Come to Protest Rally tomorrow, Tuesday, April 8th, flyering 4 pm, speeches 5:30-7 PM UJA-Federation Bldg., 130 E. 59 St., Bet. Lex & Park Aves

Friends, See below links to organizations and media promoting/supporting this protest rally. Please support them and their advertisers! Their activism and journalism reflects a love of Israel.

Dear Fellow Brothers and Sisters at UJA Federation and JCRC, amv"sh

We may be giving you guys a hard time with all this negative publicity and this protest rally,  but deep down we believe and want to believe that you love Israel and the Jewish People and you have tremendous Kochot, power, to do good for Israel and for the Jewish People.  It is for this reason you are leaders of the Jewish Community and have implemented many worthy projects.. It is not surprising that you want a large tent and to be all inclusive.  It is a reflection, we hope, of your very big and open heart  to spread kindness and goodness throughout the world, for Jews and non Jews alike.

What we are protesting, is how this can be best accomplished.  We are convinced that your open tent policy needs some boundaries and limits.  In order for the Parade to give justice, recognition and tribute to Israel that she so rightfully deserves,  it is necessary also to exclude. You will agree that this concept of setting limits and boundaries is key in raising healthy and productive children. Failure of  setting boundaries and limits often leads to the opposite... selfish and self centered children who take over and make the rules. .

Take those inner strengths you possess and delve deep within your conscience to turn things around so that Israel and the Jewish People lead the world in the ways of the Torah which is the guiding light for Israel and for the Nations of the world.

It is with deep appreciation that I read that this years parade will feature groups from Judea and Samaria as part of our Parade.  (Anyone from Judea and Samaria, interested in participating please contact Richard Allen rallen@acbi.com )These communities are the creme de la creme.  They love the Land and are the pioneers and most authentic Zionists of today.  These beautiful communities of Judea and Samaria are adorned with agriculture and greenery, industry, academia, technology and most importantly filled with the sweet sounds of music of Torah learning, and their children are proud of their heritage. They are model societies for all to emulate.  Are these the people the BDS marchers want to hurt and demonize and heartlessly take away from them their homes and livelihoods for which these people have toiled, a labor of love and their personal expression of their love of the Land, love of the Torah and love of G-d?

We who see the truth clearly can not allow this travesty of justice to happen.  We call upon you to embrace these communities and with pride let the world know that we are one people and can not be divided!  Our Land is one and can not be divided!  We protest any talk of negotiating our precious Land away because we know that we and only we, the people of Israel are the violinist who can make this Holy Land produce music for the entire world to enjoy.  And as Rita at the Jerusalem Conference said, (and her albums were best sellers on the Iranian black market),  if they don't want to talk to us, we"ll sing to them.

Let us extend an open invitation, as you have done, Jews and Non Jews alike, to come and to celebrate with us the miraculous return of the Jews to their ancient Homeland  At the same time please exclude all those who want to destroy and deligitimize our Sovereign Rights to our Land.  They do not belong in this Parade

I would like to applaud and express our deep appreciation to the Rabbi's, Organizations and Media who have come out to raise awareness and to protest those groups who wish to ruin the day by participating in a deception that they love Israel and behind the scenes back stab those very Jews who are the dust of the earth, holding on to the land with their very fingertips.

  • Alan Dershowitz spoke out against BDS marchers at Parade at the Camera Dinner!
