The 11th RCRF Aefer Torah Reading and a Day of Learning and Creating will take place in Beis Lechem on Rosh Chodesh Tammuz, June 23 beginning with the students of Beit Orot reading the Torah, followed by a repeat lecture by Rabbi Efraim Sprecher, Dean of Diaspora Yeshive located at King David's Tomb.
