciative for all that President Trump has done for Israel. 

- Defending Israel in the UN and fighting antisemitism 
- Supporting Israeli Sovereignty in the Golan
- Declaring that Israeli Civilian settlement in Judea and Samaria is not inconsistent with International Law as UN claims
- Mindful of Israel Security Requirements
- Removing ISIS Caliphate
-  Walking away from JCPOA  and preventing a murderous Iranian terror regime and proxies from developing capability war and nuclear weapons capability.
- Restored sanctions against tyrannical Iran
- taking out Solomeini 
- eliminating Baghdadi
- Recognized Jerusalem as Capital of Israel
-Moved Embassy to Jerusalem
- sidelined the PA to moderate Arab regimes

But since January and unveiling of the Deal of the Century and pushing a 2 State Solution in order to advance the self determination of the "Palestinian People",  the Trump administration is veering off course.

To be fair, the UAE Deal has beautiful goals and bright dreams and hopes for a peaceful and prosperous future for everyone. The intention is noble and generous.  This is why we must fine-tune this agreement so that it will reap great dividends. The euphoria and optimism is contagious :) but short lived in its present format, heading for a predictable disaster...

This Agreement brings with it a tangible hope of the actualization of the Messianic Dream.

It is painful to burst the bubble...but better to fix the flaw in the foundation now, sooner than later, and cut our losses!

We can agree that the approach to reach true global peace and prosperity is up for debate.  

Surely the G-dly approach should not be dismissed.

Are lucrative profit making deals,  the only approach?

True this approach often works! Trump the businessman, the Master of the Art of the Deal has experience behind him to prove it works.

However, the Land of Israel, the Land whose G-d's eyes are constantly focused, is different.  No one can simply negotiate away  G-d's Promised Land and get away with it.

G-d's Vision must be the foundation of any agreement involving the Land of Israel. 

A foundation built on a lie, like a foundation built on sand,  can't last.

The problem is obvious for those who believe the Torah is Truth and that G-d owns the Land and makes Promises and Keeps His Promise.

 The UAE Deal also known as the Abrahamic Accords is a misnomer. In fact it redefines and makes irrelevant the original, authentic, Biblical Abrahamic agreement G-d made with Abraham in what is known as the Brit bein Habetarim. In this agreement, G-d Promises the Land of Israel, whose boundaries extend to the Euphrates River, to Abraham's seed through his son Isaac, his only spiritual heir.  Isaac's son Jacob, also named Israel, is Isaac's sole spiritual heir. 

The Jewish people are called the Children of Israel since they are descendents of the 12 Tribes of Israel, who are the 12 sons of  Jacob.  Eisau, Isaac's other son, spurned his birthright and sold it to Jacob for a pot of lentils.

The Covenant is that Abraham's future descendents, through his seed Isaac and Jacob, settle the land and keep the commandments. They must be very careful not to assimilate with the existing Canaanite Nations since they will learn from their evil ways and practice immoral lifestyles which are an abomination to Hashem like sacrificing their children to the Molech as one example etc. 

They are warned to dispossess the inhabitants of the land.

In the Torah, as in ancient times, non Jews who accept Israel's Sovereignty and agree to abide by the 7 Noahide Laws, are then  permitted to dwell in the Land of Israel.  They have the status of Ger Toshav,  defined as a resident with the privilege of dwelling in the H-lyland with economic, human, social rights and protections. It is a different status however, than that of a Jew born of Jewish descent or a righteous convert to Judaism.

From a legal and historical perspective, this current deal is predicated on a lie. The lie is that the Palestinian people even exist  as a people and have any claim to this land. A lie that has been repeated so often that people don't even realize it is a lie. 

International Law actually supports and complements the Biblical narrative that the Land of Israel from the River to the Sea, is the ancient Homeland of the Jewish people.  This is as per the Balfour Declaration, enshrined into International Law with the Mandate of Palestine by the League of Nations. 

During WWII England and other countries failed in their mandate to allow Jews to return to their ancestral home to Israel and rather closed the doors to Jews, thereby being a passive accomplice to the Holocaust.  6 million Jews perished in the hands of the Nazis when their lives could have been spared had they had a place of refuge. The doors were open to the Arabs who came from all over and later defined themselves as a people even though this claim  is based on a lie.

While Jews can trace their lineage thousands of years back to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and Jacob's sons, the 12 Tribes of Israel, Arabs can not trace their lineage far back to the Land of Israel and are not an indigenous people to the Land of Israel. Their claim is a myth based on repeated lies.

A last thought. Is it happenstance that PM Netanyahu has failed to put together a coalition even though he had a majority only because of being short just a few votes.  Israel has held elections multiple times with the same outcome. Is it perhaps he spurned the right wing Nationalist party Otzma Yehudit (whose name translates to Jewish Courage and Strength) and Zehut (the Party of Moshe Feiglin whose name translates as Identity) and lost the necessary votes needed for him to win? Otzma Yehudit and Zehut have stayed true to Biblical Truths and defend the Settler Movement. They have defended the framed hilltop youth, unapologetic settlers who have grown up identifying themselves as Proud Torah Jews. 

Otzma Yehudit and Zehut's real crime was that they were too Biblical.  They took the Bible at its word in that they wanted to incorporate Biblical values and law into Israeli law actualizing a Jewish State. They want Manhigut Yehudit, Jewish Leadership as Feiglin's party was originally named before it was parevely renamed to Zehut.

Being too Jewish makes one a target. Ultra religious parties, perhaps out of humbleness or weakness, call for a separation between Religion and State.  They have yet to find the courage to help Eretz Israel become a Kingdom of Priests and a Holy Nation. ממלכת כהנים וגוי קדוש

Otzma Yehudit and Feiglin were slandered as partnering and defending fabricated  "extremist, radical, religious, fanatic and terrorist elements in Israel society".  Being too Jewish turns one into a "radical extremist". If bribery or blackmail doesn't work, demonization perhaps does.

Case in point is this week's sentencing of Amiram Ben Uliel of 3 life spans in jail for his role in the Duma arson whose sole evidence was his own confession following physical and emotional torture. Not to mention the incarceration sentencing of minor E who was tortured physically and psychologically, framed with manufactured evidence by the Jewish Division of Terror of Shabak of being an accomplice with absolutely no evidence other than self confession via torture which the courts themselves dismissed.

The Heavenly Court is crying with them!  

This UAE deal in its current form has ushered in unpleasant facts on the ground. 

Rockets are flying  into southern Israel... 

In addition, unless we protest and overturn a recent sentencing, collectively we will be held accountable for destroying the lives of 2 innocent Settler kids and the defamation of their name and character for political gain.  

The Heavenly Court will not judge us lightly....

We had better repent, do Teshuva as they say in Hebrew,  very fast!

May our hopes and dreams for a bright, holy and peaceful future be actualized in the very near future.

To Summarize: We need to make sure that any approach is not bypassing components that it requires for its success.  

Namely, it must be based on Truth and consistent with a G-dly Vision.

This Rosh Hashanah we focused on G-d's Sovereignty over the world.

President Trump's biggest advocate and supporter has been Almighty G-d. Winning the election in 2016 and keeping power while being impeached while gaining  popularity is nothing short of miraculous. The magnitude of the evil schemes and plots to depose Trump is breathtaking in its scope yet President Trump with G-d's help, has prevailed time and time again and his enemies exposed and embarrassed. The enemies do not let up looking for any opportunity for  President Trump and his administration to mess up!

Should President Trump's Team now ceremoniously annul G-d's Covenant pushing for a 2 State Solution, the self determination of the "Palestinian people", enticing Israel to share Sovereignty over it's Biblical homeland...they risk G-d's wrath.

Unity with the Labor Party has been no picnic for PM Netanyahu.

Would President Trump take kindly to the mere suggestion he share the  White House with treasonous Democrats and compromise his ability to govern America? 

Is it so preposterous to contemplate this scenario, given Coronavirus, election fraud etc? 

Nothing should be taken for granted. We need G-d on our side!

Perhaps the Coronation of G-d and His Vision is the underlying root cause of the Caronavirus and China is only a messenger...
