RCRF Dinner - Sunday, Nov 9th, PLS FWD: Rabbi Algaze Phenomenal speaker for YESHA, tell all SINGLES, MARRIEDS, Yahrzeit of Crystalnacht,

bs"d

Please forward to your lists.  Hang up the fliers (see attachment)

Dear Friends, amv"sh

This Dinner is always a winner.  But this year it's a necessity.  VeShavu Banim LigVulam! .  YESHA is literally being abandoned by the IDF. Settlers are not defended when attacked and when they respond in self defense are arrested.  This is being done in the name of "Confidence building measures of the Peace Process".  HEBRON is being "protected" by FATAH Soldiers.  Adjacent to Kiryat Arba, the Federman's homes of 9 children ages 1 to 17 and the home of Sinai and Rivka Tor were destroyed, reduced to rubble, between 1:30 and 3:00am. No prior warning.  Their home closed off from family and friends.   They and their kids were physically beaten, thrown out of bed and out of their homes.  They were not alloiwed to take anything with them.  The babies were separated from their Mother cruelly.   Rachel Imeinu is crying...... But Oved Federman 12 years old has the right spirit.  He said "We will rebuild".  (go on Hebron website for heart wrenching videos and news).

There is a delicious, nourishing buffet and Rachel Imeinu cake for desert.  The program is much more than a fancy Dinner.  This is an activist Dinner for YESHA as well and Evelyn will understand if you can not afford to pay full price.  My husband and myself have tried to pay the asking price because we know what a worthy cause this is.  But Evelyn will work with what you have and has attracted many activists to her Dinner knowing that there are more ways to contribute to Kever Rocheland RCRF than just with money. Of course she needs to cover the cost of the Dinner but her expenses do not compare with traditional dinners. This Dinner is a must for all lovers of Eretz Yisroel and Yesha Activists!. Make your reservations and call in your ads! (Please let me know as well if you wish to attend! )

Please forward and post on Singles web sites and tell your single friends.   Od YEshama B'AREI YEHUDA...  If Arei Yehuda, the cities in Judea and the Outskirts of Jerusalem are now being negotiated (given) away then this prophesy typically sung at weddings will take even longer....
Please tell your friends that have grown up children and Senior Citizens.  Please tell your friends that can get a babysitter.  You will get your moneys worth for this evening... food, entertainment, socialization, thought provoking lectures and stimulating thought, activism for Eretz Yisroel and your share in building up a living presence at Kever Rochel.

HEBRON IN DANGER

Hebron in Danger.

Please go on the Hebron website  to see the following video entitled Hebron in Danger produced in 1996 and recirculated now for obvious reasons. For background about this video please read about it in this article by David Wilder.

The Hebron Response

David Wilder
October 24, 2008

The past few weeks have been extremely busy. So much so that finding time to put down a few words on paper has been almost impossible. But now, with the holidays over, with life returning to some kind of normalcy, the time has come.

One of the more important stories coming out of Hebron lately was the revelation that Israeli Defense Minister Ehud Barak gave a green light to allow close to a thousand additional armed terrorists in uniform, aka 'palestinian police' into the H1 – Arab-controlled zone of Hebron.

Flashback: The Year: 1996 – The United States is frenetically pressuring Israel to immediately sign and implement the 'Hebron Accords,' a direct continuation of Oslo, dividing Hebron into two, very unequal zones: H1- fully controlled by Arafat's PA, with a full Israeli withdrawal from that side of the city, comprising some 80% of Hebron, and H-2 – to be under Israeli security control but PA administrative control, comprising about 20% of the city.

Included in the deal are the hills surrounding the Jewish neighborhoods of Hebron as well as Ma'arat HaMachpela: Abu-Sneneh to the south and Harat a'Shech to the north.

During an immense media campaign to attempt to prevent the abandonment of most of Hebron, the Hebron Jewish Community releases a film in Hebrew and English, titled, "Hebron in Danger." Released and screened at a press conference in Jerusalem the short video predicts the results of transfer of the city and the hills to the Arabs: massive shooting attacks at the Jewish neighborhoods in the city.

Israeli press and politicians sneeringly labeled Hebron's residents as 'hysterical' and 'panicking.' When community leaders climbed the Abu-Sneneh hills with Knesset members and government ministers to show them the danger first-hand, then Hebron Commander Col. Gaddi Shamni (now a full general, commander of the Central Region) would give his own explanation: 'of course there could be danger if there wasn't peace, but now Israeli is in the midst of a peace process – with peace there shouldn't be any danger to Hebron's Jewish residents.'

Flashback: The eve of Rosh HaShana – the Jewish New Year, 2000: Massive gunfire erupts from Abu-Sneneh and Harat a'Shech towards the Jewish neighborhoods in Hebron; gunfire which continues for almost two years.

Flashback: The Avraham Avinu neighborhood, March 26, 2001 at about 4:00 in the afternoon: An Arab sniper shoots and kills 10 month old Shalhevet Pass. Shalhevet was shot in the head; her father, Itzik was shot in legs; her mother, standing next to them, is uninjured.

Flashback: November 15, 2002: Worshipers Way, between Hebron and Kiryat Arba: Following the terror in Netanya and the Adura community outside of Hebron, Israel retook security control of all of Hebron. Following the Succot holidays in 2002, then Defense Minister Binyamin Ben Eliezer again withdrew all Israeli forces from the
H-1 zone in Hebron, leaving that side of the city under total Arab control. On Friday night, Nov. 15, three terrorists attacked Jews walking back to Kiryat Arba from Ma'arat HaMachpela. The ensuing battle left 12 men dead, including three civilian members of the Kiryat Arba emergency security squad and 9 officers and soldiers, including the commander of the Hebron region, Col. Dror Weinberg. The attack was a direct result of the abandonment of 80% of Hebron.

Fast forward: October, 2008: Defense Minister Ehud Barak gives the OK to again allow armed terrorists in uniform, under the auspices of PA president Abu Mazen, to patrol in Hebron, with a massive reduction of Israeli troops in the H-1 zone.

Fast forward: 2009 - ???????

A few days ago I was up on Abu Sneneh with a small group from Hebron, and Likud MK Gilad Ardan. Looking down at the Avraham Avinu neighborhood, Beit Romano, and Ma'arat HaMachpela, I had trouble conceptualizing that the Israeli government was about to make the same mistake again, thereby placing not only the lives of Hebron's Jewish population, and the thousands who visit Hebron in jeopardy, but also Jews throughout Israel, who will again be endangered by terrorists leaving Hebron, to explode in cities all over the country.

What is Hebron's response?

Of course, Hebron's leadership is in contact with various public officials to attempt to pressure Barak to cancel his permit allowing more armed terrorists back into Hebron. MK Ardan demanded that the attorney general, Manny Mazuz, prevent such a fateful decision from being implemented, arguing that a 'transitional government' doesn't have the legal authority to enact such a decision.

However, the authentic reaction is not political. Last week, during the Succot holiday, over 50,000 Jews visited Hebron. Over the past month and a half, some 100,000 people visited Hebron. These numbers speak for themselves.

Last Thursday, the day of the Hebron music festival, thousands upon thousands packed the Ma'arat HaMachpela courtyard, participating in the joyous celebration. Hundreds of children rode on donkeys and participated in an arts and crafts festival behind the Gutnick Center. Tourists visited all Jewish neighborhoods in the city, including the Kasba and the Cave of Otniel ben Knaz. Again, Am Yisrael did not disappoint: the street were packed with visitors from all over Israel and around the world, showing their overwhelming support for Hebron and the city's Jewish community.

True, much more work is necessary, to bring more Jews not only to visit Hebron, but also to live in Hebron, and to keep additional terrorists far, far away. But fifty thousand in one week is certainly a very good start. The is the true Hebron response – to continue to keep Hebron and Ma'arat HaMachpela open, not only for the Jews, but for those of all races and religions, allowing all to experience the wonder of the city of Abraham and Sarah.

And B'ezrat HaShem, with G-d's help, this will help to keep the terrorists away. At the very least, it will proclaim loud and clear: We are here to stay. Hebron- Now and Forever.

Message from David Bedein to Israel Kaplan

 Dear Izzy,

...I can report , on the record, that staffers of the Min of Foreign Affairs and the PM office are waiting to see if there is any feedback or protest registered with either office from around the world concerning the their opening salvo of:

1. Surrounding the Jewsih community of Hebron and Kiryat Arba with a PLO army

2. Bulldozing Federman's home with no warning.

3. Anouncing their intention to order mass "administrative" detentions of potential protesters. .

The Peres's NGO network,  Peace Now, and  the New Israel Fund support network
have not YET  orchestrated letters from the other side.

This is the time to take the initiatve to swamp all foreign missions with letters of protest, always followed by calls to confirm that they got the letter.

Renana Goldhar, Expulsion of Federman linked to 500 new Fatah Police in Hebron - Yesha Jews used as fodder for the US/European bid to appease Arab powers to form falsely identified alliance against Iran.

bs"d

Excellent points by Renanah Goldhar - Expulsion of Federman linked to 500 new Fatah Police in Hebron - Yesha Jews used as fodder for the US/European bid to appease Arab powers to form falsely identified alliance against Iran.

Renanah writes:
>Also, and I apologize if this upsets any of my friends but:
Shall we consider a vigil in addition to a letter?  Why are we not mounting a vigil as well as a letter and having the letter published in the papers?  Why not a public meeting as well.  Why not the showing of the video if it is useful. (I haven't seen it yet.)

My comments:

Renanah, Any public awareness would counter the leftist media portraying the settlers as being  "militants" in an immoral nature.  The leftist media demonizes the settlers with a moral equivalency of terrorists.  Yet, Elisheva's tesimony has shown that the Yassam Police have treated the Federman babies with cruelty.

The Government will even go so far as to plant "settlers" that will act and speak as true militant terrorists turning public opinion against them.  Yesha and Israeli citizens,  are actually denied freedom of expression and freedom of press.

The truth is that these citizens of Yesha and loyal citizens of Israel have the moral obligation to defend their homes and families and  entitlement to our Land in Judea and Samaria and we have the moral obligation to defend their right to do so.  This militancy should be equated rather to the founding fathers of the United States of America who due to intolerable acts against them joined forces and established military brigades to fight the British.  This resulted in the Revolutionary War that history has proven to be a moral and just War.

The settlers in Judea and Samaria are actually loyal tax paying citizens of Israel whose gov't has actually betrayed them and have consistently abandoned them to fend for themselves. They have turned a blind eye to rocket attacks and have exercised "restraint" in fighting with terrorists. They have released hundreds of terrorists, many with blood on their hands within the civilian population as "confidence building peace initiatives" . They have literally placed settlers under arrest and thrown them into prison  (including young girls), beating up defenseless men women and children, girls and boys with clubs and riot horses, or placing them under house arrest or expelling them from their homes.. They have thrown innocent widows and orphans out of their homes in the middle of the night and destroyed their property ruthlessly. They have done the same for the Federmans whose only crime is their love of the Land and who have dared to expose the corrupt and faulty justice system and taught others to defend themselves from this corrupt Judicial system.

The government of Israel has used  intimidating tactics to silence any opposition and in the process have also attacked respected member of the Knesset as well as a former Mayor such as Daniella Weiss.  Thei rcorrupt judicial system encourages bribery and harassment of those that dare insist on fairness and due process.

Renanah, this video is simply heart wrentching.

I would hope and expect the Hebron Community to join  forces and raise H-ll about this.  Leaders of the Hebron community includes:

 (
The Hebron Community spokespeople are Noam Arnon and Dovid Wilder, Rav Simcha Hochbaum and the Hebron Fund - Yossi Baumol Exec. Director,
Chabad Hebron (Rabbi and Reb.  Danny Cohen, Rabbai Victor Attias, the Nachshon Family), Yeshiva Nir Kiryat Arba (Rav Waldman),
Yeshiva Shavei Hebron (Rabbi Bleicher),
the Mayor of Hebron - Avrohom Ben Yosef,
the Mayor of Kiryat Arba - Tzvi Katsover,
Rav Lior and the Rabbanei Yesha) etc.)

From Hebron all of Yesha can be united since the children and grandchildren of these pioneers in Hebron can be found throughout Yesha.

Rabbi Levinger, may he have a speedy recovery, and his Eishes Chayil Miriam Levinger amv"sh were among the pioneers of the entire Eretz Yisroel Movement in YESHA.

We must unite under the banner of Torah and show determination and strength for YESHA and against any foreign Sovereign State as promoted by both Obama,McCain Condeleeza Rice and  the Bush Administration..

Who wrote this?  I think it is very good.  It puts the charge of brutality against the Federman's in the context of appeasing the world powers who wish to appease the Arabs.  Because of this connection it is necessary to highlight our legal entitelment AND the Fatah/Arab committment to the destruction of Israel as part of the Nazi continuum. I suggest that it be considered whether it is necessary to highlight the obvious moves to transfer land to the Arabs through many acts including and especially the addition in Hebron of 500 Arab "policeman" during the same time as the Federman home destruction.  I would ask whether our letter should include the pleas by Rabbi Riskin, Waldman and Hevron community not be "be abandoned" to the same Arabs who have murdered Jews in this very area.  Also, in Gaza we see what giving them our land has done.  Is is an idea for Rabbi Riskin and Waldman to input into our letter?

Also, and I apologize if this upsets any of my friends but:
Shall we consider a vigil in addition to a letter?  Why are we not mounting a vigil as well as a letter and having the letter published in the papers?  Why not a public meeting as well.  Why not the showing of the video if it is useful. (I haven't seen it yet.)

Again I come to the question of the nature of the relationship between the Federman home destruction and the bringing in of 500 Arabs to man security.  Is this addition of the Arab "policeman" not an obvious name for securing the transfer of land from the Jews to Arabs?  Why is there not outrage at this?  Why are we not focussing on this?  I ask this not retorically but in the nature of seeking understanding.

I spoke of  the Federman home destruction today to a person in the Jewish Day School system who is as opposed as I am to giving land to Arabs.  She did not know about the Federman homes and scoffed: "Well if their homes were destroyed then I'm sure there was a good reason."

My point is that I worry that  the Federman home destruction was a test case to have Jews in and outside of Israel polarize themselves against the "settlers" so as to take attention away from what the Jewish public might indeed oppose i.e. bringing in 500 Arabs and giving them "security" power and the even larger picture of frantically giving land to them under the juristriction of a government who does not have the loyalty of the people. (Recall the frantic behavior of the Nazis in Hungary and elsewhere to "finish the job" in the last months.)    If this logic is accurate then the government is counting on us NOT focussing on the Arab policeman i.e. the transfer of juristiction of our land to people who have murdered us and pledge to continue the same.  I suspect we Jews are being used as fodder for the U.S./European bid to appease Arab powers so as to form a falsely identified
alliance against Iran.   If this is accurate, then this is what needs to be brought out.  And this is what the government is afraid of being brought out because THEY HAVE MORE REASON TO JUDGE THAT JEWS WILL OPPOSE THIS MORE THAN THE DESTRUCTION OF THE HOMES OF "SETTLERS" WHO THEY PRESENT AS DANGEROUS AND UNLAWFUL. The Federman house destruction AND the brutality of it are just the tip of the iceberg.

Chasdei Hashem that this family was not brutally murdered like in Nazi Germany.  Thank G-d  we are still under Israeli Sovereignty.  It could have been much worse under a State of Palestine.....There is still time to do something before worse things happen....

Yet, Hashem is giving us some time to prove to Him that we do not deserve another Holocaust.

But there is not much time to act.

Be aware that Article 12 in the FATAH Charter is the complete liberation of Palestine and eradication of Zionist economic, political, military and cultural existence.

The forefather of FATAH is non other than the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem who alligned himself with Hitler Yemach Shemo. The Palestinians, who Obama, McCain and the Bush Administration including Condeeza Rice and even Malcolm Hoenlein, wish to empower and made a Sovereign State, are simply Amalek dressed in moderate clothes.

It is very conceivable that a Palestinian Authority who has the extinction of Israel in their Charter and glorifies Jihad, would find justification to actually murder Jews (as long as it wouldn't affect their PR) and very possibly would have gone much further than the Gov't of Israel on their attack on the "settlers" who are demonized and represented in the leftist media as being terrorists themselves..

Politically the Palestinians will not publicly speak like Hamas since they feel that such tactics are not as effective but they glorify those that commit Jihad.

The Federman case is a test.  The gov't of Israel wants to see how we Jews will respond to this provocation and whether the expulsion of Yesha will be met with serious resistance or whether it will proceed relatively peacefully as was seen in Gush Katif.

Send this to your contacts and family and let them know what's happening! Especially show it to influential Rabbanim like Rav Yaakov Perlow, Rosh Agudath Yisroel and Rosh Moetzet Gedolei Hatorah in America  and Rav Shmuel Kamenetsky, Rosh Yeshiva of Philadelphia and spiritual mentor of the Chofets Chaim Heritage Foundation who can mobilize and influence hundreds of thousands of caring Jews within days to scream out with pain and have yet not done so.  Will they simply organize tefilla rallies that don't speak with clarity regarding our entitlement to Eretz Yisroel and continue to refuse to validate the struggle of the righteous Jews in YESHA?.

These Torah organizations, who at the moment are acting politicaly, have the contacts, Yeshivahs, Rabbanim,  databases and resources and Washington offices that can make a difference.

When it comes to Pikuach Nefesh our job is to act and protest whether or not we know if we will be effective says the Lubavitch Rebbe and we don't wait for others to speak out first.

Let everyone know that we are not willing to stand by silently when this horrific action of the Israeli gov't takes place unprotested. If we do not protest it will happen again and again chas veshalam.   Let us proclaim our entitlement to all of  Eretz Yisroel especially in Yehuda and Shomron the heart of Eretz Yisroel. .

We can see what is being born. We are very worried for our own lives and homes and families within the very near future.  In America, with the precarious economic situation as it is, is a precurser for antisemitism just like in 1929.  Just ask Rebbetzin Esther Jungreiss.

If we stand by idly while our fellow brothers are brutally attacked what zechut will we have for ourselves?

Will we refuse to act and instead  cry a senseless cry like the generation of the Miraglim of our weaknesses and our inablilities to effect change or will we take the cry of Calev and Yehoshua and put our faith in Hashem and go up to conquer the Land.?

What you are about to view is extremely disturbing.   What is even more disturbing is who was responsible for the destruction of the Federman home and the psychological damage that these children will have throughout their lives.
We will do a great service to the State of Israel and to the Jewish world as a whole by forwarding this film to as many individuals and lists as possible.   Why you ask?   The only way in which we are able to put an end to the EVIL that has locked on to those who run Eretz Yisrael is by publicizing what they are doing to us.   To be silent gives this evil the opportunity to continue doing it to many others.   Don't be one of this generations silent Jews.    Treat Elisheva Federman and her family as you would your very own.

Breaking NEWS! YEHUDAH GLICK Executive Director of Temple Institute arrested today. RAISE AWARENESS. See Top story A7

bs"d

Police Arrest Temple Institute Director
http://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/128004

As you can see in the article, they arrested him for provocation etc.  I just spoke to Rabbi Richman of Temple Institute who said that they had clearly coordinated with the Police beforehand giving them all the names and address of the people that wished to go on Temple Institute in order for things to go smoothly.  In return for being so cooperative, they sent in the Yassam, Riot police.  It is obvious that the provocoteurs are the Police and not Yehuda Glick and company!

The police should be arrested for sending the Yassam police on innocent Jews and provoking them.   A G-d fearing Jew who merely coordinated those that wish to pray on Temple Mount in places where their Rabbanim have determined is permissable to pray, cooperated with the police, and got arrested. Why were the riot police called?????The names and identity of 500 people that wished to daven on Temple Mount have been given to the Police.  Now what is stopping the police to use this information to harrass them?

And if they hadn't cooperate then of course they will be accused of provocation etc.
