Original post sent to my activist list and to media regarding Rick Santorum and his Prayer Delegation trip to Israel August 2014. I am updating this post periodically, (see above), since I am following Rick Santorum and his remarks. I consider Rick Santorum a good friend of Israel and wish him well.

Please take some time to listen to Rick Santorum's statements from 2012 and you will be convinced as I have, that he is true friend of Israel. If you are connected to the media in Israel please ask them to cover Rick Santorum's visit.
I have specifically cc'd Rabbi Wolpo, CEO of the Gush Katif Museum since I would like Rick Santorum and his delegation to visit the Gush Katif Museum in Jerusalem while he is there.

The reason Gaza has been taken over by Hamas and Israel has had to fight wars ever since, is because Israel expelled 22 beautiful Jewish communities in 2005 with almost 10,000 people. It is imperative that we learn the lessons of Gush Katif so that we do not repeat them with Judea and Samaria. YESHA, an acronym for Yehuda, Shomron and Aza (Judea, Samaria and Gaza), is territory indigenous to the Jewish People settled by our forefathers and is the Biblical Heartland of the Jewish People. We need people like Rick Santorum to counter the lies of Jimmy Carter who insist that Palestine belongs to the Palestinians and is occupied by Israel!

SANTORUM: Oh, so it depends whether it's recent or not? So we should have given New Mexico and Texas back 150 years go?

The bottom line is that that is legitimately Israeli country. And they have a right to do within their country just like we have a right to do within our country. If they want to negotiate with Israelis, and all the people who live in the West Bank are Israelis, they're not Palestinians. This is Israeli land.
