Tzava Haganh LeYisroel or Tzava Haganah LePalitinaim?

bs"d

Dear Chavrei Knesset and Rosh Yeshivot Hesder:

I am very confused.  I am sure many IDF soldiers are confused as well. Many  Israeli soldiers are young idealists, lovers of Israel whose only desire is to defend Israel from it's enemies. This is their upbringing and the desire of their families. For this they are willing to be Moser Nefesh and risk their lives.  This is consistent with the mission of the IDF.

Are these kids, these young soldiers, now being  brainwashed to suppress their ideology, their religion, their Torah, and act contrary to all that they hold dear and   "obey orders at all costs",  Are they  threatened "do as you're ordered" or else you are not a good IDF soldier, not a good citizen of Israel,  and  will pay the consequences Is it for this they  sacrifice their lives?

We all agree that the IDF must train their soldiers to obey orders.  That is necessary for a working army. But that assumes the given that the orders are moral and true to the ideals of the IDF. Tzava Haganah LeYisroel and not Tzava Hagana LaPalistinaim!

 How has the IDF become so confused as to betray its mission as a Jewish army ?

May I even dare ask this question in public at the risk of being brought into questioning?

When there is a disconnect between Torah and the army then we have the situation where the naive soldiers are duped into fighting a war that  aids the enemy and fights itself

Now a Million Dollar QuestionShould we now advise our boys to refuse to join the IDF based on conscientious objection?

Answer:  Let the heads of Hesder not be timid.  The majority of the best fighting units are from the religious believing boys.  Let them threaten to split from the IDF and establish an alternative militia that is true to Torah and true the ideals of the IDF.  Let all the boys refuse to join the existing IDF based on conscientious objection rather then be used.

Next question:  How can the Hesder Yeshivot survive without the money from the gov't should the gov't threaten to cut off their budgets?

Answer:  Asking this question shows that you agree that the IDF is being immoral by requiring their soldiers to act in ways that is self destructive. Hopefully these  questions asked en mass,  coupled with our resolve not to accept funding on condition that we are forced to obey immoral orders, in essence blood money, will get the IDF army to reevaluate.  Our intention is that they rescind their orders which serves to  protect the enemy, expel Jews from their homes and  demolish Jewish property.  Flexing our Torah muscle will beezrat Hashem coerce the IDF to change their foolish ways which is anyway for their own detriment and against their own inner desire..

 However, if the IDF chooses not to submit to the will of the people, and chooses a power struggle, then this concern, ie. cutting off of funding,  is a realistic and practical concern.

Here all our lessons on Emunah must come into play.  When we believe that Hashem keeps HIS promise to Am Yisroel and will fight for us and defend us when we obey His laws then we must obey His orders at all cost, without regrets.  Prayer is our most powerful weapon and beEzrat Hashem we will find the means to accomplish this goal.  We have right on our side.

Next million dollar question:  Aren't you promoting a split among the Nation, a civil war Chas veshalom?

Answer:  Let us stay focused on our goal which is to defend Eretz Yisroel and Am Yisroel.  We are hurting our brothers even more if we allow them to help  establish a Palestinian State.  Such an enemy  State we know will be used as a launching ground against all of our brothers including the  IDF that has stupidly chosen to defend the "freedom's" of our enemies rather than the legitimate rights of Jews.  There is no negotiating in this matter since failure on our part to defend our rights to our Land will only create Sderot magnified and the targets will be Ben Gurion and Tel Aviv.  Our actions is for the benefit of the entire Israel and not just for those that believe as we do.

Hashem Oz LeAmo Yiten Hashem Yevarech as Amo Bashalom.

Please read this Arutz7 article:

Anti-Semitic anarchists and leftists, with tacit governmental and IDF support, are threatening the Jewish presence in Hevron, residents charge.

The army allowed anarchists to stage an illegal protest on the Sabbath, blocking a group of Jews who had coordinated permission and military escorts to visit Jewish sites in areas in Hevron that are under Israeli control.

http://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/139110#replies

then please read or reread this one about how the police stops a legal protest against exchanging Gilad Shalit with terrorists  Their slogan was Gilad Shalit but not at  any cost.

http://shemittahrediscovered.blogspot.com/2010/08/from-matot-arim-where-is-democracy-in.html

These are just two examples.  I know that there are many more.

by the way, not only religious nationalist feel this way. Many Chareidim feel this way as well.  Perhaps they would join the army more readily in Nachal Chareidi,  to defend the country acknowledging this as a Milchemet Mitzvah which one is not excused,

Understanding Islam: Qur'an & Shari'a & Taqiyya first and other sources that reveal the stupid naivete of Mayor Bloomberg

bs"d

Dear List, amv"sh

Today I was bombarded with emails from credible sources as per the dangers of the teachings of Islam and how we, the Americans are their moral and financial support system.

 What stupid naivete of Mayor Bloomberg in allowing and promoting the Mosque at the World Trade Center site turning a blind eye as per it's funding.

 Read from Arlene Kushner about Kuwaiti-born Feisal Abdul Rauf,  who founded the Cordoba Initiative in 2003 and is behind the current plans to erect Cordoba House at Ground Zero.  In fact, he wants to be the imam there  Today he is an American citizen about to take an international trip at the behest of the US State  Department.  She writes "Understand, please, this will be government funded, with your money (if you are American) and mine (yes, I still pay US taxes) covering the cost" ."What business is it of the American government to send a Muslim to Muslim-majority countries to talk about Islam? JinSA .

Read how our American Tax Money is supporting UNRWA that funds the teaching of Jihad. (thank you Hartuv's  Love of the Land Israel blog and David Bedein Israel Behind the News)

Kudos to Rep. Nita Lowey (D-NY) who has made a difference who announced that Congress would block the disbursement of $100 million in U.S. military aid to Lebanon in the wake of the killing of an IDF officer inside Israel by Lebanese Armed Forces personnel and kudos to  House Foreign Affairs Chairman Howard Berman (D-CA) who voiced concerns of "reported Hezbollah influence on the Lebanese Armed Forces."

Please raise your voices!

Watch the youtubes sent by Gadi Eshel ,

Watch the Documentary by Pierre Rehov on where the money to UNRWA is going,

and then read Arlene Kushner,

UCI newsletter links and finally

Paul Eidelbergs Punctuated Anarchy in Israel Posted Wednesday, August 11   which portrays Israel as a Punctuated Oligarchy rather than as a Democracy.

From Manhigut Yehudit newsletter:  "Judges and police you shall put in all your gates that G-d, your G-d gives you." (
From this week's Torah portion, Shoftim, Deuteronomy 16:18)
"Justice, justice you shall pursue so that you may live and you will inherit the Land that G-d your G-d gives you."
(ibid 20)

Pearlman almost didn't get a release because  Shin Bet appealed  to change the judge who wanted to release him due to lack of evidence. http://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/139082

Baruch Hashem Petach Tikva Magistrates prevailed and some Justice was administered. Pearlman is to be released on house arrest.  Now who will bring justice against the Shin Bet who are provocateurs against Jewish Settlers like Pearlman trying their hardest to get them to commit crimes so that Jewish settlers can be portrayed as agitators and violent and thirsty for Palestinian blood?

That is quite an earful for one day.  How can anyone get any sleep after reading all of this? Oh I didn't even get to Honest Reporting's expose on Reuters.

"All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing." (Edmund Burke)

Sixty years later and they did nothing , even though they get $400,000,000 every year .

  • Withholding Funds From the Lebanese Armed Forces  JINSA: Yesterday, in the wake of the killing of an IDF officer inside Israel by Lebanese Armed Forces personnel, Rep. Nita Lowey (D-NY) announced that Congress would block the disbursement of $100 million in U.S. military aid to Lebanon. Lowey chairs the House Appropriations Subcommittee that authorizes such funds. Similarly, House Foreign Affairs Chairman Howard Berman (D-CA) applied a hold with concerns about "reported Hezbollah influence on the Lebanese Armed Forces."

    "Nothing Short of Enraging"

    I've picked up several different versions of this story, some more infuriating than others.  But the accurate version is quite enraging enough on its own.

    Kuwaiti-born Feisal Abdul Rauf is today an American citizen.  He is imam of Masjid al-Farah, a New York City mosque and founder and CEO of the American Society for Muslim Advancement.  Perhaps most significantly, he founded the Cordoba Initiative in 2003 and is behind the current plans to erect Cordoba House at Ground Zero.  In fact, he wants to be the imam there.

    While he claims to be working for Western-Muslim understanding, his views on terrorism generally and 9/11 most specifically are deeply unsettling at best.

    A few years ago he called for the US President to give an "American Culpa" speech to the Muslim world, because there is "an endless supply of angry young Muslim rebels prepared to die for their cause and there [is] no sign of the attacks ending unless there [is] a fundamental change in the world." (Can't say if he directly influenced Obama, but it sure sounds like it.)

    As to 9/11, he claimed that "United States' policies were an accessory to the crime that happened."  (As has been noted: 9/11 "happened.")

    ~~~~~~~~~~
    Additionally, according to the NY Post:
    "Imam Feisal Abdul Rauf is a key figure in Malaysian-based Perdana Global Peace Organization, according to its Website.
    "Perdana is the single biggest donor ($366,000) so far to the Free Gaza Movement, a key organizer of the six-ship flotilla that tried to break Israel's blockade of the Hamas-run Gaza Strip..."
    And that flotilla was connected to the IHH, a Turkish group with terrorist links.
    http://www.nypost.com/p/news/international/imam_unmosqued_0XbZMwCvHAVdRZEKgx29AK#ixzz0wKPXU2jS
    ~~~~~~~~~~

    All of this is relevant now because Abdul Rauf is about to take an international trip at the behest of the US State  Department.  He will be traveling to such Muslim Arab countries as Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Bahrain and Qatar to "foster greater understanding" of Islam and Muslim communities in the US. So says State Department spokesman P.J. Crowley.

    Understand, please, this will be government funded, with your money (if you are American) and mine (yes, I still pay US taxes) covering the cost.

    Is your blood boiling yet?

    ~~~~~~~~~~
    This is most clearly a White-House inspired venture.  Part of the president's nauseatingly inappropriate outreach to the Muslim world.
    As JINSA -- which summarized the situation with great effectiveness -- wrote:
    "We know a lot of rabbis, some ministers and a few priests. We would be appalled to have the government of the United States, which by law favors no religion, sending a rabbi to Israel - or the former Soviet Union or France or Argentina, where there are communities of Jews - to talk about how Jews live in the United States. Having a priest travel to the Vatican, Honduras, Ireland or the Philippines to describe the lives of American Catholics would be outrageous. Likewise, ministers to Sweden.
    "What business is it of the American government to send a Muslim to Muslim-majority countries to talk about Islam? How offensive is it to think that the American government is using American tax dollars to fly a non-government person around the world to promote the activities and lifestyle of a particular religion."
    ~~~~~~~~~~

    Some of the stories I encountered said that Abdul Rauf was being sent abroad to fund raise for the mosque at Ground Zero.  Technically, however this is not the case.

    Said Crowley, when asked about this: "That would not be something he could do as part of our program."

    Responded JINSA:  "We're so relieved. And we're so sure he will do only as the American government desires."

    JINSA goes on to quote Debra Burlingame, a 9/11 family member, who told The NY Post:

    "We know he has a fund-raising association with Saudi Arabia [which has underwritten programs by the American Society for Muslim Advancement]. He's going to the well, and how can they say they do or don't know what he's doing?"  (emphasis added)

    ~~~~~~~~~~
    A government sanctioned charade is what it is.  My guess, actually, would be that his involvement with the proposed mosque at Ground Zero was a factor in Abdul Rauf's selection for this task.  He'll be able to tell everyone over in Saudi Arabia how accepting New Yorkers are. (I'll have more on that below.)
    ~~~~~~~~~~

    The question now is what will each of you do about this, besides have your blood pressure checked.  This information needs to be put out broadly -- share it, post it, write letters to the editor about it, speak on radio talk shows about it.

    And then, let your elected officials know how enraged you are.  Demand that this be stopped forthwith!

    She's not elected, and probably will pay no heed, but contact Sec. of State Clinton as well:

    Phone: 202-647-6575   Fax: 202-647-1579

    ~~~~~~~~~~
    As always:  numbers count.  Please be polite and succinct, but firm.  State your demands clearly.
    ~~~~~~~~~~

    Now, as to New Yorkers and the Ground Zero mosque:

    The JPost carries columns by one Ray Hanania, an Arab American who is a stand-up comedian as well as a journalist.  I rarely actually agree with him, but he's reasonable.  Today's column was interesting. He laments the fact that Arabs and

    Muslims do not come to the defense of Jewish people as the Jewish community has spoken on behalf of Muslims.  Very nice.

    His example of an instance in which Jews have come forward for Muslims is Jewish defense of the Muslim right to build a mosque at Ground Zero.  He specifically refers to New York mayor, Michael Bloomberg, "whose eyes welled up with emotion while he declared that Muslims have every right to build a mosque just as Christians and Jews could build a church or synagogue nearby."

    Quoting Bloomberg, "Let us not forget that Muslims were among those murdered on 9/11, and that our Muslim neighbors mourned with us as New Yorkers and Americans.  We would betray our values and play into our enemies' hands if we were to treat Muslims differently than anyone else.  In fact, to cave in to popular sentiment would be to hand a victory to the terrorists -- and we should not stand for that."

    I think my eyes are about to well up with emotion as I read this -- that this man could be so obtusely politically correct and get it so wrong.

    Let us not forget that it was neither Christians nor Jews who perpetrated the horror of 9/11, and that Muslims routinely place mosques on sites of historical significance as signs of victory and dominance.  That is why there is a mosque today on the Temple Mount.  I cannot help but wonder how Bloomberg KNOWS that New York Muslims (as a community) mourned that event. My Muslim neighbors here in eastern Jerusalem danced in the streets in celebration on 9/11; that rather traumatized me.  And how does he know they (as a community) identify as Americans, even if they have citizenship, when we have the words of someone like the American born Major Nidal Malik Hasan, the perpetrator of the Fort Hood terrorist attack, who lamented the impossibility of being a good Muslim and an American at the same time.

    Naiveté can be sad or even charming, but in an elected official it is frightening.

    ~~~~~~~~~~
    I am not prescient.  I simply know my customers and have developed an eye for the MO of Barack Obama.  Remember, yesterday, I said that the holds placed on US military assistance to Lebanon may be only temporary, in spite of the appropriate instincts of the Congresspersons involved.  Wait, I wrote, the government may yet say that continuing this assistance -- in the face of threats by certain members of the Lebanese parliament to go to Iran instead -- is in America's interest.
    And guess what?  Our friend Crowley, speaking for the State Department, has now said that assistance to the Lebanese Armed Forces is "in our national interest and contributes to stability in the region."
    Does it really?  Giving arms and training to a force that is allied with Hezbollah is a good thing?
    Crowley had this answer:  "Hezbollah is a fact within Lebanese society and much of our effort in supporting the Lebanese military is in fact the very professionalization that we think helps mitigate that risk."
    Huh?  What he's trying to say is that making the Lebanese army stronger helps protect it from the influence of Hezbollah.
    And I say, more frightening naiveté.  It seems to be endemic.
    We need to watch this closely.
    ~~~~~~~~~~

    At least the IDF is reconsidering its attitude towards the Lebanese army. Says the JPost:

    "The IDF has traditionally viewed the Lebanese army as a relatively neutral force that lacked the hostile intent of Hezbollah.  But last week's unprovoked attack on Israeli soldiers...and the Lebanese Army's failure to take action against the officer who ordered the attack, has dramatically altered the IDF's perception of Lebanon's army."

    Congresswoman Lowey and her subcommittee are said to be waiting on a Lebanese response before deciding whether the hold should be lifted.  I wonder if the refusal of the LAF to discipline the officer who promoted the attack on the IDF will be taken into consideration.

    ~~~~~~~~~~
    One other brief review.  Remember how just a few days ago Netanyahu said that he was going to cooperate with the UN inquiry panel on the flotilla incident because it would help smooth our relationship with Turkey.  At the time I pondered how he could possibly say this.
    We are currently in the midst of our own inquiry by the Turkel Commission, which is separate from the IDF inquiry that was completed recently.  (This is obviously such a major incident in the world that it requires all these investigating bodies.)  Prime Minister Netanyahu testified before the Turkel Commission. This particular testimony is an internal Israeli affair, understand, but one that made considerable press.
    What our prime minister said on Monday was that Turkey did nothing to stop the flotilla, in spite of contacts between Israel and Turkey at "the highest levels."
    And already the Turkish foreign minister, Ahmed Davutoglu, has declared that:
    "Nobody can place the responsibility of killing civilians in international waters on the other party...First of all [Israel] should bear that responsibility.
    "Turkey bears no responsibility in this case and is determined to protect the rights of its own citizens."
    Sitting on a UN panel with these guys is going to make things a lot better, I'm sure.
    From Matot Arim - Where is Democracy in Israel and Freedom to Protest????? David Ish- Shalom arrested. For What?????
    bs"d
    Please watch the video account documenting peaceful protest of less than 30 people that was terminated by the Israeli Police.
    From Matot Arim:
    MR. POLICE MINISTER -- WHY DID YOU ARREST A MAN OF PEACE?
    http://www.inn.co.il/News/Flash.aspx/296523 is a Hebrew-language account of the arrest of "Dont-release-Hamas-terrorists!" activist David Ish-Shalom.
    Read (in English) of Mr. Ish-Shalom's quiet, peaceful rally yesterday:  http://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/138996 which -- amazingly - triggered the arrest.
    Please write to Mr. Evette-Avigdor Liberman aliberman@knesset.gov.il , head of the Yisrael Beytenu party. This is the party whose minister -- Mr. Police Minister I. Aharonovich -- is in charge of this incident. Ask: Why was Mr. Ish-Shalom arrested for protesting Hamas terrorist release, when a minister from Yisrael Beytenu was Police Minister and could have prevented the arrest? What happened to democracy and freedom of protest? What crime could Mr. Ish Shalom, whose quiet, respectable vigil was videotaped, possibly have committed?
    When Mr. Liberman responds to you, which he is obliged to do, please send his reply to brave Mr. Ish-Shalom:  davidishalom1@gmail.com with some words of encouragement from you for this dedicated Israeli. Feel free to join Mr. Ish Shalom at his next vigil. He says he will not be intimidated and we do so much hope he will find the strength to continue and prevent this terrible  danger to Israelis, Jews and other innocent people countrywide and worldwide.
    Dear Fellow Activists and Media Professionals, amv"sh
    פקיד שמאלן חוגג  Bureacrat Runs Amok
    It's almost September, and hundreds of children in Judea and Samaria still don't have classrooms -- because of the building freeze which still isn't over.
    Herculean efforts were made. Portable, temporary buildings were found which could hold classrooms. The Minister of Education and Knesset Education Committee even managed to persuade strongly leftwing Defense Minister Ehud Barak that all children are legally entitled to an education, and he agreed. The Ministry of Defense's legal experts went through the whole project to make sure all was in perfect order, and it seemed  like the problem was finally, finally solved.
    And then suddenly -- back to Square 1.At the last minute or in fact weeks after the last minute, a radical pro-Palestinian legal advisor in the Ministry of Justice, Mr. Malkiel ("Mike") Blass, decides that HE needs to personally review the legal situation of each and every proposed portable building: http://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/news.aspx/138951.  Yes, this legal review has already been done by entire teams of legal experts at Defense, but Blass says he must do it again -- and will give his response "soon".
    Please could you contact Justice Minister Yakov Neeman - phone 026466527, fax  026285438 and ask him to exert his authority over Mr. Blass - because in a democratic country, there is always a minister  responsible for each mean, uncooperative official. Mr. Neeman IS that minister. Mr. Neeman needs to understand that the public is very capable of distinguishing between fair, reasonable legal review and between last-minute, just-pretending-to-be-legal initiatives on the part of radical left officials who will do ANYTHING to hassle around the communities of Judea and Samaria, even on the backs of little children. Minister Neeman, what terrible legal problem could possibly come up, AFTER the Ministry of Defense's team has already reviewed everything, with TEMPORARY buildings being placed in EMPTY lots for the benefit of children WHO DO NOT HAVE CLASSROOMS?
    Could you please also urge Education Minister Gidon Saar (phone 025602330, fax 025602246) NOT to be intimidated by this pushy, unfair, extreme official. Tell Mr. Saar you expect him to stand up to Malkiel Blass very firmly -- and make sure those classrooms go forward -- and get finished on time!
    If you know Mr. Neeman personally, could you possibly mention to him the problems that his employee Mr. Blass has been causing -- for a thousand children of Judea and Samaria, and for all of us who love them. As always, thanks for helping -- from Mattot Arim
    My letter to Mayor Bloomberg re: WTC Fwd: City of New York Auto Acknowledgment Correspondence #
    bs"d
    Dear Fellow Activists and Media Professionals, amv"sh
    Now check out this YouTube - No mosque at Ground Zero
    Please help fight the building the Mosque at Ground Zero.
    fyi All of you and your readers can  write to Mayor Bloomberg against building the Mosque near Ground Zero. ( In addition you can sign your name on a petition with Act For America).
    Just go on NYC.gov http://www.nyc.gov/portal/site/nycgov/menuitem.bd08ee7c7c1ffec87c4b36d501c789a0/index.jsp?doc_name=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nyc.gov%2Fhtml%2Fmail%2Fhtml%2Fmayor.html and fill out the form and write a letter.  You will get an automatic reply in return.
    Also, please read an email I received tonight by  Prof.  Paul Eidelberg's who puts much of the blame on President Obama and the penetration of  foreign ideologies to America.
    Mayor Bloomberg, however, is allowing the Mosque near the WTC Ground Zero from a totally different angle.  His concern is free enterprise.  He doesn't want to interfere with private sector and real estate.
    Prof. Eidelberg writes: "How to counter this unprecedented and fatal situation boggles the mind, especially in view of the First Amendment and American civil rights which these Muslim organizations know how to exploit to America's detriment. "
    I strongly suggest that the Mayor  reconsider in light of  this persuasive You tube, my arguments, (see below),  as well as what Prof. Eidelberg writes.  Let me add that New Yorkers are already  very annoyed  towards Mayor Bloomberg  because of excessive, (many unjustified) parking tickets.  While this does generate income for NYC in an obnoxious way, it also adversely affects the quality of life here.  His unwillingness to see beyond private enterprise as the end in and of itself, and his unwillingness to see a greater comprehensive picture when it comes to Islam will surely erode his popularity in New York City.
    Dear Mayor Bloomberg, amvsh
    I hear your arguments which defends the right of  purchase of private property for the purpose of building a religious institution.  However, if there is sufficient reason to believe that money to fund this mosque has a source in the Islamic Brotherhood which share ideology with Nazi Germany the rules change.  Private enterprise has then allowed the infiltration of a hateful ideology, a virus than can destroy private enterprise from within. Please do your research carefully before you inject your city with a disease that is painfully difficult to eradicate.
    America and Israel, Israel and America
    Prof. Paul Eidelberg
    Pamela Geller's "The Post-American Presidency" (forward by the eminent John Bolton) indicates that America has been systematically penetrated by countless Muslim organizations.  The proliferation of these organizations, like the proliferation of mosques, is ominous and astonishing.  Many of these organizations and mosques are funded by Saudi Arabia and Iran.  Muslim organizations operate at all levels and sectors of American society.  Many are connected directly or indirectly with terrorist organizations, including the Muslim Brotherhood, whose ultimate goal is the Islamization of America and the destruction of Israel.
    How to counter this unprecedented and fatal situation boggles the mind, especially in view of the First Amendment and American civil rights which these Muslim organizations know how to exploit to America's detriment.  What makes matters worse is the man in the White House.  It is clear from his own words that Obama identifies with Islam, perhaps most significantly displayed by his bowing to Saudi King Abdullah—guardian of Mecca.  We need to address the fact, manifested in many ways, that Obama is committed to America's demise as a sovereign state.  Of profound and sweeping significance, he scorns the American Declaration of Independence, its doctrine of "natural rights," its basic ideas of individual freedom and limited government.
    This president is steeped in cultural relativism.  He deplores America as the greatest world power.  He rejects American "exceptionalism" and therefore turns a blind eye to its generosity and magnanimity, its desire to liberate rather than dominate.  He is utterly ignorant of what this Democratic Republic stands for, its commitment to the primacy of reason and persuasion as opposed to the primacy of force and coercion.
    Obama possesses the grievance mentality of Marxism displayed by his mentors—Bill Ayers, Saul Alinsky, Louis Farrakhan, and the irreverend Jeremiah Wright.  Stamped on his tabula rasa we see the duplicity and anti-Semitism of Islam.  We see the narcissism of a man without a country, a man without knowledge of history, a man without any well-grounded sense of identity.  He boasts of being a "cosmopolitan."  He is a multiculturalist devoid of culture.
    His appointments to the Supreme Court are cut from the same cloth.  Both Sonia Sotomayer and Elena Kagan would subordinate America and its Constitution to foreign law or leftwing inspired international law. Both would effectively negate the Declaration's principle of popular sovereignty, of government by the consent of the governed.  Hence both would disempower the American people.
    Many of Obama's appointments to the executive departments of government follow the same anti-American ideology.  And what is no mere coincidence, many are outspokenly anti-Israel.  America and Israel, Israel and America—one the source, the other guardian, of Western Civilization.  We had better do something about the tyranny that has been loosened in America and that threatens America's most important ally, Israel.
