Kerry links wave of terrorism in Israel to settlement activity
http://www.jpost.com/Israel-News/Politics-And-Diplomacy/Kerry-to-visit-Israel-amid-crisis-423892 WASHINGTON -- A "massive increase in settlements" built by Israel in recent years has led to the "frustration" and "violence" now stoking its decades-old conflict with the Palestinians, US Secretary of State John Kerry said at Harvard University on Tuesday night....

My comments:  Chronology of events in the Middle East....

"Judea and Samaria" labeled in international Media as  "The West Bank".

"The West Bank" was then referred to as "Disputed Territories".

Then Obama spoke in Cairo and labeled what was previously known as "the Disputed Territories" as "Illegal Territories".

Kerry apparently feels that  by Israel building in Judea and Samaria (which is now internationally accepted as illegal), provoked the Arabs and he inferred that this explains/justifies? the recent wave of terror and violence now hitting Israel.

My take on this is as follows.  I will not apologize for settlement activity on Judea and Samaria nor go on the defensive!!!! It's an embarrassment that Netanyahu has tried to limit settlement activity according to the pressures of the Obama Administration and this is what he gets in return.  A Wave of Terror!!!!

There is a Chillul Hashem, a void,  that has been created because Israel has yet to be clear that Judea and Samaria is the heartland of the Promised Land according to the Bible. All Bible believers know that The Land was Promised to Israel by the G-d of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob who made a Covenant with them and their spiritual and biological descendants, the Children of Israel (descendants of the 12 Tribes of Jacob) as an everlasting inheritance.

Therefore, it follows that Israel IS settling Judea and Samaria legally thereby fulfilling G-d's plan for the Land of Israel.

In fact, the territory of Judea and Samaria is the inheritance of the Tribes of Judah, Benjamin, and Josef (Ephraim and Manasheh).

The Jews of today are the direct descendants of the Judean Kingdom who were the Tribes of Judah and the Tribe of Benjamin,  and Levites (of which the Kohanim, the priests, are a subset).

Therefore, the Arabs claim to Judea and Samaria is totally nonexistent and false from a Biblical perspective.

Oslo and the Two State Solution are mutually exclusive of G-d assigned boundaries of the Land of Israel.

Mother Rachel is crying bitterly for the return of her children to their borders and Rachel's descendants are  the Tribe of  Josef and the Tribe of Benjamin. Who knows, perhaps after the 10 lost tribes were exiled, among them the Tribe of Ephraim and half of the Tribe of Menashe, they were later embedded in Christianity, also known as Notzrim. Perhaps they are among this group,  many of whom are the staunchest protectors and defenders of modern day Israel inclusive of Judea and Samaria.  Case in point....

A Plea for the Rabbanim of our Times:

As Rabbanim,  experts in the Written and Oral Torah Law, your testimony is the required evidence that is needed to end this Chillul Hashem, this void,  once and for all.  With Tallis and Tefillin make a statement for Israel to stand true to the Torah and assert with strength our claim to Har HaBayit (Temple Mount), Yehuda and the Shomron (Judea and Samaria) based on the Covenant Hashem made with our Forefathers and to their seed, the Nation of Israel and to all righteous converts who join with the Nation of Israel.

Let us take our cue from Abbas and Hamas and cancel the Oslo Accords as it is inconsistent with G-d's boundaries.

Failure to provide testimony in front of the UN or any international recognized court of law as per our G-d given entitlement to the complete Land of Israel,  is very problematic.   Isn't failure to provide testimony in a court of law one of the examples given of Grama whereby one is held accountable in a heavenly court... grama..chayav bidei Shamayim....

Also it is proper to mention the Covenant G-d made with Noah and the 7 Noahide laws which is Universal Morality.  The Land of Israel welcomes and fends for non Jewish residents, known as Ger Toshav, as long as they abide by the 7 Noahide laws and accepts Israel's Sovereignty.

Fatah and Hamas, do not fit in this category.  They clearly violate the 7 Noahide laws with their violence and incitement to murder and use of their children as either human shields or suicide bombers and place their children in the front line of combat. This is reminiscent of the idolatrous practices of the sacrifices of children to the Molech. They glorify Jihad and celebrate terror attacks where innocent men, women and children are murdered.

Universal Morality: The Seven Noahide Laws http://m.chabad.org/therebbe/article_cdo/aid/62221/jewish/Universal-Morality.htm

It is fitting for Israel to isolate those who do not qualify as Ger Toshav, get rid of this poisonous element within Israel's midst before they do to us what we should have done to them.  We can learn from Joshua's model.  We should not fear them..... If they hate Israel so much, let them have the freedom to leave Israel and go to any of the 22 Muslim countries out there....Or if they choose to do jihad, we can accommodate their desire to go to "heaven"...

Shabbos Parshas Beshalach, 12th Day of Shevat, 5741 (1981)
Free translation from the talks of the Lubavitcher Rebbe, Rabbi Menachem M. Schneerson
The words "the L‑rd will have war with Amalek from generation to generation" teaches us that even though Moshe had already battled with Amalek, the eternal battle with him still remains. The injunction "go out, fight with Amalek" always applies. But a Jew can mistakenly think: why need he actually go out and fight with Amalek? He can help win the war merely by saying Tehillim and praying.7 Indeed, in the original war with Amalek, we see that Moshe himself did not go out to war, but instead went up on the mountain and prayed for victory.
The answer is clear. Moshe went to pray only after he had instructed Yehoshua to "choose us out men, and go out, fight with Amalek." Prior to this, Yehoshua had never "moved from within the tent [of Moshe]," and yet, when necessary, when instructed by Moshe, went to war. As Rashi comments on the words "go out and fight" — "go out from the cloud and battle with them." Moshe was emphasizing that at times it is necessary to leave the protection of the cloud and do battle with Amalek.
And let no-one assume that, like Moshe, he will not actually go to war, but pray and learn instead. For Halachah clearly states that he who compares himself to Moshe Rabbeinu is to be punished with a fine. Would it be that he be at least like Yehoshua, and go out and fight.
7.We find that in the wars waged by King Dovid, he did not actually lead the armies; but rather his general Yo'ov, while Dovid himself prayed for victory.
